1st October to 31 March: doors close at 5pm or dusk if earlier.
1 April to 30 September: doors close at 6pm weekdays, 7pm at
weekends. last admission 30 minutes before closing.
Please Note: when evening concerts or theatre productions are
being held, the gardens will close one hour before the
performance, please check before visiting.

the sweeping lawns and the stunning surroundings of the

historic Birmingham Botanical gardens make a fantastic
place for all the family to explore throughout the year.
four spectacular glasshouses lled with exotic plants
transport you from tropical rainforest to arid desert. Beyond,
beautiful gardens oer variety, colour and interest from
spring and autumn bulb displays to glorious herbaceous
borders at the height of summer. discover the rock garden
& pool, Japanese & Bonsai garden, rhododendron walk,
woodland & fern glade and alpine & grasses gardens.
enjoy a delicious snack or lunch at the pavilion tea room
and nish your day with a visit to the gift & plant shop.
