Templates in Planning Editor

Templates in PE
Template is a predefined set of parameter values for one
managed object class. After you defined a template for an
object, you can use these default values by just choosing the
template name.
There are several templates for each object class:

And lots of object

classes:

Viewing Templates in PE

Choose Object Class

and Template

Network Element deletion (ADJS) using

CSV importing Function of PlanEditor4.33

Introduction
Daily network management from network database point of view requires
modification of RAN parameters, addition or deletion of network elements
WBTS/WCEL/ADJS etc.
Especially, the modification of ADJS addition or deletion is most
challenging task for RNW planner and OSS engineer because the amount
of ADJS data is pretty massive and needs manual work a lot.
To avoid this massive manual work, PlanEditor 4.3-3 support deletion of
ADJS using CSV file.
The synchronization works only for object classes that do not have child
classes (or instances) defined. Adjacency lists are good for
synchronization, when delete commands are generated for ADJ(s) not
present in the plan
Please note that delete commands should not be used at the same time
with Synchronize option, and synchronized objects should not have child
objects

Procedure To upload actual data

PE4.3-3 can delete all network element by CSV file but the
procedure of deletion is described only for ADJS here since it
is most massive data and we will face the modification of it
almost daily.
Step 1: upload actual data of network (xml file from plan
management and planning interface).
Step 2: Run PE4.3-3 and open empty database file (*.mdb file)
Step 3: Create a plan and a sub-plan. This work is not so
necessary but it is recommended since you need to modify
import/export profile several times and it make you confused if
you did not create plan/sub-plan.

Procedure To create plan

If you press Plan button, the following window will show up.
