Retained by IBM as a Senior Business Process Re-engineering Specialist for a second major release of
the USCIS Electronic Immigration System (ELIS), utilizing an open source platform and Agile / Scrum
implementation methods.
Managed the review and drafting of future release user stories within agile teams and interfaced with
development teams during daily stand up meetings of current release sprints, backlog refinement, sprint
planning, story sizing, sprint review, and retrospectives.
Managed optimization of the case management lifecycle model incorporating future functionality
requirements.
Facilitated external communication with stakeholders and other scrum teams.
Project Leader for Nextel International (NII), Nextel do Brazil 3G Deployment, Sao Paulo, Brazil
Retained as a Project Leader for NIIs 250-person 3G network deployment team war room.

Catastrophic Damage Division
Retained as the division Senior Manager / Advisor to build the catastrophic damage division.
Led the drafting and implementation of all business strategy, processes and technology requirements.
Managed team of 7 managers and 30 staff, which serviced of over 3500 policyholders of major insurance
carriers (State Farm, USAA, Farmers, Allstate, Encompass and Firemans Fund).
