Hipotesis
H1. The influence of performance expectancy on intention to use the
intranet will be moderated by age and gender.
Performance expectancy refers to the degree of ones belief that using Intranet will
improve his/her performance in particular task that this belief will be moderated by
gender and age.
H2. The influence of effort expectancy on intention to use the intranet will
be moderated by age, gender and working period.
Effort expectancy refers to the degree of ones belief that using Intranet is easy and
minimum effort for him/her, this construct will be moderated age, gender, and
working period.
H3. The influence of social influence on intention to use the intranet will
be moderated by age, gender, and working period.
Social influence is the degree of how much one perceives that the important person
for him suggests him to use the system.
H4. The influence of facilitating condition on actual use of intranet will be
moderated age and working period.
Facilitating condition refers to the degree of ones belief that organizational
environment and infrastructures are provided to support him/her in using Intranet.
H5. Organizational structures influence the intention to use intranet in
organization.
The degree of complexity, formalization, and centralization in decision making
process influence the intention to use Intranet.
H6. Culture influences the intention to use intranet.
Culture which emphasizes the Hofstedes national culture influences intention to
use Intranet.
H7. Intention to use will have a significant positive influence on intranet
actual usage.
Intention to use refers to individual intention to use intranet in the future.
H8. Actual use will have a significant positive influence on perceived value
of actual use.
Perceived values of intranet use refer to ones perception on perceived impact of
intranet to his/her efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation in performing tasks.
