UTILITY BOX-A location or enclosure which is suitable for housing or storing electrical or communications components,

circuits, devices, equipment, materials, cables, connections, and the like. Such a box, for instance, may be portable, or
might be recessed into a wall or floor.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS-An electrical connector is an electro-mechanical device for joining electrical circuits as an
interface using a mechanical assembly.

MALE PLUG-A male connector is a connector attached to a wire, cable, or piece of hardware, having one or more
exposed, unshielded electrical terminal s, and constructed in such a way that it can be inserted snugly into a receptacle (
female connector ) to ensure a reliable physical and electrical connection . This type of connector is also known as a plug.
A male connector can be recognized by the fact that, when it is disconnected or removed, the unshielded electrical prongs
are plainly visible.

FUSE-a fuse (from the French fuser, Italian fuso, "spindle"[1]) is a type of low resistance resistor that acts as a sacrificial
device to provide overcurrent protection, of either the load or source circuit. Its essential component is a metal wire or strip
that melts when too much current flows through it, interrupting the circuit that it connects. Short circuits, overloading,
mismatched loads, or device failure are the prime reasons for excessive current. Fuses are an alternative to circuit
breakers.

CONDUIT-An electrical conduit is a tubing system used for protection and routing of electrical wiring. Electrical conduit
may be made of metal, plastic, fiber, or fired clay. Flexible conduit is available for special purposes.

CIRCUIT BREAKER-A circuit breaker is an automatically operated electrical switch designed to protect an electrical circuit
from damage caused by overload or short circuit. Its basic function is to detect a fault condition and interrupt current flow.

ELECTRICAL WIRES-A wire is a single, usually cylindrical, flexible strand or rod of metal. Wires are used to bear
mechanical loads or electricity and telecommunications signals.

CPC-refers to a wide range of extruded twinwall plastic-sheet products produced from high-impact polypropylene resin
with a similar make-up to corrugated fiberboard. It is a light-weight tough material which can easily be cut with a utility
knife. Manufacturers typically offer a wide variety of colors and thicknesses (quite commonly 3, 4, 5 mm).

RECEPTACLE-are devices that allow electrically operated equipment to be connected to the primary alternating current
(AC) power supply in a building. Electrical plugs and sockets differ in voltage and current rating, shape, size and type of
connectors.

FUSE PANEL- is a component of an electricity supply system which divides an electrical power feed into subsidiary
circuits, while providing a protective fuse or circuit breaker for each circuit, in a common enclosure.

SQUARE BOX-Covers are used to close an outlet box and are required by code. Never leave a box uncovered

PVC Conduit-PVC is the lightest conduit material and usually the lower cost conduit material. PVC conduits can vary in
thickness depending on the uses and where the PVC will be installed. The PVC conduit resist moisture and corrosion but
the tubing is non-conductive an extra grounding conductor must be passed into each conduit.

SWITCH- a switch is an electrical component that can break an electrical circuit, interrupting the current or diverting it
from one conductor to another.

CUT-OUT BOXES-A metal box used in electrical wiring to house circuit breakers, fuses, or a disconnect switch.

SWITCH PLATE. : the metal plate in front of an electrical switch box through which the plugs or tumblers protrude.

TOOL-A tool is any physical item that can be used to achieve a goal, especially if the item is not consumed in the process.
Informally the word is also used to describe a procedure or process with a specific purpose.
LONG NOSE PLIER-Needle-nose pliers (also known as pointy-nose pliers, long-nose pliers, pinch-nose pliers or snipenose pliers) are both cutting and holding pliers used by artisans, jewelry designers, electricians, network engineers and
other tradesmen to bend, re-position and cut wire.

STUBBY SCRWDRIVER-A stubby screwdriver is a tool used to facilitate access to screws located in areas that cannot be
reached easily by a regular screwdriver.

WIRE STRIPPERA wire stripper is a small, hand-held device used to strip the electrical insulation from electric wires.

ELECTRIC DRILL is a tool fitted with a cutting tool attachment or driving tool attachment, usually a drill bit or driver bit,
used for boring holes in various materials or fastening various materials together with the use of fasteners.

PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER is a tool, manual or powered, for turning (driving or removing) screws. A typical simple
screwdriver has a handle and a shaft, and a tip that the user inserts into the screw head to turn it.

COMBINATION PLIERS are a type of pliers used by electricians and other tradesmen primarily for gripping, twisting,
bending and cutting wire and cable.

Hammer is a tool that delivers an impact to an object.

ELECTRICIANS KNIFE-A short-bladed knife used to cut electrical insulation.

Hacksaw is a fine-toothed saw, originally and principally for cutting metal.

DIAGONAL CUTTING PLIERS are pliers intended for the cutting of wire

Half round files taper in width and thickness, coming to a point, and are narrower than a standard half round. Used
for filing inside of rings.

ROUND FILE-a file with a circular cross section; used to file the inside of holes.

A spirit level, bubble level or simply a level is an instrument designed to indicate whether a surface
is horizontal (level) or vertical (plumb).
