Introduction
CHAPTER 1
Capitalism
When slavery and feudalism present evolution phases of the same dictate
form called in the classification as an intensive-physical, capitalism
from its early phase started in the middle stage of feudalism up to
nowadays imperialism represents a completely new form of dictate that is
realizing different principles, instruments, forms, state structures, ethical
and motivation foundations. While exhibiting not very cardinal changes in a
formal essence of dictate such as its state, jurisdictional, and so on
aspects, capitalism conditions a necessity of involvement in production not only
hands but thoughts of producers; a necessity to modernize trade skills,
means of production and, so a development of science and its adepts, who are
so hated but are necessary to dictate carriers. For the first time, the
relationships between producers and hierarchs acquire a character of an
indirect dictate modified by a hired labor. Even to a greater extent, it
influences producers of agricultural goods.
In all previous forms of dictate and its outward decorations, a hierarchy
of dictate was realized in a quit determined structure with localizations of
functions. For example, the Rome emperor is a supreme hierarch, the dictate
carriers are state officials, nobilities, regional and military hierarchs, the
accompanying layer includes conductors of ideas, owners, traders, art
professionals, and so on, executors of dictate are warriors, centurions,

features. Let us start from the supreme hierarch of dictate. A political head of
state system in a socium with capitalist relationships for several reasons in no
ways can be a supreme hierarch . First, according to the definition, the
supreme hierarch is a structural component of dictate, who personifies the most
complete satisfaction of any motivations of cardinal, egocentric-hedonistic
type. A political head of capitalist society whatever he called, lord-
chancellor, president, prime-minister, chairman of assembly, is not more but a
member of conductor layer of dictate, i.e., an official, who carries out
the same dictate functions in a frame of strict dogmas and regularities (30)
(30 -- The term "capitalism" includes here not only sociums with certain
economical structures. Marxism that treats socium as a system based on
economic structures is suffering from narrow sighting, because it does not
explain the reasons of differences between liberal- democratic capitalist
states (Great Britain) and extremist regimes with the same economy such as
fascism, Chilly, France at the period of Convent, and so on.). In this case, a
political head of state is a supreme hierarch only of a structure of dictate
conductors, and the degree of his indulging in his own hedonistic motivations,
their satisfaction is very poor, because any deviations from dogmas and
stereotypes imposed on that sublayer of system by dictate is punished, just
like in the previous forms, by an alienation from it and, consequently, from
the primitive hedonistic weal that compensates loyalty and conformity.
The evidence for that is the fact that the capitalist supreme head's wealth
representing a feature of dictate hierarch often is not ranked among those, who
belong to a socium layer with the highest possibilities. Under conditions of
extremely developed goods-money relationships in capitalism, the
satisfaction of any motivations is eventually connected with the amount of the
commodity equivalent at the individual's disposal. From that point of view, any
official of the apparatus of dictate conductors irrespective of its rang is
not a hierarch of the dictate form.
The second sign is a contradiction to the following feature. The activation
of egocentric-hedonistic motivations to the degree that is characteristic to
dictate hierarchs implies the possibility of an arbitrary high level of
suppression of other socium layers, alienation of the products of their
activity and compulsion of them to satisfy hierarch's wishes. Head of a
capitalist state is restricted in his actions by a code of dogmas and regulations
of an official- jurist and ethical type to such a degree that allows him to be
only an instrument in fulfilling the will of some anonymous hierarch (who
will be discussed later). A capitalism's peculiarity is a compulsory change of
formal governors that also confirms the statement mentioned above. Presence of
some differences in individuals' life philosophy, motives, purposes, even if
they are small in comparison with the basic hedonistic foundation, is the reason
why capitalist socium governed by them is not moving continuously and
progressively at the direction of objective evolution of the dictate form but
with some fluctuations sometimes very considerable in their social respect.
The mentioned differences are a new factor in dictate structure in
comparison with the sufficiently narrow stereotype of motivations and
activations of hierarchs of the previous form (31). (31- Of course, all the
mentioned above have no connection with the forms of extremist kind that do not
belong to any specific form and are not in the main stream of dictate development
such as (?)mazdakits, (?)sarbasars, ismailians, dynasty of (?)Saydellers in
Micronesia, Savonarola, Robespierre, Mao.). Variations of details in the state
mechanism of oppression while keeping preserved the objective tendency of
dictate evolution secure from one side a purposeful search of various efficient
mechanisms of conformation, stereotyping of the strategic motivations of
individual, and from the other side, they reduce the possibility of
formation of a stable negative, opposition complex (32) (32-Here are meant
the negative motivations that inevitably arise in conscious (subconscious) of an
individual and reject the good sides and the necessity of dictate. They are
conditioned by evolving collision of the growing oppression and restrictions of
natural motivations) in the main part (because in any socium there are a layer
of passionated persons who reject dictate. The form stability depends on their
number and passionarity) of producers.
Some possibility of penetration in the highest state level of individuals
representing different sublayers of dictate hierarchy inevitably results in a
presence in their activities of certain peculiarities of the collective
psychotype characteristic to their own layers. While taking into account
this thesis and before considering other layers of the dictate form in their
social relations, let us search for an answer to the question about real
dictate hierarch or hierarchs in the capitalist formation.
Hierarch, his place and the main functions are quit conservative
parameters of dictate system and change very little in essence varying only form,
label, and so on. The appearance of capitalism inside feudal society represents
the appearance of new socium layers with common subordinations, with
immanent suppression, structure, sublayers, and functions. The socium
structures include such features as department organizations of handicraftsmen,
the official power is in hands of suzerains and seniors, suppressed to the beast
level peasants, trading is in hands of professional merchants and appearing
unions (Hanse and others). The most thorough analysis of these and other less
important social strictures gives no answer to the put question. Some layers
vanished with time, others were transformed completely and became
unrecognizable, and neither of them corresponds to those basic conditions
that correspond to a hierarch, i.e., the stable status and functions, the
highest level of possibilities of hedonistic kind, the presence of power that
allows subjectively openly or secretly influence the motivations of the
society members and so impose an effect on events and the whole history. In
the course of time, the production industry is transformed into a giant
conglomeration, where both a worker and a manager are only screws in a machine,
the official power is also transformed and acquires completely different view
and functions. There is nothing in common between a farmer of the end of the
twentieth century and a down-trodden peasant of the fourteenth century except
for the kind of trade. Commerce, while preserving its essence and functions, got
wider and changed a row of its aspects but did not turn to be a dominating
feature of society. Yet only one socium's side and structure in the
capitalist society has remained to be stable and has functioned stationary
through the whole history of capitalism. It is plutocracy, financial
oligarchy of the capitalist world that has in its hands the most powerful tool of
suppression consisting in the main part of money and in an apparatus for their
movement and transformations. Their sums contain the major part of an existing
turnover of the goods' equivalent ( more exactly, of universal equivalent for
satisfactions of all aspects of hedonistic basement of human psychotype)
that can be transformed in material weal and power, people's deeds and thoughts,
quit various sides and objects of a functioning socium. The ability to
command, i.e., the presence of objective instruments and levers for
satisfaction of life- determining motivations, the possibility of a positive,
encouraging control of motivations and purposes gives in the hands of hierarchs
much more efficient and powerful mean of physical oppression. Yet, a
direct correlation, personification of a dictate hierarch (hierarchs) with
financial magnates: bankers, plutocracy on the whole -- is only partly true and
does not cover the gist of the question as it always happens with a half-truth.
Really, at the first glance, just the bankers at all stages of evolution
keeping in their hands the major part of money command the main lever of control.
But at different stages of capitalism, the layer of hierarchs variety its
number and quality and includes representatives of different layers such as
feudal seniors, medieval autocrats, church hierarchs, industry magnates, and so
on (34) (34- An increase of the layer of hierarchs having all attributes
and possibilities results from the jump in production efficiency of the lowest
layers that make it feasible for a lager number of individuals to alienate
the common weal for themselves.) This fact shows that capitalism as a form of
dictate is not a simple single form. At the early stage of development,
capitalism corresponds to the latest phase of the total-physical form of
dictate with increasing negative introspection that is characteristic of all
declining forms of oppression. At the mature stage, the formed capitalism
represents a new form of dictate, an introspective-physical, as it was named
in introduction. It confirms again the thesis of a non- synchronize evolution of
dictate forms and political-economical formations.
Identification of plutocracy with the highest hierarch besides a
quantitative enlarging of the category results in several peculiarities.
First, a versatile conglomeration of comparatively large layer of
individuals possessing the all immanent attributes and prerogatives of the
layer that has grown from a previously small group. Staring from the meddle phase
of capitalism, the supreme hierarch undertakes a transformation in a comparatively
large sublayer. From an autocrat, oligarchy or a small group it grows to a
sufficiently large group that alienates itself from production activity and
concentrates in its hands the instruments and attributes of oppression, the
universal equivalents of the vivid weal. The reason for this phenomenon consists
in the fact that organic interrelationships of different aspects of socium
functioning, development of its technological industrial side results in
production of such amount of weal covering all aspects and levels of hedonism,
that it turns out to be unreal and practically unachievable to consume them
all by a small group of dictate carriers or even more by an autocrat whatever
resourceful he can be. An increase of the volume of produced weal resulted in
enlargement and transformation of the layer structure of dictate carriers and
in appearance, in contrast to the previous dictate realities, of informal
features of belonging to the class (35) (35- In the previous forms the dictate
carrier realized its essence as a concrete social-political hierarch such as
leader, despot, (?)Caesar, emperor, king, duke and so on.). The features
include alienation from labor (that implies an acketicism and deformations
of natural motivations), concentration in hands of individual a much amount of
universal equivalent (36) (36- This situation is possible under the imposed by
dictate carriers an artificial system of barter that includes a universal
equivalent abstracted from the real consumers' values, i.e., money.) that
secures the individual's influence on production and operation of the formal
apparatus, a presence in the social ethics of such components that apply to any
aspects, either material or moral, its concrete equivalent ( the most primitive
common saying in capitalism: "Everything is on sale"). And, what is the basic,
what produces all and any sides of outward features of operating capitalist
socium, is the foundation of dictate on a positive oppression, on an
alternative: whether a satisfaction of natural hedonism under loyal stereotyping
of the moving motives or an alienation from abundant and versatile (37) (37- The
versatility is only in outward. In essence, it is only a formed primitive
including the vices resulted from laziness, meals, procedures of euphoria, women,
satisfaction of sadistic and other perverse motives) ocean of hedonistic
possibilities, if a person chooses a rejection of the conform existence (38)
(38- The rejection may be voluntary (anchorites, hippie, to some extant,
creators, and so on) or compulsory (a confinement of all kinds, at some
stages, sanding in exile to America, Australia) with all its internal and
external attributes.
A continual group of hierarchs of capitalism has a new feature in
comparison with the previous forms -- that is a dynamic structure. Its
composition, character, quality and quantity, all of these things are changing,
evolving. At different stages, hierarchs include leaders of industry,
manufactures, latifundists, and so on, bankers of all kinds, political
hierarchs, big rentiers (under any labels) and everybody, who fits to the
features mentioned above. Its dynamic consists in a continuous, but not totally
complete, variations caused by an appearance of new and disappearance of old
members (components) of the dictate layer. A break of masses through the cast
barriers into the dictate structure using sexual, intellectual, will, and any
other instruments is not a new phenomenon in history, yet, it lacks analogy
by the scale and is increasing with the development of capitalism. The first
reason for that (as mentioned above) is an increase of productivity and so of
the volume of alienated weal. The second is an augmentation of the role of
intellect as a purchased mean used in the fight for surviving between hierarchs.
This factor is the main reason of changes in the structure of suppressed layer,
of producers.
Evolution of dictate, like the evolution of any phenomenon, is the process
of development and manifestation of its principle features that governs its
activations. These features are more completely and brightly exhibited when
the process or phenomenon is in full swing. So the cardinal features of a layer
of producers in capitalist system are the most clear and conspicuous at the last
of its phases, i.e., in the modern capitalism. What features of department
handicraftsmen of XIV c. were so bright as to allow to make a prediction that
they would be developed and extrapolated in the structures and features of the
modern capitalism of the XX-th century? If you do not know the followed
history, it is difficult to answer the question. The development of industry
in the advanced capitalist hegemony-countries is characterized by several
features. They include a modernization of technology, technical, and scientific
components of producers' labor that practically excludes a hard toil; a giant
growth of power supply to industry; the growth of necessary qualification
that includes not only skill, but an intellect of producer; an industrialization
of agricultural workers' labor with the resulted consequences, and so on. A
cybernetization in industry even more deepens and develops the features, because
in order to control a complex automatic machine it is necessary to have a
developed mentality. Being the main feature of producer, it changes his
attitude to dictate hierarchy and results in the process of dictate
introspectivization that has started at the down of human socium development
(see the parts "Commune", "Slavery...") and now is hypertrophied into the
cardinal dominant of dictate.
The prevailing of mental activity of producer over physical efforts in
production and an inefficiency of physical oppression as a mean of active
deformations of moving motivations (39) (39- The motivations that are of not a
negative kind, i.e., prohibitive as in previous forms, but active that are
prompting intellect and emotions in a proper direction.) and also a giant growth
of volume and quality of produced material weal are the reasons that the main
instrument of oppression turns to be a positive suppression of motivations
connected with an ability to one or another degree partly satisfy hedonistic
basements of the psychological motives of activity. A direct physical
oppression, depending in different degrees on concrete conditions, securing a
physical activity, i.e., a complex of purely physical production acts of
different efficiency, turns out to be a secondary mean of oppression while the
component of "taboo" in it is increased and the direct frightening component of an
introspective-penitentiary character is reduced. The mean of oppression turns to
be not a forced conformation of those, who do not accept the necessary for dictate
stereotype but a positive stereotype formation working out such a system of
conscious categories of a cultural-dictate kind that can neutralize the
powerful action of natural motivations of a subconscious-species type.
In other words, using the social nature of a person, an advanced
development of its conscious-logical component of mentality, dictate suggests
an alternative that ostensibly corresponds to the hedonistic foundation of an
individual but in reality it just as before harnesses him to the chariot of
slavery. Either you accept the stereotype motives of producer, made it the
foundation of your life philosophy and get as a compensation a possibility
to satisfy some of quit primitive aspects of individual hedonism or you can
reject the willing doctrine of conformism and chose the way of antagonism with
the whole refine, powerful system of dictate that will result in your
disintegration (moral or physical) or in a necessity to leave the socium.
The theory of surplus value describes only the economic side of the weal
alienation by hierarchs without paying attention to the psychological sides
that are basic for socium. An injection of conscious dogma and taboo stereotype
into producer occurs not only (and in a less degree) through external direct
pressure. To much more extent, it is made through declared and real criteria of
life prosperity, by suggesting a big, constantly spreading circle of
possibilities to satisfy the most refine aspects of hedonism and applying
methods of indirect influence such as philosophy, arts, shows. These aspects
are reduced to an influence, stimulation of the those hedonistic basement of
psychotype or more exactly some of its faces, sides that represent just the
object of oppression. It seems as a paradox at the first glance but it is only
seems. The determinants of natural psychotype and their subconscious essence
are very difficult to subject to suppression of an external type. For some
time, they can be neutralized, balanced but their power is irresistible and a
break through in the sphere of conscious counteractions is inevitable. It
explains the high frequency of social, ethnic, individual, state explosions,
revolutions, riots, the plenty of counter-versions of psychotype realizations in
the forms of robbery, conquest, and piracy of all kinds.
In developed countries, capitalism exhibits a transformation of dictate
into introspective form, where, as shown above, an imposed- introspective
form of oppression is prevailing that makes it a much more powerful mean of
dictate and of the same nature (40) (40- It touches other levels of mind
affectation as shown above but of the same essence that includes motivations.) as
the opposing it system of motivations of an individual and different social
groups. It accounts for the fact that in the developed capitalist dictate,
for example in France or the USA, there are no collisions with such high
tensions of motivation antagonism that is a characteristic of social
explosions of antidictate kind, especially in comparison with the frequency of
the same phenomena in France under other dictate forms, say, in a period from IX
to XVII cc., when the intensive- physical dictate had dominated. Of course,
it does not mean at all that the imposed-introspective dictate of
capitalism has completely neutralized the motivation activity of a human
psychotype. Just as in other psychological situations of such type (41) (41-A
comprehensive analysis with application of some results of classical
Freudism will be given in chapter 3.), the conscious aims (according to Freud)
are an inevitable yoke, a repression for the subconscious. The breaks of
subconscious through in some active forms are inevitable and, having
some mass stereotypization and unification, they are manifested in different
forms including those that were met in previous concrete state forms of dictate.
A growth of intellect, being necessary for material weal production and
surviving, results, besides traditional producers of previous formations
necessary to dictate, in new layers of oppressed individuals. These individuals
represent the carriers of productive intellect. The development of technology
that conditioned and resulted from the science development, opens a way to a
giant spreading of the circle of particular sciences and to their objective
division on the fundamental and application sciences, or better to say, on
cognitive and pragmatic with the inherent specificity of epistemological
and practical tasks. At the previous periods, the cognitive and elite science
in spite of being the foundation of technology development nevertheless had not
challenged direct practical tasks connected with production. It was more a mean
and a need of passionary minds to cognize the essence of the universe.
Capitalism brings about a cardinal change. The immanent cognitivity of science is
preserved but there are also sciences directly serving production, i.e.,
applied mechanics, economics, science about Earth, and so on. As the carriers
of the sciences serve directly to the interests of production, they inevitably
and with necessity in the course of time are involved, supplement and verify the
layer of producers. The situation is the most brightly exhibited during
capitalism hypertrophy at the XX-th c., when the applied science was involved
into technology not only functionally but also formally as an organic sub-
structure of economic conglomerations.
The eventual foundations of applied science are theories and models of
cognitive sciences that forces hierarchs of capitalist formation to stimulate
not only applied sciences, that are depended and are enslaved by industry, but
to great extent the cognitive sciences alienated from dictate . The surviving of
ethnoses, state forms in the frames of global capitalism conditions a
necessity of involvement, stimulation, application of some privileges (sometimes
even damaging particular dictate's interests) to carriers of fundamental
sciences. Because a mind, a mentality becomes the main mean not only of economy
but also in the struggle for surviving, the existing passionarity and other
aspects of socium also results in deepening, refining, universalization of
introspective component of oppression and in that way a cardinal feature of
dictate evolution is manifested.
Capitalism representing a new form of dictate -- an introspective one, and new
social-economical and state-ethical forms in combination with the wealth
production that cannot be consumed by only hierarchs, entails cardinal
changes in the layer's structure of dictate conductors and in accompanying
layers. The more profound reason of the changes is a variation of behavior
character of the layer of conductors, which subordinates to their needs
formal institutes and socium spiritual life that in turn results in changes
of layers and sublayers. The layer of the oppression structure that includes
conductors ( and executors) of dictate is changed considerably both qualitatively
and quantitatively. Of course, the layer preserves the traditional, attributive
components such as jurist, military, penitential, organs of hidden
repressions but their functions are also changed due to introspectivization of
oppression.
In the previous formations, the highest hierarch (hierarchs) of dictate is
often personified as a political head of the formation such as a tribe leader,
supreme head of temple-town, head of police, despot, tzar, medieval king.
Hierarch of formation, as a political head with the self- application of
overhuman abilities and functions (42) (42- The most bright examples include
an attempt of imposing in the conscious of surrounding people a myth about divine
origin of Alexander the Great (Macedonian), the same attempt with Egyptian
Pharaohs, oriental despots, and so on containing a religion consecration on
behave of God with application to them the divinity of all monarchs.)
personifies the common weal and the good almighty, defense of weak people,
and so on. An integration of a hierarch of power and a hierarch of dictate in
a single person facilitates an injection in mass's consciousness an idea of
blessing of oppression, i.e., dictate in all aspects is exalted in people
conscious (introspectively) as good that justifies and expiates all its negative
features. Any act of oppression of an individual or a group made with the hands
of dictate conductors is consecrated by the name of hierarch and conducted on
behalf of his name. Sometimes this mechanism can function even without a
hierarch due to a strong injection of the idea.
A dispersion of dictate hierarchs in capitalism while abolishing
personification of good in hierarch person conditions a necessity of another
veil for the everyday terrors of suppression fulfilled by conductors. And
it was found and even more efficient than before! Enlarging the layer of
conductors and introducing in its members different substructures of state
formations with the help of stimulations (or oppressions) of their motivation
dominants, dictate presented this conglomerate as a personification of the socium
itself including those, whose interests, motives, dominants were only an object
of suppression -- the producers. That ideological veil has allowed to use the
idea polished by previous forms of personification of good in dictate
hierarch modifying it such a way that a personified good was now presented by the
socium itself in the guise of "people", "íàðîä", and so on. Semantic of the term
in the ideology of any form of dictate is so vague and demagogic that
allows its applications for any purposes. The idea had allowed to dictate
conductors, or more exactly, to hierarchs using hands of conductors to
fulfill the suppression of their producers while consecrating the actions by
the name of "people", its weal with different labels such as "progress",
"prosperity", "common weal", and so on. It is a convenient and extremely
efficient screen, since the idea of co-participation in the dictate power
structure, of taking part in the process of formation of this theoretical "weal"
of each particular individual is quit well imposed and reinforced in the
consciousness of producers (or at any case of a majority of them).
Any idea lacking a material incarnation cannot live for a long time, so an
incarnation, a concretion of the weal both in capitalism and to much greater
extent in extremist forms is claimed to be the destiny of the future providing
that the current dictate problems are successfully settled. This is an aspect of
introspective modification in functioning of dictate conductors in capitalist
formation. The same side of dictate conductors' activation is efficiently
intensified using a declared plurality of ideas, thoughts, and functional
features of socium. The declared and partly realized plurality is the basement
for a compensation of suppressed motivations by the idea of co-
participation, complicity to dictate that is looked like flattering and raising
for the oppressed. A combination of these impressed illusions creates a unified
illusion of dictate transformation into a generality of individuals, who
activate events and the whole history. Dictate seems as if disappeared while
transforming into democracy, i.e., into an illusion of governing (of dictate)
of majority. The majority is the producers and, being the case, their own
dictate would result either in extermination of the parasiting on them dictate
system or in an exchange of places between the oppressors and oppressed, i.e.,
in an role changes of the acting figures of historic performance.
A superficial refusal from the formal status allows hierarchs to get
a much more powerful introspective mean, because any individual, having a
contradictate complex of motivations of sufficiently high level (to transform
himself and surrounding people in an active disloyal state), is regarded now by
the major part of producers as an enemy not of the dictate system but as their
own direct enemy. As the result, the number of active and passive loyal people
under capitalist system of state organization and imposed-introspective dictate
system turns to be much greater including in the case of hypertrophy of cardinal
determinants a substantial part of producers.
An analysis of the phenomenon shows that an intellectual elite of socium
having positive passionarity cannot be subject to the influence of so simple
ideological modifications. With respect to that sublayer, which is so hated but so
necessary, dictate applies another method of external and introspective
oppression that consists in suggestion of a superficial freedom of spirit and
creation. The mentality, its forms, its concretions are not restricted or
are restricted indirectly. However, the efficient introspective covering of an
overwhelming majority of capitalist socium along with a low intellect of the
majority results in a willing for dictate situation, when a passion thought
although not externally suppressed does not prompt a movement of contradictate
forces (43) (43- Namely contradictate but not contra-formation forces, since a
change of capitalism with another formation is only a substitution of dictate form
or only of a label of the same form.) and becomes the destiny of those few, who
live in an ivory tower. Besides, these moving ideas such as mazdakism in Iran
or anarchism in the later times due to the reasons mentioned above become
unacceptable not only to producers in traditional sense but also to an
intellectual elite of technocratic type.
The second not less important feature of the functional activity of
dictate conductor layer conditioned by a strategic introspectivization of
oppression is some kind of leveling, smoothing of pure physical oppression,
giving up evident forms of frightening, its limitation by some frames of
ethic-juridical kind (constitution, laws) and also a dissipation and mutual
control at least declarative of different functions and aspects of concrete
functional activity of dictate conductors. Of course, there are still remained
a juridical and state system of taboo with the accompanying penitentiary system,
militaries and policemen, state apparatus. However, their functioning with
brutality is made without declaration, not openly, without stressing the factor
of intimidation and imposing of negative contra-motivations in consciousness
(subconsciousness) of producers but to more extent for suppression,
extermination of those individuals of the intellectual elite layer, who are
immune to the cardinal introspective component of oppression.
An introduction in the everyday life of dictate and a permanent
declaration of the term "democracy" and others connected with it is also a
mean of introspective persuasion of producers in the presence of a mechanism that
restricts and regulates suppression. Some changes take place in the character

of suppression of self-preservation instinct, to such amount of individuals
that a war, in contrast to being a business of some (comparatively small)
groups of professional in feudalism, turns out to be a mass slaughters. It is
also facilitated by such factors as the growth of labor efficiency that resulted
in reduction of a number of producers necessary for production of war means,
a steeple perfection of weapons for extermination of people and their works.
The modification of tools for murder results in intensification of a character
of physical (44) (44- It includes not only traditional arms, tools of torture,
and so on, but also other products of technology such as psycho-
phormacopy, means for psychic suppression, and so on.) oppression along
with reduction of a number of concrete executors, but from the other side it
demands a maximum introspective imposition on dictate conductors of loyal
stereotype motivations and activations (45) (45 - In other case, the analogy

Wars of capitalist giants in contrast to the previous formations do not
result, if it is an unsuccessful war, in disintegration and collapse of state and

socium. Some changes take place (but not always) among concrete executors,
dictate conductors but the essence of dictate especially for producers is kept
unchanged. It can be claimed with assurance that the above made statement is
valid for any war in the frame of capitalism: inter-ethnical (boer war,
India-Pakistan, Iran-Iraq), liberation ( war for liberation of the USA, South-

An accompanying layer of dictate in the capitalist form plays a role that
is equal in efficiency and importance to the roles of the main functional layers.
This layer deserves more thorough, comprehensive analysis because its role
in the whole dictate structure is very important and is inherited in other
chronologically later forms of capitalism (46) (46- yet, it does not touch
dictate evolution, since some concrete forms are sufficiently short-lived and
present the deadlocks of evolution.). The layer is quit versatile and has many
functional aspects. Besides adepts of propagandist apparatus, who has
completely prostituted their mind and spirit in quit various roles, besides
mongrels of creative intelligence, it includes teachers of children and
youth, "scientists", who directly serve to military and police apparatus,
workers of (formally free) mass media, "creators" of loyal humanitarian
theories, theoreticians of jurisprudence, and so on. The motives of faithful
service to dictate under capitalist oppression are quit primitive and have very
much in common with the motives of any hired hangman, although they are more
complex according to the introspective essence. They consist of material
aspects of hedonism including luxury, money, thoughts about importance of their
complicity in suppression, and also a satisfaction of specific dominants peculiar
to socium individuals producing some values in cultural-creative field such as
ambition, vanity, craving for fame, which are based on motivation of the
commonplace hedonism including the same money, luxury, women, perversions of
various kinds.
Capitalism has substituted the brutal physical suppression of intellect
peculiar to the previous formations that included murder, burning alive,
lifelong rotting in gaol, with an introspective suppression that is decent,
outwardly is deprived of horror of the previous formations but immeasurably more
powerful, since it is based on strategic-vital, cardinal, natural
motivations. The dissipating layer of hierarchs concentrates in its hands a
huge amount of universal equivalent of material weal that allows them to retain
an individual in subordination to their interests and even recruit sincere
(but nevertheless corrupt) adepts by a subjective-purposeful distribution of
money or an adequate weal. Relationships between the accompanying layer and
the structures of direct suppression vary from a simple, direct sale and
purchase of individuals ( with their corrupt spirit) to an indirect patronage in a
form of charity and also a secret patronage from police service and state
apparatus for receiving publicity, fame and adjoined to them weal (47) (47- No
prosperity without publicity. This capitalist proverb is a short expression
of the above thesis).
The structure of the accompanying layer, different variations of features of
the involved individuals according to their profound essence, moving motives
determining concrete activations of mind, are so stereotyped, conform that do
no deserve any more deep analysis. The essence is the same -- whether
voluntarily or under duress, following a moral or under pressure (of life
circumstances or dictate), the result is a sale of mind, intellect, spirit to the
disposal of an introspective component of dictate.
It is of interests to consider the layer functions, a character of
their influence as on the layers of producers so on the layers of suppressers,
and also methods and means of penetration in consciousness, foisting of ideas,
accompanying motives helping to stereotypization and necessary to dictate.
Corresponding to the demands of introspective dictate, functions of the
layer of dictate include the concrete necessary means such as: 1)
teaching of youth, i.e., transferring to them the necessary industrial

aspects of an individual including sexual, gastronomic, hallucinate, and other
with the aim to atrophy, deprive him of disloyal activity, 8) injection into
conscious of individuals the ideas of prevailing of material-hedonistic symbols
(50) (50- because they are in the hands of hierarchs and give them a possibility
to manipulate by the actions of people only under conditions when people are
convinced in an absolute necessity of the wealth.) over any others, and some other
functions.
The consideration of functions of accompanying layer allows us to come to
the conclusion that such many-sided versatile attack on consciousness of the
oppressed part of socium is conducted with the single aim. The purpose is to
hypertrophy some primitive sides of natural complex of psychic (subconscious)
dominant by imposing the necessary to dictate ideas in consciousness and
motivations in subconsciousness and by using the hypertrophy to suppress those
aspects, natural motivations that are disloyal to dictate and on this basement to
fasten a producer to a weal producing machine and to a system of defense of
hierarchs. These are formal and informal functions of the accompanying layer
with respect to producers. Besides that, being a component of dictate controlled
evidently or secretly by dictate hierarchs, the layer itself affects hierarchs
and dictate conductors because the influence produced by the layer affects the
consciousness of all layers of socium. Hierarch, marshal, hangman, and
policemen read the same books, see the same paintings, statues, cinemas, and
so on, as producers. Allowing for a low or middle level of intellect of the
highest layers of dictate, the syllogism is valid that the accompanying
layer influences the whole socium (51) (51- Of course, it is except for
passionary thinkers alienated from dictate and some other small substructures
of socium (as will be discussed further)). The purposeful hypertrophy of
hedonism aspects of primitive-brutal type made by the layer affects hierarchs
that results in a hypertrophy of overdeveloped hedonism of their
dominated motivations and in intensification and refining of hedonistic
teleology defining their psychotype.
The presented analysis of dictate structure may bring somebody to
conclusion on a finite character of evolution and unshakable stability of
capitalist system of oppression. Of course, it is far from true. Just like
any other socium with an immanent form of dictate, capitalism contains social
components that are in antagonism with dictate beside the main group of
suppressed producers. The layer of producers as a substructure of dictate has
a row of cardinal features, aspects that are common for the all formations and
forms of dictate, so its analysis will be maid separately in a special
chapter.
In the part "Slavery . . .", a thesis was given concerning peculiarities
in suppression of different sexual groups of socium. In capitalism the
structure of oppression has changed but the differences also take place although
they are conditioned by other reasons. Here is meant not an economical or
legal inequality but a difference in the essence of introspective pressure
and the character of perception. When in slavery at least at the first stage
of its development, woman became an immediate victim and an object of suppression
due to her comparative physical weakness, in the period of introspective
oppression she becomes the most susceptible and obedient to it due to
peculiarities of her psychology. Women are more yielding to suppression due to
their peculiarities connected with prevailing of emotional component over
logical, more plastic psychic, conservatism and permanent motivational
striving to stable forms, cardinal less (in comparison with man) level of
passionarity and vivid aggression, heightened level of primitive hedonism, and
many other determinants of their moving motives. Under conditions of capitalist
formation with dominating introspective component of oppression and those
positive-hedonistic aspects discussed above, women due to the peculiarities
of psychotype become not only objects of suppression but even adepts
and sometimes symbols of a declared life moral, life philosophy. A beautiful
woman that does not belong to the layer of hierarchs represents in some
sense a reality, a performer, an incarnation of some aspects of the declared to
socium partial hedonism. So under conditions of hypertrophy of introspective
dictate, woman becomes a personified incarnation of vivid aspirations, vivid
activity, and as a result she includes herself into active loyal aspects of
motivations and becomes a tool of dictate.
The hypertrophy of introspection and the dissipation of the dictate
layer result in a situation when the highest layer of dictate with its
prerogatives and attributes is as if stepping aside in a shadow while dictate
conductors in a form of state apparatus look like having the status (illusive) of
the summit of oppression. The absoluteness of state power is accompanied by a
transformation of ethnic components, spiritual and objective, into state
components that results in a vague shape of ethnoses and in a suppression of
formal formations fixed with juridical, political acts and of the ethnos's
tendency to a cyclic spreading and shrink. That tendency is stable and is
preserved in the following formations and dictate forms.
Chapter 2
Classical democracy
The conducted analysis shows that socium and structures of dictate at any
given historical period are subject to influence of a superposition of
factors of objective, external, and subjective, individual and also of social
kind. Some of them have a quit define tendencies of their influence on
dictate evolution as, for example, technological evolution, others have more
complicated character with less defined tendencies of their influence on
evolution exhibiting temporal jumps and regressions. An analysis of general
tendency of dictate evolution in its profound essence can be conducted only

layers are not uniformly-gray, monotonous in their psychological coloring
structures with the standard features of psychotype mentioned above in
the previous section. Interconnection, interaction, mutual influences of
psychological motivations of socium individuals in frames of realities of all
dictate aspects results in the fact that dictate layers are often realized as
conglomerates of psychotypes different from the optimum described above. The
reason is that dictate layers are formed not according to the principle
of functional self-assignment together with principle of social-
dictate expediency but according to objective, natural-social
realities of dictate existence. There are many historical examples
confirming the statement. Conversion of producers into slaves by selling of
individuals, who were previously free, under all cruelties of slavery rear
resulted in dictate collisions just due to the correspondence of
psychotypes of producers-slaves to a necessary stereotype. The situation had
changed when prisoners of war were converted into slaves. Presence among
them of a significant sublayer of passionary, aggressive individuals with
powerful hedonistic motivational foundation resulted in situation when social
collisions inside dictate structures occurred more often and more severe
in their consequences for dictate. Suffice it to recollect rebellions of

Non-adequacy of individuals' psychotype comprising dictate layers does not
obligatory result in social collisions. However, it determines efficiency,
stability of a given dictate form, period of its existence. For example, there is
a dictate structure that is realized in state laws, combination of ethical and
moral norms (28) (28 -- Norms that are really present in socium but not those
that are declared by demagogic ideology of dictate.) of socium and results in a
situation, when assigning to accompanying layer is connected with a high level
of satisfaction of hedonism and with proximity to hierarchs. Besides that, the
structure in this hypothetical case is of a such type (29) (29 -- For
example, under hypertrophy of bureaucratic apparatus) that functioning of its
elements (officials, individuals) is activated not according to objective
criteria but arbitrary from the point of view of dictate interests. It
results in situation when worthless ideologists and creators of introspective
oppression lack ability to make efficient ideological foundations of dictate
and a unbalance, deviation between life realities and ideology is widening.
An influence of introspective component is reduced, which have to be
compensated with intensification of physical suppression. Eventually, it
increases a divergence of motivations of socium individuals and dictate and
reduces vital abilities of dictate form. There are many examples of that in
history of any ethnoses from ancient times to the present moment. The content
of the given section -- analysis of stereotypes of psychology of individuals of
various dictate layers -- is used as a basement of the following analysis of
psychology of socium groups, dictate layers in their interconnection with the
general process of dictate evolution.
Contradictate passionaries
While negative passionaries are a product of dictate, of its structure and
concretions (56) (56 -- Negative passionaries of a criminal kind reveal
themselves in experiments with rat socium made by Maslow.), contradictate
passionaries are an immanent, universal and invariant feature of socium --
from a flock to a highly organized state. Genius individuals are present in

basic component -- a hedonism of motivations that is a foundation of any
suppression, of any dictate form, is the very reason why this layer is
called a contradictate one (57) (57 -- Another word "out-of-dictate" may be more
correct. However, all people in some way or other are connected with
socium, dictate, so a term "contradictate" will be used.). Individuals of the
layer motivationally alienate themselves from dictate, i.e., they do not assign
themselves to a structure of a concrete dictate form. Namely this component of
alienation is a basement of self-assignment to the layer but not an accepted by
socium, glorified by dictate creative activation of an individual. Glory and
popularity of a creation are a consequence of loyalty to dictate and of
understanding by crowd that is not always a sign of a genial spirit. A
contradictate person is a man, who invented plough and water wheel, it is
Leucippus and (?)Kanada, gymnosophists and mystics of India, alchemists of
medieval, mathematicians and star-counters of ancient Egypt, Nietzsche and
Kierkegaard, Socrates, Diogenes, Anaximander, Bosch, Rodin, and many, many
others, known and more often, immensely more often, individuals unknown to
mankind and have not been understood by it (59) (59 -- Acknowledgment,
fame, continuity of the fame in generations are not the signs of a
spiritual and mind greatness: Confucius, Plato, Machiavelli, artists,
musicians (especially) -- with all strength of their mind are not more but
dictate adepts, individuals of an accompanying layer.). In the cases when
their creative activity is not connected with material world, with the
world of fight and production, their works are products of a genial
reflection of realities of a surrounding world, socium, dictate - marvelous
products of philosophy, art. A connection with dictate is restricted by
the very this reflected-introspective form (59) (59 -- Here is meant a spiritual,
introspective connection but not a provision with means of life that demands
some co-participation in a life of socium.) without those components of
hypertrophy of material-hedonistic reflections in consciousness that determines
a co-assigning of other layers. The very this feature -- an inborn psychotype of
contradictate passionary determines both a character of collective psychology
and investiture deformations. Although, it is not completely correct in this case
to tell about collective psychology and investitures, because individuals of the
group are not united in functioning, their activations in structure of
socium have a (strictly) individual character. As for investitures, this
term is appropriate here only with an opposite sign, i.e., alienation of
individuals from the layer due to dictate pressure or objective natural factors as
a consequence of the very inborn psychotype. None of external factors can
configure a contradictate passionary, they can only suppress (at some cases)
its motivational foundation. Let us consider factors that condition a
presence and an intensity of the alienation. A contradictateship of a passionary
of mind and spirit in its deep foundation is a reflection of dictate
concretions (all of the aspects, direct and indirect) in a consciousness of a
thinker. A character of reflection, its introspective essence that preludes the
acts of creation is determined by a structure of a complex of the highest
censor of super-I -- a complex of ethical, aesthetical, ontological, and
other ideas, dogmas, taboo, points of view. So the first factor is a
concrete form of dictate, under which a passionary makes his creations. The
second connected with the first is a force of pressure on contradictate
passionaries from structures of oppression, since an ability of contradictation
to dictate is determined by an inborn level of passionarity and at some
sufficiently high level of oppression a passionarity of a concrete individual
may turn out to be insufficient for an active antagonism. Another factor
connected with the first two is a character and essences of a super-I
structure inculcated in consciousness by organs of bringing up and education.
Yet, an action of the factor is somewhat reduced by the fact that a high level
of mentality and passionarity make contradictate passionaries extremely
insensitive, stable as to injection of loyal dogmas and ideas and so to
censorship of I reconciling with perceived( reflected) reality.
Let us analyze a concrete character of deformation of the psycho motivational
foundation by each factor using historical data and considering psychological
determinants of that out-of-dictate layer in historical retrospective. Dictate
forms, a phase of genesis, an essence and means of oppression govern many
features of a functioning socium both social and individual. Contradictate
passionaries make no exception. As shown above, there is a connection
between levels of physical and introspective in oppression structures for
negative passionaries. The same factors determine and deform a layer of
contradictate passionaries. When physical dictate prevails in the whole sum of
oppression means, it implies a complete neglect of motivations of suppressed
and a determination of their actions using negative taboo and physical
punishment, i.e., infringement, humiliation, suppression of an individual
hedonism. Repressions in spiritual media and consequently in behavior
affect besides (not through) structures of the highest censorship by passing
through I on subconscious hedonism. But, as shown above, the foundation of
psycho genotype of contradictate passionaries is based on repudiation from
strategically-vital hedonism and on minimization of censorship of I and with
domination to the extreme degree of super-I' structures and a sublimated hedonism
in a form of creation and passionarity. So a physical dictate having a minimum
level of introspection does not touch a basement of motivational complex of
the layer and its activations (60) (60 -- Besides that, at epoch of a
physical dictate a suppression is directed exclusively on producers.).
Slavery of ancient ethnoses is the brightest example. Ancient Rome and Greece,
Iran, China and before that Sumer, Elam, Akkad present examples of
creative activity of contradictate passionaries. Philosophers,
mathematicians, sculptors, and so on, whose works were not an apology (explicit or
covered) of dictate, worked at these epochs and gave a powerful push to
socium evolution. Still, only physical dictate of slavery was added by
introspective components, for example, in Athens at epochs of the (?)Ephialt and
Pericles times, it resulted in deformation of the layer and its activity.
Bright contradictate passionaries, Anaxagoras, Socrates were exterminated and
spiritually deformed creators of accompanying layer had appeared such as
Iktin(?), Callicrates, Phidias, and then Plato.
Let us consider a second case, when an orthodox prevailing-
introspective dictate takes place. The aiming object, the purpose of
suppression is the same basic, deep hedonism of subconsciousness but a
suppression is conducted indirectly through I and in a developed form mainly
through categories and aspects of super-I. An investment of loyal dogmas,
taboo, ideas and eventually a transformation of motivations at all levels
of consciousness is secures by affection (at this form) on the very structure of
super-I. Being an object of introspective suppression, this structure of
mind represents simultaneously a structure that cardinally determines an essence
of activations of the layer. This is the main feature of psycho
genotype deformation that initiates alienation of an individual from the layer.
Transformation of negative taboo in prevailing component of positive-motivational
involvement results in a situation, when sublimate-creative motivations of
hedonism (libido) get a hedonistic encouragement, a stimulation and a reflective
tie appears between creation and hedonism (of arbitrary concretions) that is
inevitably associated with the dictate generating the concretions of hedonism.
At some, quit certain mutually determined levels of passionarity, creative
sublimation of hedonism in refine form, structures of I and super-I in a complex
that determines activations, a situation may result when contradictateship
(motivational) decreases and hedonism starts to prevail (encouraged by dictate) in
combination with a loyal creative work. In that case either consciously or
not, with comprehension of their actions in conscious categories or
creating loyal work sincerely, subconsciously, a contradictate passionary
prostitutes his essence and functional predestination in a structure of socium
and dictate.
Of cause, the alienation of contradictate passionaries enforces, cardinally
improves functioning of the structures that provide an introspective suppression
and increase a dictate efficiency on the whole but negative aspects of the
deformation appear. A contradictateship, or more exactly, an out-of-
dictatorship, alienation of motivations and creative works from dictate
interests are a reason and a foundation of a free flight of spirit, of a creative
work. New ideas in science and philosophy, new technics, novelty in
literature and art -- all of these are a product of activity of contradictate
passionaries and very these aspects of socium are a foundation of its
evolution. So, an enforcement of dictate at the account of alienation of a part
of the layer (which is already small) for the mentioned above reasons
results in a prolonging weakening of a creative component of spiritual continuum
of socium and, consequently, in slowing down of evolution. An example is given
by spiritual expansion of Christianity in Europe from its appearance to the
Renaissance epoch.
Let us consider the second aspect determining alienation of an
individual from the layer. It is a direct pressure, spiritual repression of
contradictate passionaries, which takes place in all dictate forms having
a significant component of introspection and is a characteristic in an
extremely-radical, orthodoxy concretion of totally-introspective and especially
of extremist dictate forms. While a totally-introspective form is
characterized by hypertrophy of all aspects of introspective suppression both
of negative-motivational and positive-involving, extremist forms are
characterized by a gigantic hypertrophy of intensity and means of spiritual
suppression of a negative-motivational kind that directly conjugate
with a physical suppression in the extremist, terrible forms. The essence of
motivational deformations determined by a positive-motivational involvement has
been analyzed above. Let us consider now the deformations, the
motivational basement that are determined by a common component to these
dictate forms of introspective suppression, by negative-motivational. That
component of dictate is connected with an injected influence both on a structure
of I in a form of external influences and (to much greater extent) on a
structure of super-I in all forms of spiritual dictate: state-legislative,
juridical, ethnical, cultural, ideological, ethical, and even mystical (61) (61 --
In a form of religion, mystic dogmas and revelations (in sects), in a form
of personification of ideological foundation in a leader with application to
him of an immanent infallibility, and so on.). On the other side, it
creates in consciousness of an individual a structure of ideas, a category of
expediency of motivations (for satisfaction of hedonism) in a concrete perception
of dictate realities as a basement of socium; on the other side, it
creates in consciousness of an individual a powerful barrier of norms,
dogmas, ideas, faith preventing raptures of natural dominants of subconscious
including those sublimated in a creative work. As dogmas, ideas, and so on,
injected in a structure of super-I have a loyal to dictate character (in terms
of categories of dictate efficiency and dictate interests) and a basement of
activations of contradictate passionaries is a passionary sublimations of
dominants of Id (hedonism, libido), so antagonism of these components in
consciousness is inevitable. Ethical and aesthetical dogmas, virtues and
norms even in the case, when they superficially correspond to traditional human
ideas (62) (62 -- The ideas and dogmas by themselves also have a sufficiently
relative character. Ideas of ethics as state norms vary strongly depending on
different factors such as social, dictate, collectively-psychological. For
example, in Russia in XI c. a strong warrior being offended by a prince
did not revenge himself and did not suppress himself in favor of socium (as a
moral of the next epochs regards as a necessity) but simply changed his master and
went to another one revealing a cosmopolitism that is blamed at other times. A
giant list and analysis of arguments of ethical relativity (relativity of
regional, ethnical, chronological kinds) are presented in works of French
thinkers: Helvetius ("About mind"), Mountaigne ("Essays"), Voltaire, Didro, and
also of Nietzsche ("Thus spake Zarathustra") and others.) of courage, kindness,
generosity, and so on -- under more thorough analysis reveal features of loyalty
to dictate, or more exactly, reflect dictate interests with respect to

presence of expediency and profit for dictate but not in the case, when it

theories of various natures but having a common feature, a dominant -- a

any dogmas (63) (63 -- It is difficult to imagine, for example, Nietzsche
declaring his thoughts in a frame of dogmas that were proclaimed (by dictate)
as a final truth.). An introspective antagonism between these factors in
introspection of contradictate passionaries determines causally a negation,
alienation from both of dogmas of official ideology and of its products --
ethical and other norms composing a basement of an inculcated loyal-dictate
censor -- structures of super-I. Negation of loyal dogmas, purposes, virtues,
understanding of their loyal expediency and relativity result in creation of
their own, individual ethical values and dogmas (that often have an
individually-egoistic coloration deprived at the same time of sadist-
aggressive features) connected with a remaining continuum of desublimated
hedonism of subconsciousness of Id. Namely this -- an individuality of ethical
dogmas and norms, laying in a basement of negation of a basic structure of
motivations, injected in consciousness of suppressed (motivational acceptance of
asceticism that alienates wealth of hedonism in favor of hierarchs) is the
very feature that makes out-of-dictate passionaries of spirit to be
contradictate. In other words, a creative work of the highest mentality and
spirit of a person is a basement of contradictateship, its potential.
As any conglomerate of individuals with similar features, the layer of
passionaries includes a wide scale of their cardinal determinants -- of
creative potential and passionarity. An opposition of the above mentioned
aspects -- of internal dominants of psychotype and an injected structure of super-
I -- in common conditions, i.e., at some average level of
introspective oppression, results in formation of individual's super-I
unconnected with criteria of dictate. However, an increase of intensity and
variety of suppression methods may result in some part of the layer, having
less level of dominants in motivations, in prevailing in consciousness of a
structure of loyal super-I. For example, at moments of ethnical over-stresses,
at epochs of social and ethnical collisions, intensity of injection of loyal
dogmas in consciousness is used to be so high that results in alienation of
some, comparatively small number of individuals of the layer in other layers,
more often in an accompanying layer. Sometimes the same factors of introspective
pressure result not in pushing out of natural dominants but in annealing of
influence of super-I at all. In that case, an activation of contradictate
passionaries is determined by desublimated hedonism of such power that they are
invested either in hierarchs or in negative passionaries of the highest
hierarchy. Examples of the first part: Plato, Archimedes, Confucius, Thomas
Aquinas, Einstein, and many others; examples of the second: Villon, Alcibiades,
Pissarro.
As shown in the previous sections, the main factor that for a long
time determines a strategic growth of an introspective component of dictate in
its evolution is a development of technology, which itself is a product of
activity of contradictate layer. A ring of consequences and reasons is
formed -- contradictate passionaries initiate an evolution of technology that
conditions a growth of dictate introspection that results in an alienation of the
layer. A conclusion suggests itself that an eventual effect of the ring of
consequences is a retardation of technology evolution but it does not take
into account a consequence of technological evolution. It is just the following:
evolution of technology, of all its scientific and technical aspects

State (1) (1- Here, the term "state" has a wider meaning than usually.
It includes any formal social or political hierarchy of dictate formed by
rights, customs, taboo, ideology, i.e., along with traditional state it is a
community, tribe, ethnos, religions conglomerate, and so on.) is an external
form, a social materialization of the general category of dictate. It is a
complex of external (with respect to a concrete individual) structures that
reflects, realizes dictate layers with appropriation to them concrete
functions, rights, duties, advantages and official status. An expedient adequacy
of rightful and willed appropriation of corresponding aspects of state power to

structures, factors and institutes of state including ideology, ethics and
moral, administrative hierarchy and military structures, legislative norms
and penitential system, level of arbitrary rule and structures restricting

Of course, a hierarch of flock or a leader of primitive tribe while settling
a concrete dictate structure may not declare and present for the whole
community judgment the main ideas of his own prevailing. Still, they are present
-- the ideas of a moral right of a strong man on prevailing in hedonism, on an
expediency of his own domination, and so on. A degree of correspondence of the
ideas to realities of objectivity, a logic of their concretions, a symbolic
formulation and other aspects -- these are the questions relevant already to a
form, to the next phase of dictate evolution. The essence is in the fact that
any dictate in a form of state has in its foundation some ideas and
principles being injected into consciousness of the suppressed with an
aureole of necessity, expediency, common weal, ethical beauty. Still, real, deep
motivations of state (dictate) are invariant from the first steps of mankind
(3)(3 -- This very basic statement of the work has been analyzed and
argued in the previous chapters.), although ideas and principles composing its
basement have been varying and evolving with dictate. A dissonance between an
introspective dictate essence, its hierarchy of motivations and suppression in
concrete state forms and realities of life and between a declared ideology --
a complex of basic ideas and principles -- is one of the main factors
conditioning a presence of introspective collisions and an appearance
due to it of contradictate and negative motivations and a reduction of
efficiency of oppression, of dictate (and state).
Let us consider the statement in the light of evolution of
introspective component of dictate and historic realities of state power. An
introspective gist of dictate as a category and a real essence is an organic
conglomerate of hedonism of hierarchs of positive-motivated layers and a
repression of external dominants and motivational complexes of the suppressed
determining level, intensity and direction of their production efforts. A
unipolarity, minimization of the above mentioned dissonance is conditioned,
first, by correspondence of a declared sum of principles and ideas to
necessities of dictate, i.e., to hedonism of the highest layers of
hierarchy and to dictate potential to withstand against external deforming
factors, and, second, by its satisfaction of a structure of conscious dogmas,
criteria, notions and subconscious motivations, instincts of the suppressed -- of
producers. Leader of a flock -- the strongest male while appropriating to himself
the rights and functions of a hierarch and providing himself with hedonistic
prevailing (food, shelter, females) takes upon himself the functions of main
support, defense, food obtaining. Here, the real and injected indirectly (not
declared consciously) in consciousness of the suppressed dogma of physical
domination and so of a hedonistic prevailing responds, from on side, to
interests of hierarch and, from another side, to a structure of conscious
determinants of motivations of the suppressed, since in introspection an
alienation of a part of hedonistic wealth is compensated by a higher level of
protection from external factors. It is an aspect of hedonism, since the male's
power, his aggression, fighting qualities and, the most important, motivational
direction of activations are a weighty factor in securing surviving of an
individual, flock and posterity.
In lacking factors determining a disharmony and introducing in it
some evolutive determinants (4) (4 -- First of all, it is a technology evolution,
determined by contradictate passionaries and also external factors and
connected with these two groups consequent factors.) such state power can last
very long, during an interval of existence of concrete spices of highly
progressed mammals.
A civilization has started and at its very early stages the previous
position changed completely; gerontocrasy of tribe communities determines
the inversion of the above mentioned harmony of ideology and concretions into an
internally antagonistic system of taboo and customs directed on restriction of
an arbitrary rule of strong individuals, creation of socium hierarchy and on
motivational-activational concretions of elite, dominating persons. Ideology
of early stages of community-tribe forms of socium represents a sum of ideas
and principles aimed on protection of elderly, women, children from an arbitrary
rule of the strong; the ideas and principles are fixed in a system of non-
written right and are secured by gerontocrasy as carriers of collective ideology
and memory. A functional aspect of prevailing of the strongest in a flock, which
is socially-expedient and so introspectively compensating a hedonistic
domination, at this stage is divided. A functional expedient domination of a
strong is alienated from hedonism since hierarchs of tribe not at all are the
most valuable individuals in provision of functional-vivid concretions of socium.
At the stage, ideology of state is losing its bio-social foundation and starts
to acquire aspects of ethical, loyal- dictate, conjunctive-demagogic
kind immanently inherent also to all following state forms. A complex of
ideas and norms lying in the basement of commune-tribe state represents a
sum of spiritual, introspective essences, which potential-activational
predestination is to compensate a hedonistic inequality in consciousness of
socially valuable suppressed individuals . An uncompensated dissonance has
appeared as an introspective collision between declared ideology (as a kind of
customs, taboo, beliefs, early ethics) and a character of hierarchic
possibilities of hedonism satisfactions, which is not compensated by a collective
necessity. This is only a beginning phase of the process of an
evolution determination by dictate of introspective collisions between a state
ideology and external concretions reflected together in consciousness of
individuals.
Further dictate evolution results in appearance of a new form -- a
slavery having a strict determination of hierarchy layers and differentiation
of functional and hedonistic potentials of individuals. The previous epochs
represent just a prehistory of dictate and state. An appearance of the
early slavery states in Mesopotamia determines a beginning of such aspects of
state power (a dictate concretion) as an officially declared ideology,
laws, structure of state power (of dictate), and so on. Ideology of
slavery includes several principal components inherent to the all following
forms of state ideology and conditioned by a development, evolution both of
dictate directly and indirectly through it by some external determinants such
as technology, ethnic, and so on.
An aspect of socium that cardinally determines dictate evolution of
state ideology is an appearance of collective memory -- writing, from
ideographical to symbolic one that allows to preserve ideas and transfer
them from generation to generation missing subjects-carriers. Due to it, from
one side, stable complexes of ideas appear as basements of ideology fixed
outside consciousness of individuals and, from another side, it facilitates
a conservatism of ideology and an appearance of dialectic conflicts between

All numerous factors-determinants of ideology make contributions
in continuum of ideas-basements of state power and accompanying layer of dictate
appearing on arena of history become a materializer that makes a concrete
ideology of state power. It evolves from priests of town-temples and loyal
creators of first states of Sumer and Akkad to a gigantic conglomerate of
individuals of the layer nowadays. At early stages of slavery, the function of the
layer is fulfilled by priests of town-temples and loyal creators. The essence,
psychotype of the dictate layers determines a gist of ideas, their formation
and attitude to state power. A religiousness of individuals of that epoch is
an immanent feature as well as their sociability: religion as a system of
ontological, ethical, mystical, and so on ideas tied in an eclectic
conglomerate is organically connected with state system not only in a formal way
(since hierarch of town-temple is also an ideological hierarch) but also with
the help of ideas. Due to that unity, religion becomes an ideal
justification, a lawyer of existing order, giving an expedient teleology to
it using arguments of ontological, ethical, and mystical kinds. Religion, as
dictate ideology, consecrated first of all community-social, ethnic,
dictate, and, as a wreath of a form, state essences of socium. More over, it
came forward as a cementing beginning, similar to ethnic self-assigning, by
alienating from performance of religious cults of slaves and aliens (5) (5 --
Ranking to a cult of the most suppressed producers of socium is inevitably
connected with presence in structure of a state ideology, in that case of
religion, of components of masochist-mystic kind tied with dogmas of ethic,
recompensation, virtue, and so on, inherent to the later forms of religious
ideology. A religious cult presented the essence, the beginning that united
members of socium having a common wealth, opposing it to external natural
forces and other sociums. This peculiarity of religious ideology of an early
slavery is well combined with a tolerance to alien ideologies -- to religious
cults. The cults of (?)Enke in (?)Eredy, (?)Enlil in (?)Nippyr, (?)Dingimah in
Adoba, (?)Ngatumdy in Lagash, (?)Inana in Uruk, and so on, well coexist at
the same chronological intervals of history. That peculiarity is easily
accounted for by the fact that the
religion of early slavery did not contain (in its basement) features of a
direct ideological suppression, introspective injections of loyalty but only
features of a social conglomeration, of state-ethnic co-assigning.
As for suppression, it has features and dominants of a direct forced
influence, physical compulsion without weighty features of introspection. A
presence of features such as a motivational state-ethnic self-assigning,
social conglomeration and a lack of features of direct motivational suppression,
of injected-instructive dictate -- is a reason of a social and dictate (and so,
formal state) positivity, progressiveness of state ideology of the epoch.
Roots, psycho physiological basements of this idyllic harmony are determined
by the following factors. A starting phase of technology development and connected
to it by bilateral ties a continuum of contradictate passionaries having a low
quality and minimal volume, determines a low level of motivations of super-I
structures. It in turn entails a prevailing of I structures and hedonism of It,
i.e., structures of external expediency of a primitive hedonism, which are
stimulated by a co-participation to a concrete socium, and so to a corresponding
declared ideology in a form of a concrete cult. An absolute acceptance of
religious categories and dogmas (6) (6 -- To reach atheism in its very early
form -- of antique philosophy, mankind had have to pass thousands of years of
evolution of socium, dictate and mentality.) associated with the highest
hierarch of dictate -- the highest priest of temple-town together with
hedonistic-positive involvement, co-participation in a concrete cult (as shown
above) determines a lack of motivational dissonance and an acceptance by an
individual of declared ideology (in that rudimentary form as it was), and
consequently an introspective perception, self-assigning to dictate of the
suppressed -- of producers. Namely this feature -- a lack of repressing
ideophobic state power to antagonists, a high level of toleration to alien
cults is one of the reasons of involvement without an introspective-injected
suppression.
The second easing the same effect not less important feature of
character of dictate determined ideology is a lack in cultures of the given
epoch of a harmonious system of loyal-dictate ethical and ethic-ontological
dogmas and points of view characteristic of ideologies and religions of
the following epochs. An eclectic complexity of rather vague notions and
ideas explaining an external world conditions the fact that the ideology of
dictate epoch under consideration - a cult ideology - in not an instrument of
suppression but as an ideal basement of a form of state power realizing dictate
at a basement of positive-hedonistic involvement.
Summarizing, it is possible to say that at a given stage of development of
dictate determined ideology of objective conditions of socium, i.e., a
dialectically interconnected complex of external determinants and all
aspects of functioning socium correspond to a dictate introspection in
consciousness of individuals, more exactly, a level of dissonance in their
consciousness is comparatively low for determination of negative to dictate
motivations.
The next cardinal factor determining a character of dictate influence on
state ideology, its efficiency, a degree of its acceptance by individuals at all
epochs is a presence of other ideas and ideologies, an extent of their
accessibility to socium individuals. A collision in consciousness of individuals
of ideas of different directions, of efficiency and level of intellectual
power and adequacy to realities of being results in deformation of
introspective-injected determinations of a loyal-dictate kind, in introduction
in the structure of super-I determinations of a negative and contradictate
kind and so in appearance of motivational dissonances entailing a lowering
of level of ideological involvement, lowering of efficiency of state system (form
of dictate). A presence at that epoch of formally different ideology-cults
-- which are very similar according to their essence and ideological content
-- due to an amorphous eclecticism of dogmas, mutual toleration does not
result in the above mentioned effects. A comparatively small continuum of
contacting sociums and an approximate uniformity of stages (phases) of their
ethnogenesis determine a uniformity of ideological basement of declared
ideology and so levels possibilities of its external inversion.
One more factor determining an activity and efficiency of declared
ideology, i.e., its adequacy to realities reflected in categories of
consciousness at all epochs of dictate evolution and concretely at the
considered epoch of early slavery is an ideological succession, an extrapolative
logic of evolving sequence of ideologies without introduction of sudden changes
in a structure of introspective determinants and dogmas injected by dictate.
Social collisions in a form of revolutions, ethic expansions, state-
ideological antagonisms entailing illogical jumps, qualitative, principle
deformations of ideological basements (but not of forms as they are
secondary) result in softening of ideological injected structures of
consciousness that block breaking into motivations of contradictate and negative
dominants. Producers, contradictate passionaries, accompanying layers at the
epochs of ideological bursts in their majority preserve a conservatism of
psychology stereotype and new by ideas, by dogmas ideologies can touch these
psychotypes only superficially. A restricted acceptance of a new ideology as
a structure of conscious determinants of I and super-I is possible only for a
small part of hierarchy having a plastic, reacting on conjuncture-concrete
ideological complexes, consciousness that results in deformation of
psychotypes (described in chap.3) and so in alienations from and investments
to dictate layers. As for a majority of individuals, in their consciousness
negation (principle) of dogmas of loyalty to dictate and to its concretions --
to state form and an intensive inculcation of new dogmas and ideas result only
in subconscious (and conscious) feeling, in an idea of relativity of
ideology in general, in subconscious nihilism, in reduction of effect of
ideology as an aspect of state power. As a result, it increases a continuum
of layers functionally antagonistic to dictate and state and decreases
loyalty, conformism, unidirectionality of motivations of functional dictate
layers.
At the epoch under consideration, something hardly can be told about a
succession, because as state power so ideology are in an embryonic stage. A
succession is present in a sense that an essence of religious cults of town-
temples is a logic development of those subconscious natural-biological ideas
taking place in an unformed ideology of flock and tribe. Ideas of divinity of
nature, a dying and resurrecting god, and others represent a mystic reflection in
consciousness of infinite mysteries and essences of surrounding nature without
introduction of subjective components connected with man, i.e., namely those
essences that determine a character of ideology in flock and tribe. This fact
determines and accounts for both the described above self-assigning to a cult
(ideology) and a hedonistic in its basement positiveness of motivations of
loyal-dictate kind.
The next cardinal factor of dictate determination of state
ideology efficiency is a presence and a level of development of
infrastructure sources generating ideas and ideologies principally different
from an officially-declared state ideology. As these generators are always
conglomerates of contradictate or rear negative passionaries, so the factor is
directly determined by a level of positive-motivation involvement in dictate
structure, by a level of state attraction and encouragement of
intellectual elite. An influence of ideas generated by contradictate
intellectuals is stronger as it is in a harmony accord with the basic
subconscious motivations of It. So a presence of infrastructure generators of
contradictate ideas and dogmas immanent to developed sociums determines a
motivational dissonance in introspection of the suppressed as a result of
superposition of antagonistic ideologies. A completely physical character of
suppression of the epoch, a weak development of layer of contradictate
passionaries (both qualitative and quantitative), a lack of formed complete
ideology of oppression as a state's one -- all these factors are the
basement and determinant of a low level, unimportance to social-dictate of
dissonance between a declared ideology as a basement of state and reflected
realities of objective world.
Another predestination of state ideology is a decoration, substitution or
camouflage of ideological basement of dictate in a form of state power by
dogmas, ideas, motivations of ethical kind in a form of patriotic, ethic,
chauvinistic, and so on psychological structures. The motivational dissonance
discussed above can for a time be leveled by powerful motivations of
collective-ethnical kind based on positive-motivation (hedonistic inside) self-
assigning to ethnos. A transformation of hedonistic--gregorian ethnic
motivations into loyal-state, loyal-dictate ones leveling a profound
contradictate passionarity of individualism represents in its essence a
concretion of the Freud substitution, of a cardinal mechanism of a psychic
adaptation. Namely of an adaptation, since the mechanism at a given concrete case
(socium) is a prevailing feature of an individual having a low level of
motivational, intellectual, passion power and a plastic consciousness
(producers, accompanyings, conductors).
At the stage under consideration, evolution of state power
determined by dictate, its ideological basement, ethnos, ethnic motivations are
in a rudimentary state, so the above mentioned mechanism stays idle and there is
no need in it yet. At that stage, ideological basements of state reign
undividedly in consciousness of individuals.
Passing by some intermeddle stages, let us consider the epoch of antique
Hellinism. It is epoch of large ethnic conglomerates: Egypt, Persia, Greece,
China, India, later Rome. Philosophical, theological, ethical teachings appear
and are developed mutually influencing each other, a system of collective
memory is being developed from hieroglyphic writing to context-symbol signs, all
of this is a result of activity of contradictate. New features of state
power appear: legalized hierarchy of administration, legislation and courts,
penitential system, professional army, and others. A complication of state
power (concretion of dictate) requires (and in its turn determines) a change
of principle, ideological basements of state -- their formation into a logic,
organic system of ethic-philosophical essences that unite a state (dictate) and
common weal (hedonistic continuum). The system is accepted as an official
ideology, measures are undertaken for its guarding and conservation,
preservation from external deforming influences.
In essence, ideological basements of state as a social form of dictate
are an ethic proof of necessity and expediency of namely a given, concrete
dictate form and so they reflect, to one or another degree transformed-
decorated, the main features of the form. A developed slavery as a form of
dictate is characterized by such features as presence of the highest
autocrat (or, before, oligarchy), layer of hierarchs, tough physical
suppression with growing component of introspective suppression (its character
will be discussed later), powerful processes of ethnogenesis with some

efficient dictate unifying individual motivations to withstand against external

(associatively) reflected in ideology of slavery, in ideologies of state basement
of the epoch.
A main factor of ideological basement of state at the epochs is an accepted
from previous epoch of state power religion, a mystic-ontological ethic of
state power, which in spite of appearance and development of philosophical,
abstract ideologies still is a cardinal instrument of dictate (8) (8- Due to the
same absolute, total religious feeling, since a few skeptics and atheists
of Hellinism have appeared only later and most often were rejected by socium
(Diogenes).). Let us consider the main features of state religions of
different states of the epoch.
In Egypt, state religion, its notions and hierarchy of pandemonium
directly depend on a Pharaoh establishing a cult of Amon, Aton, animalist gods -
Apis, (?)Socnebtyunis, and others. Ptah directly reflects a structure of extreme
centralization of state, of autocracy in orthodox form - in Pharaoh power. A
promotion of one of the mentioned gods as the highest hierarch of Egyptian
pantheon and association of Pharaoh with him as his human hypostasis (or a
direct pointing of that) of mystical essence and will is an invariable religious

the creation character. Works glorifying mind, strength, beauty of man --
works of Phidias, Myron -- are substituted for works glorifying hierarchs and
executors -Nero (Xenofor), Caligula, Augustus, warriors and military
triumphs. The same change is observed in other manifestations of creative
passionarity. Even philosophy -- the summit of manifestation of
contradictate passionarity of creators -- evolves in the dictate determination
from the grandeur of free spirit of Anaxagoras, Anaximander, Epictetus,
skeptics, Democrites, Aristotle to the loyal dictate philosophy of Seneca and
Suetonius.

Chapter 6
From the first skirmishes with stone axes at epoch of man appearance to
gigantic massacres of the XX c., war is a permanent and necessary feature of
social life. Big and comparatively small wars lasting one-day or Hundred years,
internal and external have taken place and are going continuously during the whole
history of mankind. According to the presented here theory, regarding dictate in
evolution as a general determinant of varying human socium, we should reveal a
causal interconnection of these categories that is determined by dictate essence
and is based on psycho motivational potentials and activations of individuals of a
stratified hierarchy of socium. Since a war never starts according to initiative
of the lowest, suppressed layers of hierarchy, the question arises: Why is war
necessary to hierarchs and to what extent is this necessity objective?
This problem irrespective of dictate (as a category and an objective-social
essence) has attracted many minds and has been considered using as a basis of
various hypotheses and theories of a psychological pre-inclination, a necessity of
common economy, an immanence of interstate relations as a whole, and so on. None
of these theories (Plato, Marx, Clausewitz, and others) does account for anything,
gives an answer to the following questions: why do wars take place at all, why the
suppressed go to death, why do wars take place at the very given moment and are
initiated by namely this state, ethnos. The list of questions can be prolonged but
the essence is clear. An analysis of categories that condition an appearance and
evolution of wars in these theories shows that they lack the most important
quality -- of being socially general, universal and they respectively have a low
level of extrapolating power of social future, here, of war.
As this work shows, the basic structure of evolution is dictate that
determines all aspects of socium individuals; partly, it has been illustrated by
examples in the previous sections. Let us consider this determination in analyzing
reasons and essence of war and militant structures in society. The fundamental
aspects determining presence and evolution of dictate are: differentiation of
psychotypes of individuals according to their layer teleology; presence of
external influences on socium (natural, ethnogenetic) and of internal
(technology); stratified gradation of interests and possibilities and functional
duties. These essences, being refracted in consciousness of people and getting a
concrete implementation in activity indirectly through mind of individuals and
socium, represent the determinants of history.
Let us scrutinize the determination using wars as an example. As was told,
none of wars have been started by initiation of suppressed layers of socium.
Teleology and essence of psychotype of individuals of the layers suppose a
subordination and alienation from their own will with profession of a conscious
and behavior conformism. A slaughter accompanying spontaneous riots is not a war
in full sense but only an accidental break through of subconscious hedonism.
Internal (civil) wars with a declared difference from external wars have in their
essence no difference, since they are a result of collisions either groups of
hierarchs or hierarchs and pretenders at the place in the case of organized riots
and revolutions. The only difference is in ethnic origin of hierarchs of opposing
sides. A reason of war in its essence can be found in analysis of the results,
which hierarchs of opposing sides are going to reach at the beginning of war.
Let us start from internal wars. Irrespective of names of opponents:
Artaxerxes and Cyrus Junior, emperors (?)Bi-Shi and (?)Van-Man, Caesar and Antony,
Commune and Thiers -- the essence is in a supposed result, namely, in a
transformation of structure of dictate hierarchy to occupy in it the places in
layers with maximum hedonistic possibilities and to seize an additional hedonistic
wealth. A leader of opposing group wants to occupy a place of hierarch, generals
dream about places near him, and so on. War eases a hierarchy formation as it
makes necessary a structural organization of socium in a military manner, i.e., in
a bureaucratic autocracy with supreme leader as a head. Quit often, internal wars
suppose a change not of structure of dictate (even in revolution) but only
hierarchs, conductors and the suppressed. There are more than enough examples in
history of all ethnoses.
A characteristic peculiarity of internal war is an extermination by all
opposing sides of contradictate passionaries. It will be clear, if we account for
that teleology of the layer includes a necessity of deformation of ideological
continuum of socium but internal war due to a lack of ethnic motives has to be
based on a primitive-ideological proving of its necessity injected in
consciousness of the suppressed in hypostasis of courageous soldiers. Especially,
it takes place, when there are pretenders at a place of hierarchs (1) (1 -- In
that case, a foundation of war is various ideological transformations of a
repressed hedonism of the suppressed under a mask of egalitarianism, common weal,
and so on.), since opposing groups of hierarchs of a previous form to less degree
rest on an ideology but more on a sublimated hedonism of their supporters. So
internal wars have their aim, a supposed result in a replacement of hierarchy of
dictate, i.e., a formation of its highest layers from a number of leaders of a
winning group.
External wars have more variable aims: ethnogenetic, capture of wealth
necessary to hierarchs, extermination of an alien ideology, and so on. It is
possible to subject to analysis all thinkable variations of wars and show that all
of them eventually are a result of initiation of hierarchs and the highest
conductors.
Let us scrutinize wars connected with an ethnogenetic expansion from the
points of view of aggressive and defending ethnoses. A thorough analysis of
reasons and essence of wars connected with ethical expansion has been given by
L.Gumilev. Here, we will give the main theses and analyze a connection with
dictate. A phase of ethnogenesis called by Gumilev as "overheating of
passionarity" precedes to expansion and is characterized by a sharp increase of
portion and influence of passionary individuals in a summary continuum of socium
and in social activity. There is an obstacle hindering a complete understanding of
a profound thought of L.Gumilev connected in particular with a basic introduced
essence -- passionarity that represents a speculative structure. Here, it has the
same treatment as in chap.2, i.e., the above mentioned characteristic of a phase
of ethnogenesis means that there is at this phase in continuum of socium a
comparatively big contingent of individuals sufficient for initiation of the other
part of the suppressed and having a psychotype different from a conform stereotype
of the suppressed layer. The difference mainly consists in a high level of
hedonistic determinants of potentials and activations of mind and a low level of
determinants (prohibiting barriers) connected with I and super-I. Presence of a
sufficiently great continuum of individuals of that type connected with objective
laws of ethnogenesis and a phase of ethnic blossoming puts in front of dictate
several problems. Quite clear that individuals of the group at a presence of
external repression are very soon invested in a layer of negative passionaries;
due to a significance of their contingent, it will soon result in disintegration
of the dictate form. From the other side, dictate lacks abilities to satisfy their
hedonism (even at the last stages of technology evolution) -- also due to the
significance of their contingent. Having in these (who are undoubtedly necessary
for prosperity of ethnos and dictate) individuals potential enemies, dictate
resorts to a trick of external inversion of passionarity, i.e., using a high level
of ethnic dominants of consciousness that is characteristic of the phase and
connected with motivation self-assigning, dictate finds external ethnic enemies of
domestic ethnos (both objective and farfetched) and changes a direction of
passionarity, i.e., redirects motivational activations of these individuals on a
conquest of wealth of alien ethnoses.
In its action, dictate is helped by another objective essence connected with
motivational determinations of passionaries, namely that for them an ethnic
expansion means a possibility of satisfaction of hedonistic motivations, which are
dominant for their psychotype: seize of material wealth, career, investment in the
highest layers of hierarchy, and so on up to a primitive sex. In this unification,
we have the essence and motivational basis of hoplits of Alexander, legionnaires
of Rome (at epoch of conquests), conquistadors, cossacks of Yermak, soldiers of
colonial army of Britain XVII- XIX cc., and so on.
The accompanying aspects of expansion: material seizes, redivision of
territory, dictate replacements -- while looking as superficially important, are
secondary products of the above mentioned basic determinant that conditions a
necessity and a concretion of wars for an expansive socium.
It is opposed by an ethnos subject to aggression. What may be the results of
war for it? The answer to the question has, of course, a layer-differentiated
character that depends on a phase of dictate evolution. For hierarchs and
conductors, a defeat means a loose or a cardinal reduction of hedonistic
possibilities, for the suppressed it is only a change of yoke, for contradictate
passionaries it is indifferent as they are repressed by any dictate. In
distinction from the highest dictate layers, at phases of law dictate and ethnic
passionarity (which are comparatively synchronous at epoch of civilization) the
suppressed to one or another degree consciously profess at times of ethnic
collisions a motto of Roman plebes of an epoch of decline: "Abe bene, ibi patria".
For the highest dictate layers in spite a possibility of defeat, war is also
desired (2) (2-- In opposite case, wars would be substituted for diplomacy), since
objective laws of dictate evolution (see the previous chapters) necessitate an
intensification and extensification of external suppression, for what is necessary
to have a hierarchic apparatus of bureaucracy, which summit and a logical end are
a militant autocracy. Strategic motivations of hierarchs follow the same tendency
with their immanent striving for intensification of personal power of autocracy
(connected with the maximum level of alienation of hedonistic wealth), the most
straight way to which is a militant structure formation and a consolidation of
socium facing an aggression of external ethnos. In other words, from a defending
ethnos's side, war becomes also a dictate necessity and is determined by the
essence of dictate evolution (3) (3 -- Motivations of the highest conductors:
militaries, secret services, and so on, being adequate to motivations of hierarchs
respective to wars, are secondary but sufficiently important determinants).
These phases of dictate evolution are taken not occasionally, since namely
at the phases of expansion, obscuration and disintegration dictate has an organic
necessity to unleash wars under any pretense (4) (4-- It is necessary to mention
here that motivations and needs of hierarchs at these phases of dictate evolution
to great extent are similar -- it is a necessity " to blow off steam" in both
cases but the reasons are different.).
Peculiarities of other phases of dictate evolution, for example of an
appearance or blossoming ones including objective and introspective-individual
peculiarities, do not determine a presence of militant structures and wars. The
presented argumentation is a particular confirmation of the universal-social
generality of the category of dictate. Here, ethnic, external motivations are only
a screen of dictate's interests and its introspective-motivation instrument for
initiation and direction of necessary motivations.
An indirect confirmation of dictate determination of ethnic (according to
mask) wars is the relations of hierarchs of opposing ethnoses. Starting from a
certain level of technology evolution (and of dictate, respectively) hierarchs
exterminate each other only by a way of exception. Mostly, a defeat or victory
results only in a decrease or increase of hedonistic possibilities of hierarchs
and starting from a certain level of evolution -- in an amicable agreement on
redivision of possibilities. An example is given by wars in Europe for the last
200 years. Wars caused by economical needs of a concrete dictate form (5) (5 --
For example, a lack in area of socium's inhabitancy of some useful minerals,
products, and so on, and inability to obtain them in other way than by a military
capture.) has so clear direct dictate determination that there is no necessity to
analyze them. Let us consider wars connected with ideological differences that is
especially characteristic of extremist forms including religious wars of an epoch
of reduction of religious-introspective influence and of a conjunction with state
dictate. Islam with its wars, Albigensian wars and crusades, an imposing of
Christianity in Russia, wars of communism -- they all are united by one external
indication -- by an ideology as a reason, banner and motivational dominant (in
consciousness of participants) of war. A final aim of war and connected with
victory enslaving (potential) is declared to be joining of ethnos subject to
repressions to an ideology of aggressive ethnos. A complex of dogmas connected
with an immanent, moral, spiritual, intellectual weal and a supremacy of ideas,
composing ideology of aggressor, is beforehand injected in consciousness of
individuals-aggressors. There is an evident principle adequacy of the essence of
declared ideology of dictate and the above mentioned essence.
Ideology as a complex of ideas should , if there were a lack of dictate
determinations and interests, be injected in consciousness of individuals
irrespective of ethnic origin, spontaneously, depending on ontological, ethic and
any other its side and value. An investment of any idea, ideology, ethics, and so
on using external repressions has always a dictate basis, i.e., an injection of
alien ideas in that case pursues pragmatic aims connected with appropriation of
hedonistic wealth. This obvious notion is directly applicable to the analysis of
ideological wars since an ideology that is acceptable and declared by hierarchs is
always a speculative essence used for purposes of suppression. Examples are:
expansion of Christianity, especially in South America, expansion of Islam during
the first hundreds of years after prophet. In distinction from ethnic wars,
ideological wars being characteristic of higher stages of dictate evolution and
socium have as a final result an inculcation of an ideology of aggressor to
individuals of conquered ethnos. As hierarchs of dictate to one or another degree
are a personification, carriers of domestic ideology, so a result of ideological
war always includes an extermination of hierarchs of a conquered socium, of an
alien dictate form (from Montezuma, a leader of Albigensians to nowadays fascism)
with a following transition, personification of a new ideology in a person of new
hierarch.
There is a variety of ideological wars -- wars that one or other group of
individuals proclaims to be liberating -- irrespective of whether it is from
power of an alien ethnos or a domestic group. In the first case, it is a hybrid of
ethnic and ideological war, in the second -- a pure ideological war. Anyhow,
declared dogmas of liberation are an ideological basement for a change of form and
formation of dictate, more exactly, for a change of dictate structure and, first,
a change of hierarchs and the highest conductors, since the suppressed, producers
in functional teleology are invariable in concrete changes of chronological
dictate forms. (Suppression of producers by Inks was different from the Spanish
one only by a level of cruelty).
An ideology of liberation here is only a convenient screen and an
instrument for influencing consciousness that is used by a group of individuals
aspiring to summits of dictate hierarchy. Results of all successful liberating
wars confirm it, as "heroes-liberators" always compose the highest floors of new
hierarchy, and a level of suppression at new formations quit often surpasses the
previous one. In other words, these wars are a result of dictate determination, in
that case, a result of activity of pretenders in hierarchs.
It is a proper place here to remind that liberating wars are impossible
without preliminary creation of an organization, party, group initiating a
beginning of war that immanently has a dictate-hierarchic structure. The structure
due to objective circumstances is centralized, autocratic or in the best case
oligarchic that often acquires features of extremist form.
War -- internal, external, ethnic, and any other -- is a mean of solving
dictate problems. The problems can be divided into internal and external. The
firsts are connected with concrete tasks of physical suppression and affection of
introspection, motivations of the suppressed -- tasks put forward by further
centralization of power, intensification of arbitrary rule, secret services,
possibility of extermination of passionary individuals at front and out of it,
speculation on ethnic motives and intensification of wealth alienation, and so on.
The seconds, external problems are connected with a conquer of a continuum
of wealth of alien sociums (or with protection of own), solution of economic tasks
(a reflection of hedonistic claims of hierarchs), and so on, i.e., with acquiring
additional hedonistic possibilities as for satisfaction of requirements of
hierarchs and the highest layers of hierarchy, so for solution of internal tasks
of dictate -- mainly for stimulation of hedonism of the suppressed aimed at
leveling, reduction of motivations negative to dictate.
Summing up the discussed above, it is possible using only a list of aims and
possible results to claim that the essence of wars and their expediency is
determined by an essence of category of dictate, a necessity of suppression,
potentials and activations of individuals composing stratified hierarchy of
dictate and socium. A stratified structure of dictate and a dictate
differentiation of psychotypes according to immanent teleology of individuals-
carriers, determine a differentiation of individual participation in war, attitude
to war and to its results.
Hierarchs -- are a layer, interests of individual of which to great extent
is a reflection of basic tendencies and essences of evolving dictate. Hedonistic
motivations of individuals of the layer are a necessary component of social
essences initiating concretions of social-dictate activations. Dictate's needs
determining a presence of war as an immanent essence of evolution of the global
socium (6) (6--Besides the analysis presented above, see chap.2, 3.) to great
extent are realized through an activity on namely this layer. From one side,
consciousness of hierarchs through structures of I is influenced by the factors
that reduce or completely deprive hierarchs of possibilities of hedonism (external
and internal) and repress motivational dominants of war beginning. From the other
side, starting from a certain level of technology hierarchs are alienated from
nightmares and burdens of war (indirectly trough I, negative barriers of their
consciousness are leveled); moreover, due to war they acquire new possibilities.
Due to this double positive determination, motivational potentials of hierarchs
respective to war are transformed into concretions, when there is a presence of
reflected in I a subjective-objective confidence in a positive for hierarchs end
of war.
A potential possibility of war (in a conscious potential of hierarchs) finds a
positive-motivational position in consciousness as by an influence of structures
of I, so by the most powerful -- of hedonism of It.
The only structure of consciousness -- super-I able to repress of these (in
particular) dominants of hedonism, due to stereotype of dominants of hierarchs,
has a low level of determining activity. In cases when structure of super-I of
hierarchs has a sufficient level of determination, i.e., has a significant
deviation from a psycho motivational stereotype of hierarchs corresponding to
their social teleology, a socium more rare takes part in war and more rare becomes
an aggressor (7) (7-- Nevertheless, always only hierarchs with hypertrophied
features of psychotype adequate to their teleology were regarded as outstanding
ones: Cyrus, Caesar, Carl the Great, Ivan the Terrible, Napoleon, Peter I, and so
on; an opposite example is Ulagh Beg.).
The external, objective determinants of dictate evolution: technology,
ethnogenesis, ideology, -- while getting concrete forms in realities of social
life, are reflected in structures of I of hierarchs' consciousness in a kind of
realized essences that are positive or negative to their personal hedonism. A
character of contacts of reflections of I and basic structures (supporting life)
of It may be manifested and realized not only in a kind of positive or negative
to socium potentials and concretions of mind but (often) in a kind of subconscious
motivations caused by prevailing (due to the layer teleology) of namely
subconscious hedonism of It.
At a sufficiently high level of conscious collisions reflected in I (for
example, an aggression of an external ethnos or an appearance of negative
passionarity) and It, hedonism of subconsciousness determines activations of an
extreme character, in particular, a war.
Here, we have a manifestation of the global chain of reasons that includes:
objective world -- consciousness (mind) of individual -- dictate -- teleology of
the stratified hierarchy -- psychotypes -- differentiation of activity --- history
(here, wars) just as in any other social event determined by dictate structure of
socium.
Conductors of dictate from the highest nobles to hangmen fulfilling
functions of their layer in wars force the suppressed to participate in a
slaughter. Motivations and activity of the layer are varying depending on a stage
such as: prelude of war; a stage preliminary to victory or defeat, termination of
war (with different yield). At a prelude to war, a structure of dictate is stable,
there are no external influences, i.e., there are no factors (objective)
determining variations of the structure connected with enlargement of hedonistic
possibilities of individuals of the layer. Yet, factors of introspection of socium
determining a propensity of hierarchs to war determine an objective necessity of
intensification of suppression conditioned both by objective-social and
introspective factors of dictate evolution and by subjective such as a will of
hierarch, i.e., from one side, internal factors conditioning an intensification of
suppression, from the other -- hedonisticly motivated tendency to enlargement of
their own possibilities. A solution of these determinations in war allows as to
intensify external repressions as well as due to deformations of dictate
structures caused by war to move ahead of a hierarchic ladder of dictate. Besides
that, a war provides conductors with a possibility to get hedonistic wealth
outside dictate structure, i.e., not from hands of hierarchs.
So under presence of external conditions, dictate as a whole, as a category
and teleology of the layer at a prelude period of war has a positive direction
respective to a will of hierarchs to unleash a war. The phenomenon is facilitated
by the fact that conductors and executors do not take part directly in a slaughter
(8) (8-- A direct instrument here is again producers (staring from a certain level
of technology development); an alienation of hedonistic rights here is maximal --
the life.), i.e., a lack of a direct threat to their life does not create
negative-hedonistic barriers in consciousness that reduce or level the hedonistic
motivations described above.
A period of war before concrete formation of its outcome is the most wanted
time for executors and conductors. A seize of material, sexual and other wealth
from alien ethnoses, career possibilities, unofficial possibilities of alienation
in their own favor of hedonistic wealth of individuals of domestic socium,
possibilities of arbitrary rule connected with orthodoxy militant centralization
of power (i.e., creation of a military-bureaucratic autocracy) -- these all and
the other similar aspects make a war necessary and wanted for conductors. Using
objective needs of war, speculating on ethnic motivations (9) (9 --A beginning and
the first stages of war are always characterized by a revelry of chauvinism),
imposing military hierarchy in all social institutes, dictate pursues (and
conductors realize) a single aim -- to associate the interests and aims of war
wanted by dictate (by hierarchs and conductors) with interests of socium and on
that basis, while combining a voluntary and motivated rejection from hedonistic
possibilities with a compulsory, repressive alienation from them, to increase a
level of asceticism of the suppressed up to their self-sacrifice in the name of
dictate interests.
A stage preceding a victory or defeat is characterized by several
peculiarities. A military domination (or defeat) (10 ) (10 -- The same tendencies
as at victory but with the reverse sign) is connected with a seize of territory,
material wealth, submission of a part of alien socium. An income of material
wealth gives possibilities to direct some parts of them on satisfaction at least
of a part of some primitive aspects of hedonism: bread, shows, and so on. From the
other side, the sops to hedonism of the suppressed result in lowering, reduction
of imposed-introspective asceticism necessary to dictate as a whole and to
teleology of wars in particular. At the same time, a seizure of territory and
enslaving of alien sociums with hostile ethnic and social complexes of motivations
necessitate a development of structures of suppression, since to usual negative-
dictate motivations of suppressed producers there is an addition of ethnic,
ideological motivations, and so on.
Together with intensification of hedonistic motivations of the suppressed of
domestic socium, the phenomenon conditions a necessity of a hypertrophy of a layer
of conductors with an immanent application of rights of authoritarian arbitrary
rule and an increase of hedonistic objective potentials.
Although a stage preceding a defeat has objective features directly opposite
to the mentioned above, i.e., an amount of material wealth decreases, territory
shrinks, continuum of socium is reduced, dictate essences and their variations
have (at least to the given layer) to great extent the identical character (11)
(11--That is why they are analyzed together), although it is determined by
different motivations. All the essences mentioned above being reduced by military
failures result in a single thing -- in a reduction of a social continuum of
hedonistic wealth. Since hierarchs at any objective situation do not want to
restrict their hedonistic potentials and concretions, so a reduction can be
fulfilled only at the expense of other layers. Conductors and accompanyings are
also excluded from a circle of persons done out of their share, because their
loyalty as being absolutely necessary to dictate is secured by stimulation of
hedonism. So there are left the traditional "scapegoats" --producers,
contradictate passionaries, and so on.
An intensification of alienation of hedonistic wealth from the suppressed is
connected with an increase of suppression level, i.e., with an enlargement of the
layer of conductors as well as a quantity of wealth utilized by the layer that in
turn determines a necessity of intensification of suppression. In spite of an
antagonism of objective determinants of dictate at these stages of war, dictate
concretions to great extent are similar. Strengthening of a layer of conductors --
continually, potentially and activationally -- determines under war conditions a
structure of the layer and its place in dictate hierarchy, i.e., eventually its
attitude to war and a character of influence on it.
As in the previous case, let us analyze determinations and attitude to war
starting from possible results of war respective to a given layer of dictate. End
of war irrespective of its yield means objectively a termination of inflow of
material wealth, disappearance the reason justifying an extreme suppression and
presence of hierarchy autocracy, disappearance of introspective justifications,
screens for dictate arbitrary rule and appearance of a necessity in legislative
restrictions of it, reorientation of passionarity of the most active part of
socium from ethnic opposition (expansion) on individual-hedonistic, egocentric
purposes and alike. These negative to unrestricted arbitrary rule objective
changes occur at a background of a grown during the war apparatus of suppression,
individuals of which had during war giant personal possibilities connected with
inflow of wealth and lowering of opposition of the passionary suppressed engaged
in a concrete slaughter, in a mutual extermination. Besides that, with evolution
of technology, with enlargement of territorial areas of military action a direct
threat to life and hedonism of conductors is minimal (12) (12-- A technological
explosion at epoch of transition to postcivilization and a jump of its military
aspects has changed the situation in a cardinal way. An analysis of the epoch is
presented below in a special subsection.). A combination of these prospects of war
termination directly determines a motivation rejection, reluctance of conductors
to stop war. Moreover, conductors, at least representatives of the highest layers
acquire during a war such hedonistic possibilities and so a power and possibility
of assuming prerogatives of hierarchs that under certain objective (natural and
social) and subjective conditions connected with qualities of particular
individuals they are directly invested in hierarchs. Soldiers' emperors,
Mamelukes' sultans, a raw of events in history of Iran, empire of (?)Chak Zyly,
Napoleon and so on -- the list of examples may be very long.
A hypertrophy of means of extermination in two ways -- directly and
indirectly through dictate evolution (with an immanent growth of introspection)
changes an attitude of the layer to war. First, extermination becomes total and
anonymous, i.e., death becomes a lot not only the fighting suppressed (heroes-
soldiers) but of all members of socium-antagonists. Second, a regular, strategic
intensification of introspective component of suppression implies a reduction of
external aspects, repressions connected with an individual arbitrary rule of

connected with war that are the most wanted by individuals of the layer.
When at the previous epochs, ethnic motives (among defeated) at absence of a
necessity of a total genocide forced to use conductors for management of defeated
socium, that at epoch of postcivilization due to a considerable and growing
ideological component of war conductors of a defeated ethnos are more often
subject to physical extermination. These aspects and a determined by dictate
evolution hypertrophy of an accompanying layer, diffusion of borders between
creators of ideology and conductors leads to a situation, when conductors become
powerful adepts of a winning war: the latter is possible only when combined
efforts of creators of introspective dictate (of accompanyings) and of an external
one ( conductors) produce so powerful repressions respective to the suppressed in
hypostasis of heroes-soldiers that a victory becomes inevitable.
Unsuccessful wars terminated with a defeat of domestic ethnos have similar
even adequate dictate essences both in a basis and in consequences. A reduction of
continuum of material wealth of socium on the threshold of defeat at constant
appetites of conductors and hierarchs inevitably entails an intensification of
suppression (of an expedient alienation of hedonistic wealth), i.e., an
intensification of activity of the layer as continually so functionally. Besides
shrinking of territory and a continuum of consumed material wealth, a threshold of
defeat from the conductors' point of view is a phase of danger to lose as
hedonistic prerogatives so their own lives. In a process of evolution, the
statement does not at least get weaker and at epoch of transition to
postcivilization it grows as wars at that epoch have a more expressed ideological
coloration and conductors of ethnos under defeat acquiring some features of adepts
of ideology become more dangerous to winning dictate imposing its own ideology
(13) (13 -- Even to a grater extent it is true of concrete carriers and creators
of ideology -- of accompanying layer.). A combination of the factors forced
conductors to intensify suppression with the aim to achieve an epidemic military
heroism for repulsing expansion and prevention of defeat. An intensification here
includes also external aspects such as decimations, mass execution of "cowards"
and imposition of ethnic dogmas, and introspective containing ideology-dogmatic
essences and all the aspects have a character of totality.
In its turn, a necessity of intensification of suppression in a frame of a
given dictate form (14) (14 -- A military, i.e., ethnic pressure here plays a role
of external perturbation for dictate and is a determinant o dictate deformation.)
is a reason of a growth of importance of the layer in a whole continuum of social
activations; at some level of external pressure on dictate (a military one, here)
and a certain phase of dictate evolution, it may result in a deformation of
structure and eventually -- in a change of hierarchs and variations (unimportant)
of a layer of conductors. Arguments in favor of the statement are present in
history of all ethnoses.
Sometimes, a coincidence of the above mentioned social-dictate factors
results in an appearance of extremist forms of dictate and one of the reasons of
that is a weakness of concrete structures of conductors and executors of
suppression (Paris commune, Mao, and so on).
When hierarchs are a conservative structure of motivational, psychotype and
activational continuum of socium, then conductors as a direct active force of
suppression realizing the basic law of dictate evolution connected with reduction
of external and growth of introspective suppression along with transition of some
functions of suppression to accompanyings undergo, if it can be said, an
introspective formation of their activity, in particular, with respect to wars and
during wars. War -- is in essence the most radical form of external suppression
(extermination of negative to dictate passionarity) and a reduction of external
suppression determined by dictate evolution here gets a concrete form in reduction
of willingness, motivation of war in history.
A bright exhibition of the regularity of dictate evolution is presented at
the epoch of transition to postcivilization, at the current phase, when wars, at
least big, are unleashed not by the sociums having the most successful, logical
dictate evolution but by extremist forms of dictate and sociums being at a
comparatively low steps of evolution and experiencing a pressure from outside
connected with ethnogenesis and technology of alien ethnoses. For sociums at
comparatively higher steps of dictate evolution, wars to less degree (in

Evolution of dictate strengthening namely that side of suppression and
basing partly on a positive activity of the layer completely and directly
determines a potential, activations and attitude to war of namely the layer of
accompanyings. From one side, an organic prostitution and a stimulated by hedonism
loyal creative work of accompanyings initiate their activity on creation of
introspective essences of influence on motivations of the suppressed with the aim
of forcing them to participation in war. From the other side, a comparatively high
(compared with hierarchs and conductors) development of super-I determined by a
structure of psychotype and being necessary for their functioning in dictate is
the reason that horrors of war, reflected in I and associated by categories of
super-I, induce a presence of antagonism between super-I and dictate-stimulated
hedonism. The hedonism together with the psychotype corruption determines an
adequacy of their attitude to and activity during a war at all phases. A phase of
war, a victory or possible defeat determines only a concrete character of
activity: praising, justification, initiation, stimulation -- of the essences of
mind, of the ontological, ethic, ethnic, and so on categories that are able to
prompt the suppressed to the maximum self-alienation of hedonistic wealth up to a
self-sacrifice.
An essence of attitude to war of the layer of accompanyings is rather
conservative and is determined by prostitution in principle of its individuals.
They have no concrete advantages from a presence or a lack of war (at least
sufficiently weighty) as their activity is necessary and is paid always; moreover,
a war implies a possibility of a premature, violent death of each of them and
besides negative determinants of super-I and I there is an addition of negative to
war dominants of hedonism. To their leveling, dictate is forced to stimulate
hedonism of accompanyings -- not only by primitive means but by increasing a
social status, co-participation in hedonistic prerogatives of hierarchs, and so
on. The tendency develops in direct accordance with the law of dictate evolution
-- from a complete neglecting in physical forms at early epochs of dictate
evolution to a principle importance to dictate in advanced forms of introspective
suppression and especially in its extremist forms. In other words, dictate
determination of the layer attitude to war is an obvious and direct consequence
of action of the laws of dictate evolution as objective so strategic psychotype-
motivation introspective basements of its stratified structure. A motive and a
material of war as of all other functional manifestations of an evolving socium
are producers, the suppressed. In wars, individuals of the layer (as soldiers) are
subject to maximum suppression, i.e., an alienation of material wealth reaches an
apogee: right to live is alienated, the suppressed are forced to sacrifice
themselves in a name of dictate interests. Efforts of all layers of suppression
from hierarchs to accompanyings are directed on achievement of the aim. When a
level and a character of influence of the layers on an essence and initiation of
war vary in evolution-dictate determination, the layer of the suppressed (as well
as hierarchs) is comparatively conservative in its attitude to wars, participation
in them, introspective acceptance (15) (15 -- War is impossible at an active non-
acceptance, since a soldier-suppressed possesses the same means of extermination
as executors of dictate.).
Suppression is always based on introspective essences of consciousness of
the suppressed and its extreme levels inherent to military actions are determined
by the same laws as in peaceful periods. Dictate forms, especially at epoch of
civilization are characterized by a uniformity of basements, by an essence of
pressure on producers only with some variations of composition of external,
physical and introspective-hedonistic suppression. A suppression effectiveness,
i.e., eventually a level of domination in consciousness of motivations of self-
assigning to dictate that are determined mainly by hedonism of subconsciousness,
varies during a cycle of evolution of a dictate form. It determines a character of
attitude of the suppressed to war, a character of their military activity. Epochs
of dictate blossoming including a stage of expansion that at a period of
civilization are synchronous with epochs of ethnos blossoming exhibit a high
level of loyal-dictate dominants of consciousness combined with a high level of
ethnic passionarity; at the same time, a level of conscious dominants initiating a
voluntary participation in war is sufficiently high for their transitions from
potential determinants into accidental ones.
A character of participation of the suppressed (producers) in war and a
degree of their military activity are determined by an efficiency of suppression,
i.e., by an optimal composition of physical and introspective suppression and so
by a phase of evolution of a given concrete form of dictate.
A level of positive attitude, dictate loyalty of motivations of the
suppressed during and after war depends on a character of war, its success, price
of victory, and so on. Expansion, threshold of victory, victory, especially a
quick one and with small victims increasing a hedonistic objective continuum of
socium, increases a level of loyal-dictate motivations. After such wars, a
significant part of the suppressed having a higher level of passionarity, survived
in slaughter and having got a skill in stimulation of individual hedonism in
killing and robbery and who has lost an imposed stereotype aspect connected with a
permanent self-alienation from hedonistic wealth, is invested in negative
passionaries. The phenomenon is eased by an uneven, differential-layer
redistribution of seized wealth and possibilities.
Extermination of a part of passionary soldiers (namely they are the first to
perish) and an alienation of other part result in the situation, when in the
course of time successful wars become a reason of a significant reduction of loyal
passionarity of soldiers-suppressed and eventually an indirect reason of
disintegration of a form of dictate.
Unsuccessful wars (16) (16 -- In essence, success or failure of war is
determined by dictate genesis, ethnogenesis and by a level of technology, i.e.,
eventually by dictate and dictate evolution.) and a threshold of defeat connected
with a reduction of continuum, from one side, reduce a volume of wealth in socium
and, from the other, lead to their redistribution with an increase of hedonistic-
layer differentiation. It is aggravated by an alienation of hedonistic wealth by
alien ethnos-winner. An integral pressure on hedonism of the suppressed
(producers) is combined with disintegration of structures and dogmas of super-I of
an ideology-dictate, ethnic, ethical-dictate, and so on kind that is immanent to a
state formation of a defeated socium. Therefore, even a comparatively low level of
hedonism as a determinant of activity becomes enough for its breaking through in a
kind of negative to dictate activations. Depending on a phase of dictate evolution
and socium ethnogenesis on the threshold of defeat and depending on a continuum of
dictate passionaries (often connected with the first), the stage of war results in
a wide spectrum of possible activity of the suppressed: from self-alienation as
ethnic so dictate to intensification of military counteraction against an
aggressive socium. A break through of hedonism and a formation of negative-dictate
continuum of motivations of producers into negative passionaries at that stage of
war are possible and are realized, when all aspects of dictate introspection
located in I, super-I and It are reduced due to an objective evolution of dictate;
it does not happen when motivations are still sufficiently strong, for the same
reason.
In distinction from the other layers with their active attitude to war,
producers (in spate of the fact that namely they drive into action the whole
terrible machine of war as well as a material-hedonistic production in peaceful
times) are passive executors. Even on the threshold of defeat and collapse, only a
small part of the most passionary producers (who are killed in war in the first
turn) separates from the layer with a following investment in negative
passionaries. An overwhelming majority of producers has so weak activational
sublimation of hedonism due to a weakness of the very determinants of hedonism and
structures sublimating it that a pressure even at this stage of war turns often to
be insufficient for a concrete formation of negative to dictate activations.
A factor determining a presence or absence of the negative to dictate
motivations and concretions and their power is a war duration that directly
determines a continuum of passionary producers survived in slaughter and the whole
amount of producers survived in war. It in turn along with preservation or even
growth (in spite of everything) of hedonistic consumption of the highest layers
determines an intensification and extensive spreading of all aspects of
suppression and deprivation of hedonistic even primitive but vitally necessary
wealth to such degree that concretions of negative to dictate activations become
impossible.
Minimization of a continuum of wealth in a defeated socium and their
concentration in hands of hierarchs increase their value, and motivational meaning
of the wealth for hedonism of the suppressed necessary for life support becomes so
great that hedonism infringed to the extreme degree (to physical extermination!)
becomes an ally of hierarchs in their military activity. Under defeat, i.e., when
even that minimum of wealth stops to be a mean of domestic dictate, a restraining
dam of loyalty becomes broken and a full swing of negative to dictate activity
starts, in which even individuals with a low level of sublimated hedonism-
passionarity take part.
Contradictate passionaries at any wars, any phases and yields are negative
in their motivations and activity. Namely an intensification of suppression due to
and during war conditioned by powerful sublimations of super-I repressing hedonism
of these rare individuals is a basement for intensification of their
contradictateship. In addition, an immanent power of intellect makes invalid all
the screens of military actions and motivations of dictate injected into
consciousness. Examples of such contradictateship are: Voltaire, pyrrhoniks,
Lucian, Kierkegaard, Barbusse, Hemingway and some others.
There is another aspect of layer teleology in dictate wars. A necessity of
initiation and stimulation of loyal activity in a hypostasis of military valour
determines a rise of hierarchy of a social, dictate and hedonistic status of
militaries. With a growth of technology, i.e., with reinforcing of anonymity of
military killing, when there is no concrete clash in a single combat, a necessity
of concrete-personal courage, fighting aggressiveness and military skills is
reduces and respectively, there is lowering of necessity in individual perfection
of a soldier - of a fighting machine of dictate. At early stages of evolution of
dictate, when an outcome of war was determined to great extent by a quality of
warriors, not by weapons, i.e., when technology determined outcome of military
collisions indirectly through dictate essences (17)(17 -- Some cases are known
having a direct determination as, for example, in the collision of Romans with
Chinese arbalests near Thales at the epoch of Rome expansion.), hierarchs were
forced to support a high dictate, social and hedonistic status of a warrior. The
greater the danger threatening to socium and dictate as a result of military
collisions and especially in the case of defeats (18) (18 -- Ethnic wars in the
case of defeat may result in extermination or assimilation of defeated ethnos,
ideological wars also have sever consequences.) the more dictate is forced to
resort to this measure up to passing to the highest generals some attributes of
hedonism of hierarchs and adjoining of individuals of military hierarchy to non-
hedonistic possibilities not inherent to them in other times. A hedonism of
warrior especially when it has a genotype intensification, with stimulation at a
sufficiently high level (as during war) determines powerful loyal motivations.
They can initiate a military activity of the suppressed that is necessary to
dictate and especially activity of the most useful to dictate individuals with a
high level of hedonism, i.e., namely of the essence, sublimation of which produces
a passionarity of an arbitrary direction and gist. Antique wars and wars of
medieval in Europe, China, Persia, Arab expansion, empire of Zulu at epoch of
expansion, and so on -- armies of all these forms and formations present the
examples in favor of the statement. As any effective category of suppression, this
one represents a unity of declared-external, injected in consciousness and a real,
objective-social essence.

Introspection of economy
Conclusion
The analysis of economy, its evolution and determinants shows that as a united
essence and as a complex of components of introspective and objective character it
is determined by a combined influence of technology, i.e., by a concrete
autonomous from dictate creative work of contradictate passionaries and by proper
evolving dictate -- the strategic social category. In spite of a more complicated
character of revealed interconnections (technology -- is a direct determinant of
economy and at the same time influences it indirectly through dictate evolution)
the essence is unchangeable -- a strategic determination by evolving dictate of
that aspect of functioning socium.
Chapter 8
Loyalization of motivations
and kinds of creative works

These two aspects of functioning socium are picked out for consideration in a
special chapter, since they are the most important in formation of an
introspective basement of dictate -- a combination of injected loyal dogmas and
consciousness structures of individuals of all layers, including hierarchs. Due to
it, they are the objects of conscious dictate influence, and their basement, basic
essences and concretions are determined by dictate, by its introspective
basements, necessities and realities. Besides that, a youthful age is most
suitable for injections of necessary to dictate conscious essences, complexes of
knowledge, life purposes, ethic dogmas, and so on. Using these essences, dictate
determines not only a content of ethic-moral and ideological injections of
consciousness but a volume and a character of knowledge obtained by intellectual
individuals, i.e., eventually a teleology of these social essences is immanently
connected with content filling, formation of structures of super-I, which in
distinction from It and partly from I are formed during a whole life under
influence of an objective external world.
Since a man -- is a social creature, so a significant part of external influences
is realized by essences of a social kind and, taking into account that dictate is
a general category of evolving socium, it is logically to suggest that
introspective and objective components of dictate will respectively determine
principles and trends of up-bringing and education adequate to dictate teleology.
A character of suppression inherent to every concrete form of dictate determines
not only an essence of state (or out-of-state) compulsion to loyal asceticism and
self-alienation from hedonism but also a basement of these objective factors -- an
introspective basis, i.e., a structure of conscious essences, and realizes it by
methods that are characteristic and immanent to namely a given concretion of
dictate at a given stage of evolution.
Being a general and universal determinant of elements of social infrastructure,
suppression is a stationary and conservative (not functionally adaptive)
foundation of socium and is fulfilled by the same (permanent for a given
concretion) dictate layer but with different means. For example, a formation of
dictate based on imposed or inculcated ideologies that in principle deny any
alternatives (Christianity, Islam, Communism) at a stage of evolution, when their
introspective influence is reduced due to objective factors of evolution, use
instruments of external shielding, their defense from external perturbations. In
other words, when at the first stages of creation of ethics and moral vital
motivations are imposed to the suppressed (using corresponding means and
individuals), then at a stage of reduction the same essences of consciousness in a
loyal form are forced and inculcated in consciousness of individuals by different
methods.
Up-bringing in a Christian commune at epoch of appearance of Christianity is
completely different from up-bringing 800 - 1000 years later -- with non-discussed
(without alternative) acceptance of corresponding dogmas under fear of inquisition
and state suppression. Here is a reverse case, when prevailing of introspective
component and technology as an external determinant of evolution conditions with
necessity a sufficient (from dictate's point of view) level of intellectual
unfastening, freedom of thinking and a corresponding character of injected dogmas
and essences of consciousness, a structure of attainable knowledge and so
basements of education and up-bringing.
A finite number of known forms of dictate determines a corresponding number of
possible, different in essence forms of education and up-bringing due to their
adequate determination by dictate. According to a change of dictate forms in
evolution, systems of up-bringing evolve in the following turn: imposition without
alternatives (1) (1 -- The terms are introduced by the author and, as will be
shown, correspond to the main essences of analyzed system.), imposition on a
mystic basis, dominant didactic, convincing, universal convincing (2) (2 --
Systems of education in evolution, i.e., attainable systems of knowledge, will be
considered in the next section.).
Antique formations of a physical form of dictate -- are characterized by a united
structure of loyal-dictate introspections including: ideology, ethics and moral
that are strengthened by hedonistic essences of a stimulating kind. A loyal
combination of injected essences without alternatives is accepted by the
suppressed (objects of up-bringing), because their introspective rejection,
alienation from a loyal introspection means an alienation from socium and so
perishing. A lack of alternatives to necessary to dictate dogmas and motivations
determines a method of up-bringing -- imposition without alternatives, injection
by all institutes of up-bringing: state, family, common-social (3) (3 -- Socium
has an objective, accepted moral and ethic that are often different from declared
ones (see chap.5) and a system of collective memory that introduce their share in
education.). At epoch of town-temples and the following appearance of antique
civilization, state institutes of up-bringing as formed structures are not
distinguished and their functions with respect to some part of socium are played
by carriers of collective knowledge in temples: priests, clerks, and so on.
Introspective essences objectively immanent to consciousness of a major part of
individuals are in a comparative harmony, are adequate to the necessary to dictate
loyal dogmas of consciousness, on creation of which an up-bringing is directed.
At this stage of evolution, dogmas of ethnic self-assigning and separation of own
ethnos, an application to individual qualities a status of virtue only in their
connection with useful correspondence to dictate teleology, self-alienation from
hedonism in the name of social (and dictate) weal and some others discussed before
in chap.5 are adequate also to a teleology of a concrete individual, since
surviving of an ethnos conditions a possibility of surviving for individual. As a
consequence, there is no collisions in introspection of the suppressed, the
objects of up-bringing, so dictate essences serving to aims of up-bringing exhibit
a sufficient efficiency. In other words, a comparative (respective to the
following epochs) adequacy of motivational structures of individuals and dictate's
interests determined by a character of dictate evolution and by intensity of
external perturbations is a determinant of efficiency of up-bringing.
An evolution of physical form of dictate leads to its developed formation at a
period of Hellenism and the following epochs. Formation of structures of
suppression, development of technology, education, philosophy, arts conditions a
variation of a character, essence and institutes of up-bringing, of a social
concretion of an instrument of evolving introspective injection of loyal dogmas. A
system of state education appears and private teachers, a system of official
laws, an autonomous religious structures with their own up-bringing components. An
introspection of socium is differentiated according to a layer hierarchy creating
social collisions both of conscious and external kinds. Up-bringing acquires a
narrow directed character with the aim that is usual and necessary to dictate --
an injection of loyalty.
A development of intellectual life and intensification of a contradictate activity
result in an appearance in social ideology and ethics (objective) categories of
weal, virtue, individual dignity and so on that are immediately utilized by
dictate. A perfection of body and mind, an imperturbable courageous fatalism in
front of realization of mortality -- these highest human essences united in
category "calocagaty(?)" are absorbed by dictate in a sense that they become a
memorial of a man only at unidirectionality of his activations with dictate's
aims.
Let us consider concretions of up-bringing, its components that were discussed
above: state, family, social -- in their dictate determination. State concretions
of up-bringing include schools for children and youth: Spartan "agels(?)", Athens
gymnasiums and teachers-tutors; a step-like transition (4) (4 -- That transition
is also used by the following dictate forms, since it secures an interruption and
a growing adaptation of injections.) from one structure of education to others --
from genecky(?) to adult age, and so on (5) (5 -- Of course, such structures as
laws, ideology also serve to aims of up-bringing but for their places and
determinations see chap.5.). The most bright example arguing a dictate
determination of up-bringing is given by an analysis of a difference between two
synchronous formations of antique dictate, Athens and Sparta. A description of the
essences and concretions of up-bringing in the states is given by Plutarch and
there is no need to expose them in full. The essence of differentiation of dictate
in these formations, which has not been discovered by historians but is a
fundamental one, consists in the following(6) (6 -- Although the question, why
there is such a difference in state organization of two sociums close by ethnos,
region, and so on, is quit logical.): due to objective reasons, Athens became a
place of activity of a large number of contradictate passionaries -- from pre-
socratics to cynics that, as always in history of mankind, was a basement for
technological evolution, for development of production, transport, trade,
connections with other ethnoses and of absorption of elements of globally-all-
human knowledge, i.e., of joining to the world technology. In regular way, it
entails an evolution of dictate introspection, the summit of which was the Athens
democracy especially at the Pericles epoch. An introspection of formation
(compared to Sparta) determines an appearance in structure of implosion (as an
essence of education) of some elements of conviction, connected with dictate
association of all-human virtues such as: courage, kindness, mind, and so on. An
imposition of loyal dogmas is based on ethnic and dictate (to significant extent
objective) supremacy over surrounding ethnoses with a corresponding association in
consciousness of the suppressed of that supremacy and dictate-ethnic passionarity
of individuals. The category "calocagaty(?)" having, of course, an absolute human
value is so consciously united with teleology of dictate that virtues of
individuals acquire this status only when they are correspond to dictate's aims.
Heroism up to self-sacrifice is recognized as a virtue only when it is directed on
solution of dictate's tasks.
An application of these essences in education takes place from genecky(?) to
ephebes and warriors creating a powerful and harmonic basement of conviction. That
state component of education becomes even more efficient, because suppression of
the form is directed at a deprived of any rights part of socium -- at slaves, who
are not an object of up-bringing. So hierarchs have a possibility of stimulation
of some aspects of hedonism, connected with ethnic and dictate prevailing, namely
of that part of socium, at which instruments of imposition (as a basement of
education) are directed. Ethno-dictate prevailing provides dictate layers (in
Athens) having a status of citizens with ability to join to hedonistic potentials
of dictate and to concretions connected with a guarantee not only of protection
but also of a material kind up to teoricon(?) that intensifies a possibility of
imposition based on these essences. Here, due to objective formation of some basic
essences, an imposition acquires aspects of conviction, i.e., an injection of
organic, consciously-acceptable essences and dogmas of super-I in a harmony with
It that always increases their conscious domination.
An effect of state up-bringing is combined with adequate essences generated by
family and social up-bringing components. A formation of family-state structures
in types similar to community of fil(?), flatries(?), dems(?) due to
correspondence or adequacy of dictate's teleology and these family structures (due
to a necessity of ethnic and dictate consolidation at that epoch of powerful
collisions) determines a similar or even adequate essence of up-bringing
generations. A political, dictate, hedonistic stimulation of the families that
provided Athens with the most passionary, the most valuable from dictate's point
of view citizens also determines up-bringing actions of that elementary cell of
dictate in a necessary to dictate social direction, intensifying and harmonizing
the whole complex of up-bringing activity of dictate.
Social life of an Athenian citizen at the beginning of his life, i.e., at a
period of education passed mainly in institutes of state and family up-bringing --
from a child in geniky(?) to ephebes and warrior; in that way, an influence of
negative social phenomena contrasting with imposed dogmas and essences,
determining a reduction of their domination in consciousness and an appearance of
negative-dictate motivations is sharply reduced securing an efficiency of the
whole complex of up-bringing. So an imposed-physical suppression determines an
imposition as an essence of up-bringing of that form of dictate, and a presence in
its concretion of conditioned by evolution components of introspective suppression
determines also an existence of components of conviction.
Let us now consider up-bringing in Sparta -- the state formation representing the
same form of dictate as in Athens. The two states existed at the same time,
approximately at the same conditions of inhabitancy, i.e., according to the laws
of dictate evolution Sparta should have the same dictate concretions and
respectively similar structures of up-bringing. In reality, it took place but
there were some objective differences of inhabitancy area, external determinants
and so concretions of dictate form, its components and a causal derivative -- of
up-bringing structures. At that epoch, Sparta was characterized by the following
objective aspects: restriction of land, lack of a sea port (as in Athens),
permanent necessity of suppression of a big mass of slaves and helots, tendency to
dictate expansion. The lack of port restricted a possibility of trade and getting
lacking material wealth (caused by restriction of land) that reduced
possibilities and necessities of dictate stimulation of technology (with all its
introspective consequences) and so determined an evolution of negative-
motivational, physical acts of suppression.
All the consequences of physical suppression considered in the previous chapters
included as necessary components an immanence of ethnic (dictate) expansion and a
pyramidal hierarch structure of power with a trend to an absolute aristocratic
autocracy. A reduction of introspective components of suppression together with
the mentioned above determinants conditioned a character and an essence of up-
bringing. From a moment of birth to death, a Spartiat (7) (7 -- Basements, forms,
prescriptions and dogmas of up-bringing are in laws of Lycurgus (free Spartan) was
under unremitting control of tutors-supervises (ephors(?)). From geneky(?), a
child was directed to special camp -- (?)agels, where he was subject to a cruel

such as: force, endurance, cruelty, skill to order and obey orders, contempt to
aliens, to mind, thought. Everything was under regulation up to sexual relations.
In other words, all acts of up-bringing corresponded and were determined by
necessities of dictate (8) (8 -- Even a known custom of mortification of
physically defected babies corresponded to needs of the form, since normal
children -- are average people, i.e., corresponding to stereotype, but among
those, who left out of a health share, minds are met more often, i.e.,
contradictate passionaries.).
The family and state up-bringing, at least at the beginning of the form, did not
introduce elements of disharmony in the essence of imposed by up-bringing dogmas
and purposes of consciousness. Here, family epitomized the state dictate (see
Plutarch, "The Parallel lives"), and concretions of being and life of the highest
dictate layers including a tzar had a small differentiation and, due to it, did
not induce controversial social essences of up-bringing determined by reflection
in I structure of individuals' consciousness of that hedonistic differentiation
taking place in other dictate concretions. Due to that concrete teleology and to a
determined by it essence of up-bringing, Sparta had necessary to it firm warriors
and lacked individuals generating and implementing in socium technology such as:
scientists, men of letters, philosophers, and so on, that intensified the trends
that were the basic for the given concretion of dictate, exhibiting in that way a
feedback, an influence of up-bringing character on dictate concretions.
In spite of differences, the two structures of up-bringing are similar due to a
proximity of the profound essence of a dictate form generating them. A physical
suppression with an imposed introspection determines an adequacy of up-bringing,
i.e., an imposition of necessary conscious essences with application of various
instruments discussed above. To build up-bringing while laying stress on
introspective essences immanent to consciousness is possible, when they are
developed but it is in principle completely unacceptable for physical dictate that
is based mainly on negative-motivational consciousness structures of a
prohibitive kind.
It should be mentioned that a prevailing of physical suppression in dictate
structure always, irrespective of epoch and form, results in a domination in up-
bringing of imposition as a basement and method. An analysis of the statement in
such forms as extremism and religious dictate (orders, ismailian, and so on) will
be given at the end of the section.
Let us deviate from a strictly chronological approach and consider an essence of
up-bringing and its concretions in a form of dictate with cardinally new features,
namely an imposed-introspective form that combines a physical suppression with an
introspective one based on a powerful ethic-ontological foundation of religious
mysticism (Christianity, Islam, and so on.). The form, existed at epoch of higher
technological level, is based on a differentiated suppression according to dictate
necessity respective to concrete layers of socium. A dictate necessity of
hedonistic stimulation of town producers and individuals of technology determines
a character of suppression respective to them with inclusion of a significant
introspective component. At the same time respective to agricultural producers,
there is a preservation of a pure physical suppression with an addition of
components of imposition on a religious-mystic basement. Due to it, up-bringing of
the second group is reduced to imposed injections of loyal dogmas mainly by
family's and social instruments. As for the first group and the highest dictate
layers, new institutes and means of up-bringing are oriented on them including
schools, universities, privet teachers, religious organizations, religious aspects
of family customs, social moral and ethic, and so on.
An intraspectivization of suppression, determined by objective laws of evolution
and requiring a development of certain structures and essences of mind, conditions
also a necessity of influence on consciousness of the suppressed in order to keep
an activity of developing intellect in frames of loyalty, orient it on decision of
necessary to dictate problems connected with a cardinal teleology of dictate. Of
course, that trend of formation of institutes of up-bringing is not determined by
logic, intuition or other structures of an individual mind or conductors.
Formation of these institutes, as of any other aspects of dictate, is a result of
interaction of a conglomerate of motivations and activity of all dictate layers
determined by a reflected combination of functioning of all structures of
consciousness of individuals. An objective reality in its evolution, being
reflected in individual consciousness, is invested in terms and categories of mind
and is concretized in activity forming all essences of socium and, in particular,
up-bringing institutes.
A basic social-dictate essence capable to loyalize evolving determinants of
consciousness is a religion developed to that time (monotheism in various
concretions) with an immanent powerful basement, in which there is a combination
of mystical, ontological, ethic, epistemological categories of human being
connected with the most mighty aspects of mind such as: realization of finite
being, place of a man in the surrounding world and his predestination, sense of
being, and so on, and (rather artificial) interconnection of the essences with
ethics of social and individual life. Namely that interconnection is used by
dictate, since ontology of being represents a dominating component of a searching
mind of technology creators and intellectual producers and a harmonious
religious-mystical building of ontology of being organically accepted by a
developed mind facilitates injections of loyal ethics determining an objective
activity of individuals.
That essence is a basement of up-bringing of individuals by all institutes
including: state, social and family. At that epoch, dictate lacks a
technologically determined ability of hedonistic stimulation of intellect and the
main instrument remains to be an imposition but at a qualitatively new level --
mystic religious. Due to it, religion becomes a basement of up-bringing from a
birthday to life end of an individual of the epoch and even those alienated from
dictate teleology -- negative and contradictate passionaries, who nevertheless are
under influence of dogmas injected by total imposition of religious up-bringing. A
born child starting from its christening is under influence of an external
grandeur of church, cathedral, mosque, and so on. Then he is taught in school,
whether of church or civil -- it does not matter: in any case religious dogmas lay
in the basements of up-bringing institutes. At a stage of early childhood, an
injection of religious dogmas occurs through a strait forward imposition and
subconscious injections using categories of perception that is illogical in its
essence. Illogicality, irrationality of perceptive structures under presence of
church structures of influence (church architecture, interior, luxury of framing,
musical and chorus mounting) helps to an associated injection, imposition in
consciousness of an individual at early stages of life of church dogmas, which are
used as a basement for formation of loyal motivational complexes -- the aim of all
aspects of up-bringing. In forming mind's structures at juvenile age, the above
mentioned aspects are added by imposed essences connected with fundamental
categories of a religion such as: eternity of spirit, future life, remuneration,
and so on appealing to immanent essences of developed mind.
Teaching structure is also subordinated to dictate aims and, with an exception of
pure practical skill, all knowledge carry mystical components of religious origin
-- from natural sciences to applied knowledge. So an imposition of introspection
-- a basic feature of the form under consideration -- determines an adequate
character of essences and structures of state up-bringing, a total imposition on a
basis of religious-mystic essences. It should be mentioned here that up-bringing
of offsprings of the highest dictate layers is fulfilled by individuals of
accompanying layer, i.e., by corrupt direct concretizers of an ideological
basement of dictate, immediate conductors and injectors of necessary to dictate
dogmas -- at the given epoch they more often are service men of religious cult.
Family as a dictate mini-cell reflects the main essences of structure of a state
formation of dictate. At the epoch under consideration, family is formed and
exists under the aegis of religion. Monogamy, coupled marriage (9) (9 -- Polygamy
or other forms of marriage, consecrated by other (non-Christian) cults represent
only superficial differences and do not influence the essence of determinations.)
is a social concretion of certain church dogmas, i.e., they carry an ideological
content that largely is formed by essences of religious-mystical kind laying in a
basement of dictate introspection.
A considerable part of these dogmas loyalizing psycho motivational complexes of
objects of up-bringing and, as a consequence, a family to a great extent are based
on ethics and moral of dominating dictate form, i.e., on a combined determination
of injection (in essence, religious-mystic) essences of objectively-social ethics
and moral. The content of the former has been analyzed above and in its basement
is connected with motivated asceticism, self-alienation from hedonism, i.e., with
motivated introspective repressions of hedonism of It using injected essences of I
and super-I. A social objective ethics and moral are formed under influence not
only loyal-dictate ideological essences but also under influence of ideological
generations of passionary intellects, whose repressed hedonism breaks through in a
form of sublimated intellectual activity of negative and contradictate directions
introducing components of disharmony in ideological continuum and in a reflected
way -- in structures and an essence of social up-bringing. Since an imposition,
even on a such powerful basement as religion, is grounded on illogical essences,
transcendental faith, i.e., on essences having less meaning for individuals with
powerful intellect (in the case of religion, it is true at least of a major part
of these individuals), so namely passionary intellectuals -- are the most
important object of up-bringing for dictate, because they: first, introduce a
dissonance in an up-bringing harmony and, second, demonstrate a maximal (compared
with other layers) non-susceptibility to activity of up-bringing structures. As a
consequence, along with imposed official structures of up-bringing -- with
loyal dogmas, there are disloyal essences of hedonistic determination and social
family-life origin that are injected in consciousness of the suppressed.
Collisions in consciousness determined eventually by a combination of layer
psychotypes, dictate objectives and by a reflected essence of up-bringing are
steadily growing during evolution due to development of a physical component of
suppression and eventually result in negative-dictate dominants of consciousness
in contrast to imposed loyal structures of up-bringing.
The next phase of dictate evolution -- an appearance of positive-hedonistic
suppression as a basis of cardinal instrument of dictate, is a regular one and has
a great meaning for essences of dictate-determined up-bringing. A developing
technology in its dictate determinations is a basement for appearance and
evolution of positive-hedonistic components of suppression with a trend of their
growth in evolution up to a level of a dominant of suppression. Still, a level of
its development has not yet allow to dictate to alienate a significant, sufficient
part of social hedonistic continuum for stimulation of positive motivations of
the suppressed. From the other side, an evolution of technology and its causal
consequence -- an evolution of dictate -- require with necessity up-bringing and
teaching of a large number, a weighty part of a total volume of individuals-
producers, i.e., a development of their mind, intellect (at least, of its some
aspects), skill. In that case, under a combination of the mentioned above aspects,
an imposition in all concretions becomes inefficient namely because as a basement
of up-bringing it is a causal consequence and a necessity of physical dictate.
A necessity of intraspectivization of up-bringing injections (determined by
dictate) with a low level of possibilities of hedonistic stimulation determines an
appearance of such instrument of up-bringing as a scholastic (10) (10 -- Based on
declared or real authorities.) didactic -- a system of up-bringing that is
grounded not on conviction, i.e., on a logic appellation to reasons of mind and
objective all-human truths but on didactic, authoritarian inculcation in
consciousness of the suppressed a loyal truth on a basis of appellation to
declared authorities, which role is played by various subjects such as: mystic-
religious persons, "great" state minds, loyal scientists or real minds --
contradictate passionaries, writers and anybody, whose creative works are adopted
by dictate and whose person is exalted to a level of a faultless mind, a prophet.
While hierarchs of the past had a tendency to associate or, at least, tried to
identify themselves with over-social, over-human essences of being, then hierarchs
of that epoch associate themselves (reflectively in consciousness of the
suppressed) with objective human virtues to the highest degree: with summits of
mind, justice, ingenuity, and so on. Due to the same trend (partly), there is an
increase of dictate status of an accompanying layer, at least, of the most gifted
scientists, philosophers, writers, painters. A will of hierarchs, determined in
its essence by concrete-temporal needs of dictate in subjective reflection, at
that epoch is argued by references to the mentioned above essences and
authorities, role of which are played by quit various individuals and essences
such as: Christ, Mohammed, Augustin, Thomas Aquinas, Bacon, loyal virtues,
categories of ethics, aesthetic, and so on and an argumentation of the didactic
injection is in principle scholastic.
All these aspects are concretized in an essence and realities of up-bringing. From
the early age, dogmas of a moral, spiritual and mental supremacy of authorities
are injected in consciousness of a child -- including a head of family, dictate
hierarchs and above mentioned essences. Injection in child's consciousness of
these dogmas, notions about loyal authorities as the highest arbiters of a real
truth of vital strivings, motivations, deeds creates a rather powerful conscious
structures, basing on which dictate at a more mature age of individuals (in
schools, universities, in social institutes) has an ability to inject necessary
ontological, ethic and other loyal statements. As they all are based on realized
categories of a cultural kind, so it means that they are injected into structures
of super-I creating in that way a barrier against a break though of hedonism by
erecting a system of dogmas and postulates of a cultural kind. The barrier may be
strong under a condition, when it is made of essences being characteristic of
namely this concrete person or of an adequate, complimenting essence of dominants
of his psychotype.
Although layer psychotypes determine main dominants of consciousness, a human
continuum represents a gigantic variety of mind's particularities. Since didactic
has no ability to create an adequate variety of authorities and connected with
them structure of negative bans of super-I, so it is oriented on the main layer
peculiarities of psychotypes. As a consequence, even proper structures of super-I
do not represent a harmonious conglomerate of essences opposing a pressure of
repressed (due to low dictate possibilities of stimulation) hedonism.
The second negative-dictate factor is caused by a growth of technology and
dictate evolution that by the given period provide a significant increase of
potentials and concretions of hierarchs' being. Hedonistic realities of Louis XIV
or Turkish sultans strike imagination of the suppressed. In addition, conditions
of life of the highest dictate layers are demonstratively open, since it is a part
of conglomeration of the main didactic essences discussed above. Yet, here these
factors play a double role. Besides the mentioned above, that contrasting luxury
is reflected in consciousness of the suppressed (subject to up-bringing), in I of
mind and in terms of I forms conscious essences easing a break through of
hedonism of the suppressed. In a conscious continuum of socium, i.e., in objective
social ideology, ethics and so on, there are components determined by sublimated
(due to above mentioned factors) hedonism of passionary individuals from a number
of the suppressed (11) (11 -- Since didactic is scholastic and dogmatic, it does
not recognize and does not tolerate alternatives of mind, so there are many
intellectuals among persons, who are suppressed with special cruelty.). In turn,
it determines a presence of evolving components of social up-bringing that are
negative to state and are even more effective, because they are based on essences
of hedonistic kind and objectively-reflected aspects of I.
Besides state up-bringing, these factors-antagonists are opposed by family up-
bringing realizing a patriarchy domination with an application of a part or the
whole combination of essences of state up-bringing. At the given epoch, a
stability of family requires a presence in consciousness of its members of the
same essences of a reasonable kind as the existence of dictate (12) (12 -- Of
course, motivations connected with prolongation of kin are not taken into account.
However, at a given stage of technology and protection from natural calamities
this function does not require very orthodoxy consolidation for its realization,
i.e., that aspect objectively is less important.) and, due to it, generates
principles harmonically combined with the state ones.
A development of introspective form of dictate is connected with intensification
of positive-hedonistic stimulation, with injection of loyal purposes and dogmas
not by compulsory, negative-motivational method but on a basis of positive
encouragement, motivational self-acceptance of them. An extensive spreading of a
circus of producers, who are encompassed by positive suppression, up to a total
inclusion of the whole layer, ranks that essence of suppression as the highest
dominant determining all aspects of social being on the whole and, in particular,
of up-bringing. In its essence, an introspective suppression is an organic
continuum of essences injected into consciousness of individuals on a basement of
a voluntary motivational acceptance by the suppressed of loyal structures, dogmas,
notions of consciousness. Due to it, in the given dictate form, up-bringing being
also an instrument of injection of necessary essences in consciousness of
individuals cannot be anything else but one of the aspects of suppression, a mean
of formation of loyal motivational structures.
When in previous formations, due to a presence of evolving conglomerate of
suppression components and various determinants of external and infrastructure
kind, up-bringing in a reflected way includes components that are in a collision
way determine an essence and a level of injection efficiency, the introspective
suppression, due to its universality and social totality of the main principles
and essences, determines an evolving harmonization of all up-bringing structures.
The statement becomes steadily more efficient during evolution at a stage of
post-civilization, i.e., when a level of technology provides dictate with a
material possibility of realization of corresponding principles of suppression --
a stimulation of hedonism of the suppressed at a necessary level. In its essence,
the stimulation of hedonism of the suppressed means a differentiated stimulation
of a dictate and production passionarity, a loyal intellect, and so on.
Along with injection of loyal dogmas and dominants of consciousness, up-bringing
of the dictate form pursues a dictate determined aim of stimulation of namely
those features including: passionarity, intellect, vital aggression and other
qualities, aspects of consciousness that secure not only loyalty to dictate but
also vital activity, social passionarity, since only a presence of the two
components secures a dictate efficiency and competing ability in dictate
collisions. Here, stimulation of hedonism -- as the basement of suppression --
exhibits universality of its social determination conditioning both as dominants
of dictate loyalty so (in a more complicated, complex way) all aspects of
individual passionarity including: dictate, social, productive, creative, and so
on, since passionarity by its nature is a hypostasis of sublimated hedonism and
stimulated, non-repressed hedonism naturally is sublimated into the pointed
essences with higher tension, power.
Moreover, a stimulation of hedonism includes not only an extensive beginning but
also qualitative, intensive one, i.e., an intensification of variety of hedonism
aspects, refinement of essences connected with technological progress, increases
also a level of motivational loyalization and passionarity of the suppressed. In
other words, that basic essence of suppression in various social concretions
secures all necessities of dictate-social introspection. A total penetration of
the essence in all structures of socium results in diametrically change of
basements of up-bringing: from formation of negative ban notions in consciousness
of individuals it is transformed into an institute of formation of a developed
hedonism with leveling of bans (of hedonistic type) of ethic and ideological
character. With an increase (to a certain sufficient level) of material
possibilities of dictate, characteristic of the epoch of post-civilization, these
bans are steadily more leveled and encompass various essences and structures of
ethics, ideology, moral, and so on -- from a character of allowed by dictate loyal
arts to sex, perversions and defects of a hallucinating kind (alcohol, drugs).
A toleration of educators to presence and development of these primitive-
hedonistic essences is steadily growing with evolution of introspection of
suppression. A basement on hedonism is always connected with a moral-ethic
toleration of dictate, just like physical dictate is connected with a declared
social asceticism and in both cases it is reflected in essences of up-bringing. A
declared freedom of moral and moral toleration cultivated in the suppressed covers
only those aspects of hedonism that are necessary for realization of an efficient
suppression, i.e., only the aspects that can be stimulated and satisfied by
dictate.
Since possibilities of dictate are connected with technology, so the released from
suppression aspects of hedonism have a primitive-hedonistic, material character
including: sex, comfort, entertainment, and so on. Namely these essences of up-
bringing are exalted as basic human values and to a great degree as the meaning of
being. Some additions in a kind of moral-ethic dogmas, social virtues, components
of ascetic type, and so on, represent a remnant introspective essence of the
previous dictate forms and a consequence of a present in dictate structure
physical component, although it does not play such a cardinal role as in previous
chronological forms. Just as other residuals of archaic essences of dictate
continuum, these loyal introspective acts create a veil of spiritual loftiness,
human virtues around dictate concretions and state institutes, such declared
aureole of power that is immanent to all previous forms of dictate.
Family as well as any other dictate structure is formed under actions of external
perturbations reflected in consciousness and transformed into motivations of self-
assigning. In previous forms, sexual and prolongation of kin's motivations were
added by motivations of protection (for women), collective labor, and so on, i.e.,
directly connected with intensification of hedonistic possibilities in a wide
meaning of the term, a growth of technology and development of state dictate
formations to significant degree reduce these external determinants (at least, for
a significant part of women). Evolution of hedonistic possibilities and
stimulation by dictate of hedonism in the first turn and the most efficiently
effect namely women by wakening up indirectly through I (with an immanent-
emotional dominant) powerful primitive-hedonistic motivations spreading also on
marriage, family. In that situation, marriage acquires a character of a natural
exchange (a kind of trade) of hedonistic wealth (13) (13 -- A function child
bearing is present but it is not connected namely with marriage and does not
determine a presence of the institute. It is witnessed by a growth of number of
natural children.): from one side, primary rights on sex costing higher when there
are better shaped woman's body and its surrounding and, from the other, there are
primitive-hedonistic wealth -- comfort, entertainment, and so on. Objections
against the statement connected with assertion that often marriage is based on
real human feelings, mutual goodwill and love -- are untenable, since even
families created on basis of coincidence of high feelings do not exclude such
exchange mentioned above, true, added by emotions of sexual love; as for feelings
(but not dominants of psychotype), they cannot be a mighty introspective basement
for cementing of a family cell of dictate.
A hedonistic basement of family is the reason that family's components of up-
bringing generate the same up-bringing essences as a state that are adequate to an
immanent dictate teleology. A stimulated hedonism of socium of that dictate form
indirectly though institutes of up-bringing determines a toleration of moral and
together with stimulated hedonism generates such social phenomenon as natural
children (14) (14 -- At the previous epochs due to specificity of family dictate,
these children, being a consequence of deviation from a declared moral, were
regarded as outcasts and were deprived of all rights.) with a trend of growing in
their number, feminism and suffragist. Having lowered hedonistic claims of women
and a moral toleration determined by a character of moral, ethics and up-bringing
of the dictate form, motivations of self-assigning to family dictate lose their
attractiveness for a part of women, and, due to social non-restrictions, non-
repressions of sexual relations, hedonism of It in the most wide sense dictates an
alienation from family and realization of an immanent and consciously desired
function of child-bearing in an autonomous way, alienated from marriage and
family.
Technology at the level that is characteristic of developed introspective dictate
does not require specific masculine qualities for participation in production, and
so for obtaining hedonistic wealth. That factor and unfastening of sex, moral and
factors described above lead to motivational alienation of a part of women with
developed hedonism not only from family dictate but also from their immanent
functional-structural position in a social dictate connected with subordination
and somewhat pinching, repression of hedonism. Movements of suffragists,
feminists, and so on, for sexual equality in their essence are a striving
determined by hedonism to raising of hedonistic potentials. Since the most active
suffragists -- are women with developed hedonism, so under presence of sublimating
beginning in mind, they become passionary activists and, under a low level of
sublimation -- by champions of intensive sex and Lesbian -- that represent some
concretions of hedonism. In spite of the fact that these essences make lower
family status and its dictate action, they determine a synchronous, adequate to
dictate teleology influence on hedonism of consciousness, introspection of the
suppressed generating loyal social components of up-bringing.
Besides the mentioned above, social essences generate up-bringing components
determined by individual hedonism stimulated by dictate. A positive influence of
dictate suppression on the most powerful structure of consciousness results in the
situation, when social dominants of introspection, under all varieties of
introspective continuum of socium, determine the objective essences of up-bringing
that are adequate to dictate teleology of a dictate form. Ideas of competition,
prosperity of a more strong, clever, competent, energetic (in a sum, passionary),
of hedonistic reward of dictate loyalty, exaltation of sex, bed with a chic woman
to a summit of social value (i.e., a concretion of hedonism), and so on -- the
number of essences of such kind, up to social rising of actors, sex-appealing
actresses and other servants of hedonism, is great and corresponds to interests of
suppression injecting into consciousness of individuals the essences connected
with hypertrophy of superficial, primitive hedonism, i.e., adding up-bringing of
state and family.
Blossoming of creative works of contradictate passionaries, immanently necessary
for objective-introspective evolution of the dictate form, introduces a somewhat
dissonance in a dictate continuum of essences determining a social component of
up-bringing. A necessity to dictate of their creative works providing at their
certain intensity an efficiency and competing ability of a concrete dictate
formation, is accompanied (due to layer teleology) by generation of ideas of an
ideological, ethic, moral character contrasting or, more often, controversial to
loyal-dictate consequences of all components of up-bringing. In principle, this
generation, due to mighty ideas of these layer individuals and their
acceptability, ability to penetration and to absorption by mind of intellectuals,
should introduce a considerable deformation in up-bringing continuum of dictate
unless a following circumstance. By their level, creative works of contradictate
passionaries are attainable only to advanced intellects that indirectly through
reflections of mind transit them into social continuum of introspections. The
number of such intellectual individuals includes passionary accompanyings,
intellectual producers, and so on, i.e., namely those layers of the suppressed, at
which to the greatest extent means and efforts of dictate suppression are
directed, i.e., means and instruments of hedonism stimulation -- the basement of
dictate of that form.
It results in introspective collisions in consciousness of individuals of these
layers determined by an antagonism between ideas injected by passionaries and
generated by stimulated hedonism of It. These collisions, as always, are solved in
favor of hedonism of It under presence of a sufficient level of its stimulation,
since an only layer, which hedonism of It in direct activations is not an absolute
dominant of motivational determinations (15) (15 -- A prevailing in some cases of
other (I, super-I) structures of religious fanatics, adepts of ideology is not an
antithesis, i.e., does not touch layers' psychotypes.) is contradictate
passionaries themselves. Due to it, deformations introduced by contradictate
passionaries in an up-bringing continuum of socium have no strategic meaning and,
moreover, are reduced with evolution of that dictate form.
At some stage of evolution of the introspective form of dictate at a late epoch of
transition to post-civilization, all the mentioned above aspects of up-bringing
are hypertrophied and in combination create a system of up-bringing that may be
called "universal conviction". It represents the highest step of an evolutive-
dictate determined up-bringing based on positive-motivational suppression, on a
stimulated hedonism. A partial but evolving co-participation of the suppressed
(objects of up-bringing) into hedonistic prerogatives of hierarchs (of previous
formations) with a corresponding leveling of negative-dictate motivations of a
major part of the suppressed and an increase of passionarity of conducting layers
result in the situation, when conviction, as an instrument of up-bringing,
acquires a universal-social character, totally overlapping and determining all
concretions and aspects of up-bringing with the described above trends.
A separate analysis will be devoted to essences and concretions of up-bringing of
extremist dictate forms due to out-of-time specificity of that social essence.
Since it is impossible to contrive any new instruments of influence on
consciousness of individuals besides those created during long evolution of
mankind, so extremist dictate forms utilize the reachable to them means of up-
bringing that are adequate to necessities of suppression. A suppression of that
dictate form represents a complex of physical suppression of the highest level and
a total-social ideological formation of all aspects of socium. An ideology of the
form is primitive and orthodoxy but pierce all social essences and due to it, as
shown in the previous chapters, represents the most important component of
suppression. That complex of suppression determines also a combination of up-
bringing methods, means, essences. A dominating physical component, as well as in
other cases, determines a prevailing of imposition as a basement of up-bringing
but a basis of the imposition, in distinction from archaic forms, consists of
those primitive-egalitarian ideas and dogmas that lay in a basement of state
ideology. That up-bringing complex is added by an analogous one determined by an
essence of introspective suppression -- by universal-social ideology. The
ideological basement of the form -- egalitarianism in various demagogic-primitive
realities -- is not only a basement of an essence of up-bringing but an instrument
and a basis of up-bringing. Egalitarianism here substitutes for a religious-mystic
essence of previous forms of dictate. That basement supports not only a formation
of aspects and dogmas of up-bringing but also concretions of up-bringing
institutes. A declaration of egalitarianism with all accompanying deformations
from arsenal of "common human weal" is (for some time) a suitable basement for up-
bringing injections (imposition) of necessary dogmas of an ascetic complex.
An economic, legislative, dictate inefficiency of the form determines a growth of
intensity of suppression and a lack of the egalitarian screen in a short period
would result in a social break through of an intensely repressed hedonism and in
disintegration of the form. An injection of these primitive dogmas from the early
age and during all life allows not only generate in consciousness of the
suppressed notions of hedonistic self-alienation but to form from passionaries
with a low developed intellect fanatics-self-murders. A mechanism of action of
egalitarian introspections is the same and is based on the same essences as the
described above mechanism of religious-mystical injections. Everywhere piecing
egalitarianism determines a necessity of a standard up-bringing irrespective of
infinite differentiation of socium individuals, standard teaching, level and
volume of knowledge, conformity of up-bringing actions, and so on. Such
primitivism of up-bringing can be compensated only by intensity of injection
imposition fulfilled at all stages of up-bringing -- from an early age to
maturity.
Non-alternation and primitivism of ideological basement of the form and
instability, lack of ability to ideological competition implies a necessity of
isolation of socium individuals from external ideas, especially at a period of
the most intensive susceptibility, ideological toleration -- i.e., at youth, at a
period of the most intensive up-bringing. The statement, being common for a whole
socium (of that form of dictate) gets concrete forms in up-bringing institutes. In
order to isolate from external ideas, whatever they are coming from including:
surroundings, parents, and so on -- children from the early age are united in
isolated collectives with professional tutors -- who are the injectors of
necessary loyal dogmas and purposes. These collectives are chronologically
successive: kinder-garden, school, college (institute) and in parallel:
youngfolg(?), hitlerugend, Nazi party, i.e., an injection is made continuously,
intensely and with a steadily growing level.
Objective essences serving as a basement of up-bringing of that form, due to
totality and an extreme level of suppression, include all the components of
imposition and didactic analyzed before such as: categories of social weal, human
objective ideals and virtues, ethic-moral notions, over-human authorities that are
always associated with an hierarch-autocrat applying to him features of half-god
(from Mazdak to Hitler), and so on. An eclectic combination of all these essences
in a united up-bringing conglomerate is eased by the essence of dominating
ideology -- of egalitarianism allowing to appeal and speculatively use aspects of
categories of common weal in pragmatic-dictate expediency.
Summing up the results of analysis and institutes of up-bringing in chronological
evolution, it is possible (proceeding from the presented above) well-reasonably to
claim that the basic statement of the work on strategic and social-total character
of determinations of aspects of being by evolving dictate is true also of the
essences under consideration. Up-bringing, its essence, institutes, the main
instruments are completely determined by dictate teleology, its concretions and
necessities.
This section was written many years after finishing “Evolution of dictate”. The
conducted analysis of socialism in the third book of the ethical cycle (“Disgrace
of Virtue”) has reviled a similarity of dictate pattern evolution in its different
parts and realizations and that of socialism. In its turn it determined a
necessity to enlarge the previously made extrapolative-factual conclusion.
Historical events and essences both of the present and chronologically nearby
periods while being reflected in a cognizing mind (without using the perception
terms formed by the socium theory of evolution (by dictate) (1)) casually
determine deviations of their real humanitarian meaning caused by their big value
for the individual being, by a big individual-hedonistic repressiveness.
The core and introspective reason for the perception aberrations are determined by
profound, basic, organic essences of human mind with its immanent hedonistic-
egocentric teleology. Some abstract events detached from a direct repression of an
individual hedonism due to it are reflected in a mind only on the conscious level
(rarely on prior-to-conscious one) never touching the hedonistic subconscious
level – the essence that activates an individual introspection.
(1) As it is presented in this treatise as well as in any others with organic
extrapolation potentialities.
Here the (integrally-rational) terms used for reflection of any specific events
are formed and harmonized in criterial frames of an individual teleology mainly by
essences of super-I with only insignificant participation of It. Due to organic
domination of sub- consciousness, it determines a generation of hierarchic
differentiation of reflection concernment of the objective world and so the
individual aberrations of perception. If we take in consideration a layer
functionality and introspection of socium connected with layer differentiation of
hedonic-introspective determination of the perception terms, aberrations of
perception (beside an individual relativity) also have a layer-dictate relativity.
In other words, any event both directly reflected in the I or assimilated from a
system of collective memory has a level of individually conscious concernment
determined by a degree of the event essence adequacy (or repression) of the
hedonistic introspection of an individual that resulted in perception aberrations
or proximity aberrations.
Perception aberrations are an organic derivation of a mind that is hedonistic,
egocentric with its teleology and behavior dominants based on a sub-conscious
foundation. These aberrations are relevant not only to a valuation of historical,
social and individual concernment of the objective reality and specific events but
also to the concernment of their real value, determinants and concretions. An
externally powerful, rich, globally expansive state is reflected in a short-living
perception of people as something permanent, potentially determining both the
essence and character of history of the following generations and also the essence
of the socially-injective categories of moral, welfare, virtue and so on up to
aesthetics.
This statement is relevant not only to extremist type formations such as
fascism in Italy and Germany, communism in Russia and so on, but also to other
state and introspective concretions of global socium being. The essence of social
being, in the epoch of creation of these treatises – at end of the XX-th century,
determines a presence of some factors facilitating an aberration of social-state
reflections in a mind. They include essences both of objective type, determined by
technological and dictate evolution of socium, and also the essences of social and
individual introspection – injective and deformable-organic ones.
A hypertrophy (comparative) of the global technology and the corresponding
strengthening of material potentialities of suppression (1) and extermination with
its immanent differentiations with respect to concrete ethnoses while being
reflected (in hedonistic terms) in people’s mind determines an appearance of
perception aberrations of states (concretions of dictate) connected namely with
this factor – with technological (and accordingly to concrete-dictate) domination.
These aberrations are determined by a reflection (repressive-hedonistic) of
dictate concretions (in core, their potentiality of suppression) in minds of the
contemporary individuals. The aberrations may be graded or eliminated by mind,
when the perception terms (in the case of sufficiently development of intellect,
i.e. super-I) are formed not only by It, but also by essences of the super-I, well
developed in the case, and due to it by reasonably absorptive conceptions on
essences of social being and realities of social meaning with reference to
concrete conditions, circumstances of being.
(1) Both of the direct tools, and means of influence on hedonism of a mind and
also in the whole on an individual’s introspection.
If we regard only one factor determining dictate evolution, namely the basic one-
technology, that is at the end of the XX-th century manifested itself in
innumerable quantities of artifacts of the objective world having a certain
attitude toward suppression (both a direct one and connected with stimulation of
an individual hedonism), then the reflection of its concretions in a mind
determines causally applications of the domination categories, ethical and ethnic
welfare (and also different indefinably-semantic derivatives – “progressiveness”,
“freedom”, and so on) differentiated depending on a dictate-allowable continuum of
hedonistic goods – which in turn is a consequence of a development level of
domestic technology or its absorption from a global continuum (1). So a carrier or
“personification” of a complex category of state (dictate) welfare in comparative
reflections of a mind due to hedonistic-determined aberrations of perception is a
form of dictate with technology domination, more exactly with concretions of
technology (2). The more ethnic (state, dictate) continuum of hedonistic welfares
and potentialities, the more a state (a form of dictate) is reflected in
individual’ mind as being powerful, unshakable, “progressive” and embodying social
goods.
(1) - To a great extent, Japan, USA, later some Asian states at the end of the XX-
th century do not generate, but absorb technology from a global continuum.
(2) - The presence and power of the basic foundation of technology - creative
works of contradictate passionaries are not always connected with the level of
technology-determined potentialities of hedonism of dictate concretions.
Under lack of the super-I essences, realities of cognition that harmoniously
integrate in a frame of a rational model dominants of consciousness forming the
terms of perception, such reflections of state (dictate) concretions are to some
extent aberrative. At the end of the XX-th century there are several states in the
world claiming a world domination on the basis of their technology prevailing. For
the purposes of illustration let us simply dived them in groups such as the states
of America, the Old World, and Asia, or more exactly – the USA, Britain (France,
Germany and so on) and Japan. At first glance these states have a strategical
similarity in the main issuer – in the level of development of various technology
aspects that allows them on the base of sufficient volume of hedonistic goods to
conduct a suppression using positive-introspection actions and due to it ensure an
effective power and longevity of these dictate concretions. In outward appearance
it looks as if now they are concretizing a dictate of a more developed phase of
evolution in comparison with other ethnoses.
Resemblance of the dictate-evolution phases of the states (resulted to a great
extent from the perception aberrations of hedonistic nature and determining
corresponding essences and artifacts of an individual introspection) under
presence of conscious-steady organic-injective dislocations in the super-I (2) is
reduced and under some conditions eliminated from a row of significant essences of
social introspection.

(2) - Forming rational terms of perception, reducing the reflection aberrations.
The remoteness in chronology and causally determined by this factor (in minds of
majority) a low repressive injectivity (injectability) of the events of ancient
history, for example, of Egypt from the epoch of Ancient Empire to the period of
the XVIII dynasties, determines the fact that a social organization of the
developed states of the XX-th century and introspective essences (in particular
positive hedonism of suppression and socialism) are reflected in people mind as
something new, “progressive”, as a fruit of evolution and eventually – as a
natural blessing.
At the same time, the fact that in the period of the XVIII dynasty rein in Egypt
the level of suppression positivism, socialism and social (i.e. – state)
regulations in a frame of classic (pyramidal) autocracy was very much higher, more
efficient and more introspective-injective than those in the contemporary states
to great extent is eliminated from a continuum of the global intellect due to a
complex nature of perception aberrations.
Apparently the evolutional optimum of suppression in a natural development is
reached in the process of social homeostasis of introspective-individual character
always caring in itself an experience of the preceding generations, relicts and
rudiments of a socially-individual experience.
The mentioned above states (the dictate concretions) represent examples of three
groups typical by the essence of formation to dictate introspection. Britain and
some other states of the Old World represent a pattern of a concrete dictate
evolution that had passed all phases of evolution with a corresponding organic
development of one form into another, with a corresponding presence of social-
dictate rudiments, relicts of previous forms.
(1) - Forming rational terms of perception that reduce reflection aberrations.
In the phase of transition to an introspective suppression it results in an
organic complex of physical, introspective-physical and introspective essences of
suppression with some features of socialism and ethnic motivations of a positive-
dictate nature. Such a complex ensures the presence of necessary essences of a
positive-hedonistic kind that are immanent to an effective suppression in the
frame of the dictate form (at the second half of the XX-th century) and also has
an ability to restrain and counterbalance a hedonistic egocentrism of
introspection of the suppressed by the essences of asceticism (i.e. by motivated
hedonistic abnegation) of ethnic, altruistic and dictate kinds. So, a natural
dictate evolution with immanent suppression rudiments of previous forms in the
following structures creates an introspective foundation for neutralization (in
different degree (1)) of the negative consequences of suppression positivizations
and intensification of socialism in the social continuum. The integration with
social rudiments is not always negative and retrograde. The striking example is
the previously mentioned the epoch of reigning of XVIII dynasties in Egypt that
integrated a classic autocracy (patriarchal in its basement), socialism and some
rudiments of matriarchy and presented an example of high suppression efficiency
(2). Indirectly this conception is supported in the proceedings of all highest
minds – of Plato, Aristotle, Montaigne, who considered by intuition the purified
orthodox democracies (i.e. radical concretions of a positive-hedonistic dictate)
as inefficient essences of socium.

This thesis may look like a paradox from the point of view of this treatise that
brings to light the basic law of evolution as a tendentious rise of positivism in
suppression. As the most paradoxes, this paradox is only caused by a superficial
comprehension and the same perception aberrations that regard the contemporary
realities as a final result of evolution, as a finished concretion but not as a
transitional process to the namely introspective dictate as they really are. So,
as any transitional process, it contains essences that are not characteristic of a
coherent evolution and has some concretions that are absent both in generative and
rising categories (1).
In the regarded example of Britain, the essences of evolutional positive-
hedonistic suppression and socialism in negative-jobbing concretions (in social
consequences, introspection and so on) are damped, graded to some extent in social
and individual introspection (and accordingly in socialism realities) namely by
rudiment-relict essences that were generated in introspective continuum by dictate
of the previous forms. The essences are inherited and succeeded in generations as
steady stereotypes of being, thinking, motivations and so on. Besides particularly
dictate essences, this process is promoted by a presence in introspective
continuum of some stable, conservative and rather resistive essences of ethnic
kind always and everywhere having a social-ascetic core on a hedonistic basis.

concreteness in the cause of evolution get accidental realities, removable in the
further development namely due to a domination in evolution of the homeostasis
principle.
It is natural that the more ethnos is formed (1), i.e. the higher is the level
of positive-ethnic motivations, the more efficient is this process of damping of
negative consequences of the suppression positivism and socialism. Britain is a
rather young ethnos formed between Rome expansion and Northman-Saxon conquests.
So, the level of positive-ethnic motivations among individuals of the socium
functional layers is sufficiently high to secure a resistance and, to drastic
extent, the ethnos expansive growth. Naturally, these motivations are effectively
differentiated depending on an individual’s psychotype and his layer belonging.
The teleology masochism of an individual introspection of the main functional
layers (i.e. the objects of suppression), in the frame of the considered
situation, forms a foundation for the fact that the positive-hedonistic
suppression, while moulding loyal-dictate motivations, is also forming positive
reflections of the autocratic structures of suppression and in complex creating a
dialectical dichotomy of the dictate introspection. The dichotomy reflects dictate
objectivations in terms of sado-masochistic teleology of mind in concretions of
individually-egocentric, hedonistic (sadistic) and social-ascetic motivations.
A genotype inheritance of these ethnic dominants of mind, being characteristic
with naturally evolving dictate concretions (ethnos), creates a foundation for an
affectation level sufficient to some extent to grade some socially (dictate)-
negative consequences of the positive-hedonistic suppression (2)
(1) - It is true of all phases of ethnogenesis preceding the phases of stagnation
and ethnos decline.
(2) - Of course, this picture is distorted by immigrant investments.
The efficiency of ethnic altruism and accordingly positive motivations ascribed
to autocracy (at least at the transitional period under consideration) in Britain
ethnos are higher due to an organic-evolutional immanency and genotype inheritance
along with a minimal level of object-social deforming reflections (1). The second
group of ethnoses consists of sociums, which are positioned on the same high level
of dictate genesis but have not passed all the stages of natural dictate and
ethnic evolution. Due to contacts with the continuum of global technology, these
ethnoses inherited all the components of the developed dictate forms and have
formed concretions of suppression on the basis of specificity of psychotypes of
the main dictate layers. Some examples of the group are USA, Australia, New
Zeeland, and Republic of South Africa (before blacks got power there in the 90-th
years).
Due to specificity of their formations, a basement, a core of all the dictate
layers in these ethnoses is composed of individuals with a higher passionarity
than in ethnoses in mother countries, with a higher level of individualism
(egocentrism) in the structure of sublimative determinants of mind. In addition,
the main part of immigration consists of individuals who do not belong to high
intellectual elite layers – to contradictate passionaries or accompanying layer
with high passionarity. So, their continuum of introspections includes a
negligible amount of essences, which are not directly connected with individual
hedonism.

A high passionarity of the active part of these ethnoses being truly sublimated
by positive-hedonistic suppression (in a radical form) not “burdened” by rudiments
of the previous dictate forms, together with lower level of dictate-appropriate
masochism in their teleology of mind, on one side determines speeding-up of
evolution in its tendency to introspection of suppression, but on the other side
to great extent eliminates from ethnic continuum of introspection the essences (1)
damping and grading negative consequences of the positive-hedonistic suppression
at the epoch of transition to an introspective form of dictate.
The growth of population hedonistic satisfaction along with a hypertrophy of
essences of state socialism being characteristic of these ethnoses causally
determine a reduction of passionarity of the whole ethnos and also, due to a
genotypic higher level of individualism, a reduction of efficiency of
introspective sublimation structures with the teleology of ethnic and dictate
asceticism and hedonistic abnegation.
So, in these ethnoses, due to psychotype peculiarities of individuals and
negligible determination of introspective dominants of an evolutional-inherited
character, the negative-social immanences of the transitional period (to an
introspective dictate) are expressed more radically. A particular manifestation of
the process is a higher (in dictate significance) level of covert suppression in
the USA as compared with Britain. A positive-hedonistic suppression along with
introspective crape of socialism are characteristic of the both ethnoses, but in
Britain, due to sluggishness of introspective-social processes, the reflection
positivism (of a hedonistic type) of the structures of negative-physical
suppression is weighty higher than in the USA.

If we take into consideration the fact that for a given concrete individual the
sum of introspections and concretions of efficient physical suppression is a
constant value, so we get that the mentioned deficiency in the USA is compensated
by intensification of the covert structures of suppression, by strengthening their
prerogatives, their social-dictate introspective and hedonistic status. Always in
all ethnoses and epochs to some extent the covert suppression was estranged from
teleology and concretions of dictate forms and hierarch’ will. Keeping in mind the
immanent hierarch dissipation of the epoch, this estrangement is intensified and
causally determines an efficiency reduction of physical suppression. In turn it
results in a growth (1) both in socium and in dictate those substructures, at
which to prevailing degree the physical suppression is mainly directed. A
comparison of social being of these ethnoses at the end of the XX-th century is a
confirmation of the statement. An the same time when in particular case Britain
relies on a covert suppression at the expense of an open-physical one (Irish
crises) she is confronted with the same negative essences. Let’s call these
variations of the transitional form as “inherited” ones, because in this case the
essences of evolving dictate and technology are invested in socium structure by
means of introspective-individual transfer.
The third group consists of ethnoses, which did not pass the row of evolution-
immanent stages of dictate genesis. Due to it, they lack an introspective
continuum of the evolution-immanent determinants of motivations that are organic
for this dictate form being developed only in the process of social-dictate
evolution.

In accordance with some circumstances, these ethnoses (Japan and other) are
combining the technology level (more correctly, its various aspects) of the
corresponding introspective dictate form in Europe and the structure of layer
psychotypes with the heavy rudimental determinants of the radical-physical dictate
form (autocracy, feudal empire) and in some cases even more previous forms of
dictate. Here in transitional dictate form, technology and its dictate
consequences are not a product of domestic socium evolution or introspective
inheritance. They are artificially injected, adopted from the global technology
continuum by an ethnos-recipient. Such a symbiosis of the introspective basement
of dictate being fundamentally unnatural, as any eclectic formation, integrates
mainly negative determinants and consequences considered above. One of them is a
growth of criminal elements up to a level of social meaning and eligibility that
is compared with the level of hierarchs.
A special group includes ethnoses with different degree of regularity in domestic
dictate evolution having passed in the transitional period (or chronologically
near it) through a deadlock of an extreme dictate form, they include France and
Russia (1). A high level of introspective rejection of negative suppression,
caused by an extreme repression, determines a qualitative shift of socium to the
side of socialism radicalization with all its negative imminences (2).

The presence of these variations at the transitional stage of dictate evolution
inevitably raises the problem directly connected with aberrations of a hedonistic
kind since, under a formal shallow perception of social being concretions, the
level of reflected in consciousness of objective concretions of technology
prevails over the essences of a latence-introspective dictate nature. It causally
determines the perception of technically developed complex of autocracy and
socialism (1) (Japan) or pseudosocialism with ideological autocracy (Russia 1917-
1990 years) as a stable social structure in antithesis of less developed, but
naturally evolving ethnoses (Britain). The developed technology makes it possible
to satisfy the suppresses and potentiality of ethnic resistance with hedonistic
possibilities, but by itself without of a joint genesis with dictate and ethnogeny
it does not create those continuum of dictate introspection that ensures an
efficiency both of suppression and dictate and socium.
The driving force of dictate is a stimulated unsatisfied hedonism of an individual
that is sublimated by dictate in necessary expediencies and teleologies. But by no
means it is the hedonism that is satisfied beyond reflex arch with loyal
activity, the level of which in dictate introspection is immanently connected with
the essence of variations of the transitional dictate form. The efficiency and
resistance of a dictate concretion is exhibited absolutely exactly in ethnic
(state, dictate) collisions that have a rather high level of tension (2) for being
reflected in a hierarch introspection as the repressive-hedonistic ones.

the suppression as a whole.
(2) – The wars of the USA with Iraq, Vietnam or Britain with Argentina and so on
do not belong to the collisions of the necessary tension.
In mind of hierarchs of Russia, France, Britain and Germany, the II World War was
namely such a collision. For the USA it was not so in spite of its participation
in the war.
As a result of the situation, some extrapolations of dictate efficiency,
eliminating the aberrations of closeness and correspondingly extrapolations of
dictate evolution as a whole, can be given from an analysis of possible variants
of introspective continuum of various ethnoses while they are being subjected to
powerful dictate-ethnic collisions.
Always all wars have an ethnic coloration and accordingly ethnic motivations in a
structure of introspection of individuals who directly participate in them, i.e.
expose their individual hedonistic introspection to a repression, which is a
compulsory or positively motivated one.
For most individuals positive-hedonistic motivations of their participation in a
war are efficient only up to a certain level of their hedonism repression by the
observed objective reflections of mass slaughter, on reaching which negative
reactions of mind eliminated them from the sphere of active determination
motivations and the essences of an individual-egocentric hedonism start to
dominate.
So always and everywhere, an introspective collision of essences connected with
the satisfaction of primitive hedonism and fundamental hedonism of sub-
consciousness (1) is ended in favor of the latter.
(1) - Together with the realized fear of their death and essences of existential
bursting in their comprehension.
An efficient transformation of the suppressed into passionary soldiers is
provided by injective determinants in their mind that neutralize efficiently the
reactions of the hedonistic It of a repressive-immanent ascetic nature, which are
fundamentally antagonistic to the essences injected in mind of the suppressed of
the considered form of dictate as a basement for introspection of their self-
reckoning. This process is also facilitated by hedonism stimulation and by a
change of dictate teleology to enhance the sublimative structures of mind in the
direction of egocentrism and individualism.
The equally important essence, determining the process of introspection, is an
ethnic structure of socium and accordingly the essence of ethnic components of
dictate introspection.
Due to efficacy of the ethnic dominants of mind of the suppressed, the monoethnic
concretions of dictate are always more efficient in wars that is resulted from
many processes considered in the treatise. Inherited concretions of a transition
form, due to specificity of their formation, are always multi-ethnic ones with a
corresponding disharmony of ethnic dominants of motivations affecting the mind of
the suppressed.
Socialism, that is immanent to the suppression structure of this form, also
radicalizes these essences. (The analysis is given in “Disgrace of Virtue”).
War collisions of the XX-th century represent many arguments of the statement (1).
(1) – There are many arguments in history of all ethnoses starting from Persia,
Rome and so on up to the latest history.
In military clashes radically socialistic Sweden, Denmark, Norway, socialistic
France with a rather fuzzy monoethnicity (in spite of its high level of
ideological chauvinism), the multiethnical USA – they all demonstrate a relatively
low level of passionarity (1).
In connection with it, the Bismarck’s saying that “there are only two armies in
the world – German and Russian ones, others are only good to be supernumeraries”
to some extent is correct. A military passionarity is the extreme concretion of an
ethnic and dictate passionarity and as a category it determines the power and
resistance of dictate. The negative consequences of a positive suppression along
with the socialism reduce a passion loyalty of motivations and individual actions
with all successive consequences. These essences have a latent introspective-
deterministic character and it determines why they are rejected from an objective-
factual consideration of social reality. In principle, the considerations are
immanently aberrational that in turn misrepresent the interplay and interference
of structures, categories and processes of human social being. From this point of
view, a perception of superficial, concrete-chronological dictate objectivities,
its macro-continuum immanently creates the proximity aberrations that reject in
principle a possibility of a real extrapolation of the future.
Thus, in the transition period, due to changes of suppression essences in global
socium, there is a row of derivative factors determining the essence of social
concretions of reality and, correspondingly through reflection the essence, of the
future.
(1) – There are the French-Prussian war, battles at Dunkirk and Ardennes, the
Second World War in France, Belgium, Denmark and so on. An antithesis includes
Poland, Britain and so on.
I - There is a row of ethnoses concretizing a transitional stage toward an
introspective form of dictate and having various levels of organic evolutivity of
the introspective basement.
II - In introspective continuums the transition processes go differentially
depending on dictate-ethnic and biosphere circumstances that are immanent to a
concrete genesis. In turn it differentiates an efficiency of negative consequences
of a positive suppression and socialism.
III - Simultaneously there is a row of ethnoses that due to peculiar properties of
their evolution do not reach the stage of transition to an introspective dictate.
It includes a wide range of ethnoses starting from tribes of Amazon, ethnoses of
Africa and Asia up to those outwardly prosperous (due to perception aberrations)
such as Chine, Taiwan and so on. To various degrees these ethnoses are recipients
of socialistic good deeds of the developed states and it creates an artificial,
inorganic for domestic evolution possibilities of a population growth that
violates, and, in the case of Arabic states, ruins an organic harmony of biosphere
and evolving ethnos (dictate). In turn, it determines the presence of domestic-
introspective processes of hedonistic-expansive passionary-teleological character
(1) that forms essences of an ethnic expansion and aggression. The arguments for
it include Africa, Arabic states, Ireland and to great extent China and Indo-China
at the end of the XX-th century.
IV - As a category of social being, socialism is immanent to the introspective
dictate and to the essences of its suppression.
(1) – It is similar to the cycles of ethnic passionarity under cyclic variations
of biosphere potentials in an area of inhabitance.
At the same time, in a form of social demagogy, social ideology is an immanent
essence of extreme dictate forms. So, when under actions of external repression
(military defeat, concretions of domestic suppression, and so on) a form of
dictate introspection starts to eliminate then a potentiality of extremism
appears. Examples are Commune in France, Hitler in Germany, communism in Russia
and so on. In less radical-deformed form, this process concretizes in various
types of pro-socialist terror, separation and so on.
Since in transitional stage in both hypostasis socialism is immanent to any
introspective form of dictate, so such potentialities of extremism are immanent to
it also. The appearance frequency of extreme forms in the transitional phase is
incompatible with its frequency in history as a whole presenting an illustration
of a consequence of the introspective suppression in the transitional phase.
In view of the analysis presented in this treatise and in “Disgrace of Virtue”,
the set of these essences allows to be combined in a single category, which is
dialectic and evolving. In the transitional phase, the growth of positive-
hedonistic suppression, as a basement of the main tendency of dictate evolution in
concretions of socialism and state stimulated hedonism, determines and generates
into social introspection such a volume of negative-dictate essences that in the
nearest future, under taking into consideration technologically determined
acceleration of social processes, it should inevitably and rather quickly result
in the introspection disintegration and dictate form itself.
At the end of the XX-th century, an observant analyst, managed to abstract himself
from aberrated perception concretions of the wealth and power of developed states,
would find many conformation of the statement in concretion of the social being.
Here are an explosion-like growth of lumpen sub-layer and social absorption of
their parasitical introspection, an impotence of social management, a growth of
influence of secret services, a deformation of dictate-hedonistic assessment of
passionary loyalty and utility of individuals and layers, all the negative
consequences of egalitarianism (as a demagogic component of suppression) that are
described in “Disgrace of Virtue” and so on.
So, an apocalyptical forecast offers itself that is so beloved by thinkers having
an aberrated absolutization of defects of a contemporary to them socium.
The global socium is a united homeostatic organism. Local collapses, raisings and
disappearances of individual ethnoses and civilizations only activate an action of
compensating mechanisms, activity flowing in other spheres and regions since
evolution of a socium and dictate never stops and interrupted with the maintenance
of the basic principles.
A flagging ethnos becomes an object of hedonistic claims of those around it and it
has only a simple alternative – either to have an optimal (in resistance
teleology) reconstruction of its suppression structure or to perish.
In a given case, negative-dictate essences (as the consequences of suppression
positivation) are most natural to ethnoses that are the most advanced in dictate
evolution of technology and due to it they are the most resistant to a social-
ethnic competition of technology factors. It means that, when in a period of
ethnogeny domination in a structure of dictate determinants a developed form of
dictate in antique Rome could be destroyed by passionary savages, in the
transition period the technology dominant secures the ethnic prevalence over any
passionarity.
So an ethnic, external pressure is reflected only partly in consciousness of
hierarchs as an initiating action for dictate structurization in tendency of
autocracy depending on a power of external pressure and specificity of ethnic
continuum of introspections.
Always and everywhere, hedonistic potentialities of hierarchs and dictate
potentialities of suppression are based on a passionary asceticism of the
suppressed (a motivated hedonistic self-alienation) that is independent on the
essences of its determinants, the compatibility of positive and negative items,
and so on.
At the epoch under consideration, a loyalty and passionarity of asceticism, as
well as its derivatives of radical-introspective kind such as social (i.e.
dictate) responsibility, ideological loyalty, productive passionarity, and so on,
are mightily graded and eliminated from the continuum by introspective dominants
and motivations of parasitism, which are the causal consequences of socialism
evolution (1). In spite of its latency (a chronological-relativistic one), these
factors are a powerful determinant of the efficiency reduction of suppression,
dictate and eventually of hedonistic potentiality of hierarchs. As far as this
process affects hedonism of all hierarchs, independent on a dissipative
differentiation of their interests, so being reflected in their layer
introspection, it forms in response the motivations of alternative modification of
suppression in a tendency of strengthening its efficiency. Since an alternative to
socialism, and to existing at this epoch concretions of hedonistic positivism in
the frame of evolutional-natural introspective form of dictate, is (in a radical
case) a suppression structure integrating a necessary motivation positivism of the
suppressed and an antithesis of socialism (“democracy”, and so on) (1), so a
logical deduction is that the first concretion of the introspective dictate form
will be a broadened (continuum layered) oligarchy of hedonism hierarchs with a
personification of hedonistic positivism of suppression.

This deduction is argued for also by exhibited in the treatise evolutional
reduction of an external-dictate determination of ethnogeny essences and a growth
of technological determinations, i.e. the essences of domestic-introspective kind.
In other words, the growth of technology decreases an effectiveness of socium
repressions by external-objective factors, such as biosphere, ethnogeny, and
increases infrastructure-dictate essences of repression, which are reflected in
mind of hierarchs.
At the same time, the level of ethnogeny motivations of individuals is growing,
since the XX-th century is the time of oppositions of powerful conglomerates,
organizations, states with a corresponding ethnic coloration (the USA, fascists,
Jews, Arabs, Blacks).
A weakness filling of an individual (to the greatest extent of individuals of the
developing states) in front of powerful social conglomerations (the USA, KGB,
Jews, masons, and so on) determines an intensification of ethnic self-attribution
and alienation from foreign ethnoses.
The ethnic consolidation is also facilitating a hierarch growth in socium in a
tendency to oligarchy (plutocracy).
At this stage, an oligarchy (in concretion of plutocracy) integrates all dictate
advantages of the orthodox autocracy along with a small row of virtues of
democracy (socialism) reinforced by a bigger reactive adaptability to external
perturbations caused by structure diversification and terms of hedonistic
reflection of objects by introspection of the layer of dissipated hierarchs.
Under presence of sufficient continuum of hedonistic goods (as the result of
technology), the oligarchy, being a personification of hedonistic positivism,
eliminates from dictate introspection the negative essences shown in this treatise
and in “ Disgrace of Virtue”.
(1)– It should be kept in mind that the restrictions of an introspective-
individual kind determine a finite set of the suppression variants – autocracy,
oligarchy, despotism, democracy and so on.
The same is true of the essences of introspection as a basement of socium and of
the derivative suppression concretions and social being as a whole. Their
enumeration would bring us to a repetition of a row of chapters from the two
treatises. In as much as the analysis of the elimination process is not a complex
one, so the author leaves it to a reader who assimilated the methodology of the
treatise.
This analysis is relevant to ethnoses at a sufficiently high stage of dictate
evolution irrespective of a forming character of a motivation basement of the
introspective dictate form, whether it is organic, inherited, borrowed, with
relicts of extremism, because these variations determine only particular
concretions, but not the strategy of the process.
