Lo primero y ms importante que tendrs que estudiar es lo mismo que en todos los idiomas.
No hay por qu querer ir ms rpido de lo normal. La lengua francesa esulta ms fcil cuando
sabemos los rudimentos del idioma, ya que podemos defendernos ms cmodamente y no es
difcil soltarse, sobre todo, si lo disfrutas.
Para empezar a estudiar francs desde cero, te recomiendo que estudies lo primordial, ya que
sin esto no podrs hacer nada. Una gran parte del francs que oigas har alguna referencia a
estos 10 puntos importantes que tendrs que aprender:

Aprender a presentarse a uno mismo. Viene a ser prcticamente la primera leccin en

cualquier libro de francs. Ej: "Je m'appelle Samuel". Ests ya usando un verbo pronominal
(s'appeler) conjugado.

Conocer las distintas formas de saludar y despedirse. El tpico "Bonjour","Bonsoir" y "Bonne
nuite" (buenos das, buenas tardes y buenas noches) que tendrs que decir al entrar a un sitio.
O el ms genrico e informal "Salut!". Tambin para despedirte: "Au revoir", " demain", "
bientt", " tout l'heure".

Aprenderse los nmeros en francs. Esto es clave, no slo en francs, sino en cualquier
idioma. Lo bueno es que una vez que los aprendes de una vez, ya slo tienes que sumar para

Conocer las vocales y el alfabeto. Es fundamental para aprender bien la fontica. En muchas
clases se suele obviar, pero es importante, tanto conocer bien los sonidos de las consonantes,

Manejar bien los verbos auxiliares "tre" (ser) y "avoir" (tener). Si noconocemos cmo se
forman los verbos auxiliares, no podremos decir cosas bsicas. Pero tampoco formar otros
tiempos verbales, como el pass compos.

Aprender los adjetivos demostrativos. El uso de "ce", "cet", "cette" y "ces" es muy importante
para referirse a cosas y se utiliza constantemente.

Estudiarse los verbos del primer grupo o acabados en -er. Es muy aconsejable aprender a
conjugar al principio por lo menos los verbos regulares acabados en -er. Tambin ir

"rester", "manger", "tudier", "arriver", "trouver", "montrer", "tourner", "retourner". Y otros
irregulares como: "aller", "prendre", "finir" o "choisir".
Conocer un poco de vocabulario til. Si sabemos bien los verbos, pero no conocemos algo de
vocabulario, difcilmente podremos expresar ideas. Hay que ir aprendiendo trminos poco a
poco. Lo mejor es ir por temas: comida, gustos, lugares, orientarse en la ciudad, estudios...

Estudiar las nacionalidades y los pases. Tambin es de las primeras cosas que nos ensean.
Por una razn muy simple: cuando hacemos un curso de francs en el extranjero normalmente
vienen personas de muchas nacionalidades. Para poder presentarte tienes que saber decir "Je
suis espagnol(e)". Pero tambin porque es una excusa para aprender la formacin del
femenino (aadiendo una "e" al final.

informacin es otro aspecto fundamental. El uso de los pronombres como "Que", "Quoi",
"Qui", "O", "Quand", "Comment" o "Pourquoi" es imprescindible para formar preguntas.

Conocer bien la forma negativa "ne + verbe + pas". Es tremandamente importante que
aprendamos la forma negativa de las frases. Los franceses usan dos palabras y el verbo en
medio. Ejemplo: "Je ne sais pas" (No s). Por nada del mundo debemos comernos el "pas", ya
que es la palabra que se identifica con la negacin. El "ne" es menos importante y muchos
franceses se lo comen o lo pronuncian muy rpido en el lenguaje oral, aunque sea algo
informal y poco correcto.
Esto es muy resumido lo primero que te ensean en las primeras clases de francs, aunque
profundizando bastante ms en cada tema. Evidentemente no es suficiente para tener un nivel
bsico de francs y poder defenderte en una conversacin. Pero es bueno tener ya en la
cabeza qu es lo ms importante si piensas empezar a estudiarlo de forma autodidacta.
Es mejor tener estos puntos claros antes de ponernos a estudiar el pass compos o lalista de
conectores en francs, aunque para entenderte vas a tener que aprender a usarlos pronto, ya
que no todas las frases se formulan en presente, y tambin tendremos que saber cmo
concatenar ideas para hacer otras cosas ms difciles.

Siempre digo que la mejor forma de aprender un idioma, aparte de estar atento en las clases,
es leer y escuchar a personas nativas. A veces no siempre es posible irse al extranjero (aunque
te digo que Francia es un pas precioso y te recomiendo mucho que lo apuntes en tu agenda).
En cualquier caso, necesitamos un mtodo de repaso que se adapte a nuestro alocado ritmo
de vida y nos permita recordar lo aprendido.
Esto que te voy a decir no puede considerarse exactamente un mtodo para aprender francs,
y si empiezas desde cero, deberas probar otras alternativas. C'est la vie, no es posible
aprender sin estudiar. Ahora bien, necesitas motivarte y para eso lo mejor ser hacer algo que
te gusta en otro idioma. Te voy a contar las cosas que a m ms me han ayudado.

Cmo aprender algo de francs por Internet

No siempre he tenido posibilidad de matricularme en la escuela de idiomas, ni mucho menos

pagarme un profesor particular. Ahora bien, eso no es excusa para no seguir practicando el
idioma en tu tiempo libre haciendo algo que te gusta.
1. Lee libros sencillos en francs. Puedes empezar con algo as como "Le petit prince", aunque
yo te dira una cosa. No busques libros bsicos adaptados a tu nivel si ves que no te gusta la
historia y te aburren. Te gustan las novelas de aventuras? Entonces lee novelas de aventuras,
aunque no te enteres de la mitad. Porque as ests trabajando la memoria visual y
aprendiendo palabras nuevas y construcciones tpicas casi sin darte cuenta.

2. Ve la tele en francs. Quizs te parezca un poco aburrido, pero si no te gusta ver noticias,
coge la serie que ms te guste y ve los episodios en francs. Yo suelo ver online el canal France
24. Me gusta mucho por varios motivos: los periodistas de televisin vocalizan con mucha
claridad y te hacen pequeos informativos de unos minutos con noticias internacionales + el
tiempo. Y, al cabo de un rato, vuelven a repetirlo prcticamente igual. Cuando lo hayas
escuchado 2-3 veces, habrs mejorado la audicin y el vocabulario sin darte cuenta en apenas
1 hora.
3. Usa aplicaciones para aprender francs. En Internet han salido montones de pginas en las
que se puede aprender francs gratuitamente. Algunas como Busuu estn muy bien (yo la uso
para otros idiomas, no para el francs), porque as franceses que estn aprendiendo espaol
corrigen tus frases o textos (y viceversa). Tambin la aplicacinBabbel para Android es muy
buena para aprender "l'coute".
4. Manda e-mails y lee blogs en francs. Una cosa muy inocente. Navega por pginas
francesas .fr, busca e-mails de sitios que te interesan y envales un e-mail tratando de escribir
en francs. Quizs cometas errores, pero practicas, y lo ms interesante, vers si te han
entendido y cmo se responde a un e-mail. Tambin te recomiendo buscar blogs en francs y
dejar comentarios.
5. Lee los peridicos en francs. Cuando hice mi curso de francs en Pars, sola de vez en
cuando comprar "Le Figaro", "Le Monde" y otros peridicos, esos grandotes que llaman
"sbanas". No te pido que hagas tanto, pero hay muchos peridicos online que, si entras todos
los das, te ayudarn a estar al tanto de lo que pasa en Francia, desde los deportes a la poltica.
Este tipo de cosas no se parecen en absoluto a caminar por las calles de Pars y vivir Francia
por ti mismo. Ahora bien, te ayudarn a mantener fresco el idioma. Te har la ilusin de vivir
en Francia, aunque no ests all. Cuntas horas pasas navegando por"l'Internet en franais"?

1. Aprendealeman.com. Me gusta porque es muy sistemtica e incluye todo tipo de recursos.
Incluye un curso gratis de alemn en 37 lecciones, alfabeto, nmeros, expresiones, palabras ms
usadas, gramtica, citas clebres, trabalenguas, poemas, vdeos, ejercicios y una enorme cantidad
de informacin. Entra aqu.
2. Deutcheweb.net. Es un blog inmejorable para aprender la gramtica alemana. Lo escribe
Clara Tscheck y se ensea de manera muy sistemtica, haciendo mucho nfasis en el coaching en
alemn para mejorar rpidamente y ayudar a la gente que est atascada porque le cuesta hablarlo
o escribirlo. Puedes ver el blog aqu.
3.El alemanista. Un blog muy bueno con artculos y recursos muy interesantes para mejorar el
idioma, pero en el que tambin se habla tambin mucho sobre la cultura alemana. Incluye textos,
msica, vdeos y muchas utilidades para el aprendizaje de esta lengua. Puedes visitarlo en
esta direccin.
4. Gramtica-alemana. Recomiendo no tanto el blog, que no se actualiza mucho, como la web,
donde encontrars vocabulario, ejercicios, guas para mejorar la escritura y una seccin de vdeos
muy didctica y recomendable. Puedes ver esta web entrando en este enlace.
5. Alemanadas.com: es un blog y mucho menos sistemtico que el anterior, pero tiene muy
buenas entradas con recursos para aprender un poco de alemn. Pincha aqu para entrar.

1. Elllo
Elllo se centra en vuestra comprensin oral del ingls. Se puede escuchar a gente de todo
el mundo hablando de diferentes temas como deportes, viajes, juegos, etc. Bajo el
reproductor de audio tenis las transcripciones de lo que estis oyendo. Tambin puedes
escuchar algunas canciones chulas en ingls y ver algn vdeo.
2. Fun Easy English
Fun Easy English est especializada principalmente en el conocimiento bsico del ingls y
en consejos para principiantes. Sus cursos incluyen pronunciacin, gramtica, modismos,
argot, escritura, tests, y mucho ms. La mayor parte de los mismos se desarrollan en
formato de vdeo, junto a transcripciones e imgenes de apoyo.
3. Go4English.com
Go4English.com es una web del British Council, que es la institucin britnica
encargada de las relaciones culturales a nivel internacional. Go4English.com ofrece
informacin para el aprendizaje del ingls y tests para profesores, estudiantes y ni@s. Se
puede aprender ingls online mientras mientras haces un test, escuchas una cancin, o
incluso jugando.
4. Lang-8
Lang-8 est especializada en la escritura en un idioma extranjero. Escribes un texto en la
lengua que ests aprendiendo y luego ese texto es corregido por hablantes nativ@s.
Tambin puedes ayudar a otros a aprender tu idioma materno corrigiendo sus textos.
5. Busuu
Para el idioma que elijas aprender, Busuu proporciona unos cuantos cursos, incluyendo
ejercicios de escritura, aprendizaje de vocabulario, comprensin escrita, etc etc. Adems
de cursos, puedes tambin aprender ingls online unindote a la red social y chateando
con otros usuari@s.

6. Livemocha
Livemocha est enfocada al aprendizaje de un idioma extranjero mediante cursos y
fomentando la comunicacin. Para aprender ingls online, puedes hacer un curso, enviar
ejercicios, o chatear con l@ miembr@s cuya lengua materna sea el ingls. Tambin
puedes ayudar a l@s dems corrigiendo sus ejercicios.
7. VocabSushi
VocabSushi te ayuda a aprender vocabulario con ejemplos contextuales del mundo real
extrados de las noticias diarias. Puedes elegir cualquier vocablo, comprender su
significado, leer ejemplos, escuchar a hablantes, y luego realizar un test para comprobar
si realmente te has aprendido el vocabulario.
8. BBC Learning English
En BBC Learning English website, puedes aprender gramtica, vocabulario, pronunciacin,
y adems, puedes hacer un test y aprender tambin cmo ensear ingls a otras
personas. El curso ms interesante es el curso 6 minutos de ingls, donde puedes
escuchar cortas grabaciones en audio descargables en los formatos MP3 y PDF.
9. Learn English Free Online
Con ms de 10 aos de antigedad, Learn English Free Online es una web con abundante
material para alumn@s y profesores de EFL/ESL. Puedes aprender vocabulario con las
imgenes relacionadas, recibir algunos consejos para aprender ingles, realizar tests
divertidos, etc etc.
10. Exam English
Segn sugiere el nombre, la web Exam English sirve para realizar exmenes, incluyendo
TOEFL, CPE, KET, y casi todos los dems famosos exmenes internacionales de ESL/EFL.
Puedes comprobar tu nivel de ingls en cada uno de los diferentes aspectos : lectura,
audicin, gramtica, vocabulario, o escritura.
Entre las 10 webs destacadas, las hay que (como elllo, p.e) se centran en la comprensin
oral, otras (Lang-8) en la escritura, otras (VocabSushi) en aprender vocabulario, y algunas
