Purpose
Room To Moves goal is to make its space available for the community to enjoy for those times during
which it is not otherwise in use. In order to promote orderly and harmonious use of the space, we ask
that renters respectfully adhere to the rules and regulations.

Room To Move can provide staff for your event at an additional cost.($25/hr per person)

Security Deposit:
RTM requires a security deposit of $100 (in the form of a check that will be stapled to this
contract) to secure compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. Deposit check
will be returned to Renter if/when RTM passes final inspection. The check will be cashed to
cover any amount necessary to pay RTM; a) any unpaid rent, b) cleaning costs, c) cost for
repair of damages to premises and/or common areas above ordinary wear and tear, and d) any
other amount legally allowable under the terms of this agreement. A written accounting of said
charges shall be presented to Renter within 7 days of rented time. If deposits do not cover
such costs and damages, the Renter shall immediately pay said additional costs for damages
to RTM.
Space Rental Terms
All Renters agree to pay all RTM charges incurred by self, guests, or family.

Renter hereby assumes responsibility for all Guests brought into the space. Guests will be
bound by the same Rules and Regulations as the Renters, and will be asked to sign an
individual waiver of liability.

Damages. Renter will be financially responsible for any damages caused by the Renter
or Renter’s Guests.

Personal Property. RTM is not responsible for the personal property of Renters or Guests while
on premises.

Waiver. RTM requires ALL students and Renters to sign the RTM waiver form. Please
leave all signed forms in the waiver folder.

Aggressive Behavior. Fighting, horseplay, heckling, or other aggressive behavior -either

verbal or physical- will not be tolerated.

The space shares a common wall with neighboring business. Be respective while
choosing the volume of music.

Clean Up is the responsibility of all Renters.

Agreement Not Inclusive. The Rules and Regulations contained herein are not inclusive.
Signs posted in the space, directions from RTM staff, and other written guidelines will serve as
additional rules.

RTM reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations.

Termination and Suspension. RTM reserves the right at any time to terminate and/or
suspend the rental privileges of any Renter for failure to comply with any of the Rules and
Regulations or for conduct that RTM determines improper or detrimental to RTM or other
Renters. The terminated Renter will remain liable for all dues and other indebtedness incurred
prior to the termination.

Renter Privileges
The Renter has use of RTM’s dance space, waiting area, hallway, and private bathroom. As
well as the use of the stereo, television, folding chairs and tables.

A RTM staff member will be provided to handle the door if event is staffed.

No refrigeration or heating of food available.

RTM is willing to accommodate most reasonable requests if given ample notice

The undersigned Renter has read and understands this agreement, agrees to be bound by such terms
and conditions, and acknowledge receipt of a copy of this Rental Agreement.
