OVERVIEW

Presentation the project Morocco NIS FRAME BIDDING 2014 :

This frame bidding only includes the NIS professional service activities of
BTS integration implementation (wireless product) and access product
integration implementation, according to Huawei latest outsourcing
strategy for NIS service, such kind of low level activities can be done by
subcontractors . This frame bidding result can be used by Huawei wireless
projects and access projects for Morocco Telecom, INWI and Meditel. The
duration of this frame bidding is 14 months from Nov. 2014- Dec. 2015 .

The Tasks of the project Wireless

Principal Procedure
1. Make BTS Data configuration files and BSC/RNC script, send BTS
file to Huawei
2. Load script in BSC/RNC under the permission of Huawei
3. Antenna and Feeder cutover
4. Alarm cleanup and service check
5. Basic troubleshooting
6. Publish Swap report and acceptance report

the configuration tool supplied by Huawei.

Integration of the Huawei equipments into customer RAN
network.
If necessary, upgrade/update of the Huawei equipment remotely.
Troubleshooting during and after integration with Huawei
cooperation or support to ensure the interface and BTS
equipment running normal.
Distribute licenses if necessary
Alarm cleanup after integration and before service cutover.

Send the minor alarms to Huawei troubleshoo(ng team to handle.
Contact NOC of Huawei's customer to perform needed check.
