Service Mode
To enter Service Mode function press Volume on the TV set and adjust to minimum.
Then hold both keys simultaneously Volume TV and number 2 digits on the remote
control for 5 seconds to gain access to menu. Press Power key to exit menu.
This function will not be possible if clock has been set. To reset clock either unplug unit
and allow at least 30 minutes before power On or alternatively, discharge backup
capacitor.

INSTALLATION AND TUNING

Menu System.
TV uses on-screen menu system and graphics to guide you
through the operations. Before you start automatic tuning.
switch on equipment connected via the aerial lead to produce
a test picture.
Initial Setting Up
Press the ON/OFF switch on the front of TV set. If set is
in standby mode press Power key.
1. Press TV/VCR key to select TV/VCR mode.
2. Press Menu key to display main menu. If you press menu
for the first time, the language setting menu will appear.
3. Press Cursor Up/Down keys to select desired Language
4. Press Enter key to store
5. Press Menu key until normal TV-screen appears.
Channel Preset
1. Press Menu key to display main menu.
2. Press Cursor Up/Down keys to select CH-Tuning
3. Press Enter key
4. Press Cursor Left/Right keys the unit will search for a
channel automatically until a TV station is found. Each time a
station is found the search will stop continue search until the
station you require is found.
5. Press Enter key.
6. Press Cursor Up/Down keys to select the channel number to be set (1-80).
7. Press Enter key to store the channel number. To set further channels, simply repeat
steps 4-7.
8. When all the stations have been set press Menu key until normal TV-screen appears.
Subsequent Installation
On this model no automatic search feature is available. Manual tuning is the only option.
Manual Tuning
1. Press Menu key to display main menu.
2. Press Cursor Up/Down keys to select CH-Tuning
3. Press Enter key

4. Press Cursor Left/Right keys the unit will search for a channel automatically until a
TV station is found. Each time a station is found the search will stop continue search
until the station you require is found.
5. Press Enter key the channel number will flash.
6. Press Cursor Up/Down keys to select the channel number to be set (1-80).
7. Press Enter key to store the channel number. To set further channels, simply repeat
steps 4-7.
8. When all the stations have been set press Menu key until normal TV-screen appears.
Fine Tuning
Repeat steps 1 to 4 above, Then press Cursor Up/Down keys until you receive the best
picture and sound then continue steps 5 to 8.
Language
1. Press TV/VCR key to select TV/VCR mode. Press Menu key to display main menu.
2. Press Cursor Up/Down keys to select System Setup
3. Press Enter key.
4. Press Cursor Up/Down keys to select the language mode.
5. Press Enter key. Press Cursor Up/Down keys to select desired language.
6. Press Enter key then press Menu key until normal TV-screen appears.
Clock setting
1. Press TV/VCR key to select TV/VCR mode. Press Menu key to display main menu.
2. Press Cursor Up/Down keys to select System Setup
3. Press Enter key.
4. Press Cursor Up/Down keys to select the clock mode.
5. Press Enter key. Press Cursor Left/Right keys to select the current date, then press
Cursor Down key. Set the month, year and hour in the same way. The day of the week
will not be correct until you have finished entering the month and year settings.
6. Press Enter key.
