MODE OF PAYMENT
1. Fees can be paid online through the parent portal.
You can also pay at the UCO Bank Extension counter near the Sarvodaya Enclave entrance (Gate No.8) of Ashram campus against receipt.
Banking hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Saturday - 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

2. Tuition fee is payable for twelve months. Bus fee is payable for ten months only. No transport fee for the months of May and June. In case of class
12, no bus fee is payable for the month of Feb. and March as well.
3. All applicable fees are to be paid for Four Months by 15th of April, 31st of July and 30th of November each year. If due date is a bank
holiday, payment may be made on the next working day. In case, the fee is not paid by the due date, a fine of Rs. 200 will be charged. In
case fees is not paid within 15 days after due date, the name of the student shall be struck off the rolls of the school. The student may be
re-admitted on payment of all school dues including fresh admission fee and late fees (Rs. 200 + Rs. 20 per day), subject to availability of
seats.
4. If desired, fees can be paid in advance for full year.
5. Parents using the UCO Bank Extension Counter to pay for the full year by 15th of April, 2014 including Bus fee (as applicable) through cash,
cheque or DD will be eligible for a token concession of Rs.1400/6. Parents using online gateway facility through parent portal for full year payment in advance will get concession. Please visit payment gatway page
through parent portal to know the due amount after concession.
7. Dishonored cheques would entail a penalty of Rs. 200/-.
8. Students wishing to avail themselves of the school bus service should submit the request through parent portal. One calendar months notice is
required for withdrawals from the bus service facility. Bus fee (as applicable, depending upon the distance @ Rs. 1500/- or Rs. 1700/- per month)
would be charged for full month even if a student desires to commence/discontinue its use anytime during the month. For withdrawals during May
& June, fee for the month of July will be charged. Please read the School Bus Rules available at the parent portal homepage for additional
information.
9. Withdrawal: A notice in writing to withdraw a student must be given to the School one month in advance; otherwise the fee

for one month in lieu of the notice period will be charged. If the notice given is shorter than one month the fees due on the
first of the next month will be charged as well. No transfer certificate will be issued unless all the dues of the school are cleared.
