The following incident occurred in the City Of Delray Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida.
On the above time and date I responded to the above location in reference to a domestic
disturbance. Upon arrival I met with the suspect Douglas Ferrell, on the driveway of the
residence. He stated that he was trying to get inside his home to get clothes and shampoo.
I was informed through dispatch that Ferrell had been in violation of a restraining order
that was filed on him by his mother, Tracee Ferrell, via NCIC/FCIC. Douglas stated that
he was served with the injunction order (502012dr011014XXXXSB) this morning and was told
Douglas was
not to return. Douglas had a copy of the injunction order on his person.
subsequently placed under arrest for violation of the temporary injunction order.

u At the DBPD temporary holding facility, while conducting an inventory search of his

s bag, I located a bottle containing 47 Cymbalta pills not prescribed to Douglas. I also

located two vials of steroids, Winstrol 100 and Primobolan inside a zip lock bag. I made
contact
with the Poison Control hotline and it was confirmed that the two vials of

T steroids do in fact fall under the Schedule III category. The Cymbalta was not categorized

as being a schedule type narcotic.

Based on the aforementioned I believe probable cause exist to charge, W/M Douglas
Ferrell with one count of VIOLATE INJUNCTION
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. (return to dwelling) :
Douglas Ferrell did willfully, after having been served with an Injunction for Protection
Against Domestic Violence issued pursuant to section 741.30, go to or be within soo feet
of the residence, school, place of employment, or a speoi.fic place fre~l?,.r,:ited regularly by
Tracee Ferrell, contrary to Florida Statute 741.31(4) (a)2. Two counts GJ:f::}Po~ssion of
