The Georgia Gerontology Society (GGS) is excited to announce new sponsor benefits for our 2015 Annual
Conference. Sponsors will gain more opportunities to interact with conference attendees while enjoying the
fine facilities and scenic views of Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa. We anticipate an attendance in excess of
300 people from across the great state of Georgia and surrounding areas. All conference attendees will
receive a conference program and attendance list.
Sponsorship: In order to give our sponsors more bang for the buck, we have added more benefits at each
sponsorship level. Our hope is to create unique sponsorship opportunities while making every effort to ensure
high visibility throughout the conference. In addition to the listed opportunities, GGS will work with all
organizations for more specific ways to support the 2015 Annual Conference (sponsorship of morning yoga,
keynote speakers, 8/3 Presidents Reception, 8/4 luncheon, 8/5 Awards Ceremony, etc.) Email Abby Cox:

Exhibit Tables: Exhibit tables will be placed immediately next to the breakout rooms and conference
refreshments. We will also incorporate the exhibitors into our Monday night Presidents Reception again this
year.

Our exhibits will begin on Monday, August 3, during the Presidents Reception continuing to Wednesday,
August 5 at approximately noon. Wednesday morning we have scheduled a full hour to highlight the exhibit
hall. We acknowledge that your time is valuable and we can work with all exhibitor schedules if you are not
able to attend the full conference.

Regular Booth Rental will provide the Following:

One six-foot (6) table, two (2) chairs, security, one continental breakfast, one ticket to the Presidents
Reception and all breaks along with a conference program and an attendance list. We strongly encourage you
to attend the Presidents Reception and stay until the closing brunch.

Booth Space + Conference Events will provide the Following:

This option allows for all of the benefits of the Regular Booth Rental plus access all the conference events for
one individual (8/3 Opening Keynote, 8/3 Presidents Reception, 8/4 Conference Luncheon, 8/5 Awards
Ceremony, 8/4 & 8/5 continental breakfast, all refreshment breaks and access to all workshops).
