About Department
Instrumentation and Control Engineering
(ICE) branch started in the year 2002 with an intake
of 60 students. ICE branch of engineering pertains to
one of the most important functions in any Industrial
Automation. The salient features of the department
are:

of art equipment and latest instruments
like Industrial Process trainer, Licensed
version of LABVIEW & MATLABSIMULINK software, ARM-Processors
etc., Analytical Instruments like Gas

like ECG & Biotelemetry Systems etc.
The department organizes industrial
visits,

lectures,
Industrial
internship during summer every year for
the students to provide industrial
exposure.
The departmental technical association
INSTRUPARK,

various
technical & non-technical events for the
students.

MNCs & Industries.

About the workshop

Many engineering measurement, control, and
manufacturing systems are controlled with a
computer. In addition, many consumer products
are controlled with a microprocessor, or a
programmable logic controller. A key component
to these is the software that is used. The software
converts information that is meaningful to people
into information that can be understood by the
equipment that is being operated (and vice versa).
This workshop is designed to provide experience
with LABVIEW software. In recent years
LABVIEW software becoming one of the most
opted software for industrial applications. To
meet the requirement of industrial needs
academic institutions are introducing this
LABVIEW software in their curriculum.
The objective of this workshop is to expose the
concept, easy implementation, process and
analysis of various modules using graphical
interfacing with LABVIEW software.

EEE, ECE, ETM & E.Cont.E, Students (UG/PG) and
Research Scholars.
