Job Responsibilities:

Handling the Crude Oil Parcel from SPM Facility.

Perform duty on Crude booster pump for CDU unit feed.
Handling of Plant rundowns (Liquefied Petroleum Gas, Light Naphtha, Heavy
Naphtha, High Octane Blending Component, Motor Gasoline, Kerosene, Jet Fuels,
High Speed Diesel and Furnace Oil) from plant area to Product Tanks.
Product Sampling, Tank gauging, Switch over tanks, Product blending, Safe
chemical injections and Pumping of products for Shipments operations etc.
Monitor Rosemount RADAR Tank Gauging system.
Handling API (Oil recovery from waste water) operation.
Planning for stock and ullage of different products.
Follow permit to work system.
Follow EHS&Q rules and regulations strictly.
Follow ISO-9000, ISO 14000 and OSHA 18000 standards.
Prepared daily reports about ITT (Inter Tank Transfer), Daily Pump report, Tanks
Gauging, API operation, Products dispatching and Safe chemical Injection on SAP.
Monitor steam pressure ,turbine rpms and vacuum condenser operations.
