Dear Friends and Family,

Time simple flies by and we can't seem to sit down

long enough to report all that has been happening
here in Stonyford. The Lord has continued to bless
the ministry through your faithful prayers.
Recently, we sent out a prayer bulletin on the
Millers in Jordan, who are the parents of one of our
church members. I was very impressed with
immediate response of so many of you. Thank you
for praying during this time. Simply knowing that
we have a prayer team that follows us so closely
means a lot to us, especially in isolated Stonyford.
I (Kevin) recently organized a Men's Retreat
held up in the Mendocino National Forest. I was
absolutely amazed at the enthusiasm and response
of our men. We had twelve guys join our retreat.
We felt God's presence as we were challenged by
various sermons from David Gibbs and others. Not
to mention, our group discussions were of great
encouragement. Many of the men shared in church
the following Sunday their commitment to read
Gods Word more faithfully as well as other things

Jordan Missionary Update:
Report from his morning: Ruth was on
her way to the jail to give Jody his
passport and airline ticket to the United
States. Jody is being deported back to the
US without any explanations except one
US Embassy official was told it "was for
his safety".
Jody will be escorted directly from the
jail to the Amman airport, have a brief
layover in London and arrive back in
Dulles in Washington DC tomorrow night
(Thursday).
Ruth will be able to stay at least a couple
of weeks to pack their things and help
with the transition and changes that now
will be taking place.
Jody and Ruth have lived in Jordan for
over 15 years helping refugees. They are
more at home there than anywhere else in
the world. They love the people of Jordan
and the refugees that have been forced to
flee there. This will be a major transition
for them. They would very much
appreciate your prayers as they seek the
Lord's direction as to how they can
continue this great work of loving and
helping precious people who are in the
most desperate of circumstances.
Thank you again for your prayers.

that challenged them. I was encouraged to see them expressing their growing faith in front of our church
family. We were also excited to be joined by three men from the Seventh Day Adventist Church in
Willows. The enthusiasm from our church has also sparked an interest from others. The Word of God is
truly powerful to change our hearts and lives! Thank you for your prayers! They were strongly felt that
weekend. Prayer Point: Pray for our men, as they lead our Church, that they would stand strong
for the truth of Gods Word.
The church has also been organizing a youth night for the young people in our community. After
the loss of a young man this past summer to suicide many in our church have been burdened to reach out
to the young people. We had an awesome start on the 23rd of October and are continuing to gain ground.
It was wonderful to see the kids enjoying the event as well as committing to memory specific passages
of scripture. Prayer Point: Please pray that the Lord will continue to bring in more children. There
are many that need the Lord.
We were pleased to have a visit from our new District Representatives, Rev. Joe and Jenny
Murrell. They have already been a blessing to us. Their roll in Village Missions is to support the pastor
missionaries in their specific district. We are glad to have them behind us in our work here in Stonyford.
It is great to have someone to talk to about the ministry and to give much needed advice. They visited
back in September and will be visiting again in the spring.
Prayer Point: Please continue to pray for us as we try to reach out to and help the many
alcoholics in our community. It is difficult to know how to help them properly, but we are trusting
that the Lord can do miracles.
Many of you may or may not have heard that
we're expecting another baby! However, instead
of just one little miracle, we found out via
sonogram that God is giving us two little
blessings! Yes, we are having twins - twin boys!
Everyone is very excited!
Prayer Point: Please pray that our babies will
reach full term (38-40weeks), and that Darleen
will be able to deliver these babies naturally
with no complications. Currently we are in the process of finding a doctor that has experience
with twin deliveries and that will work with Darleen's wishes.
May the Lord bless you all for you continued prayers and financial support. There would be absolutely
no way we could do the work here without you.
In the Service of our Lord,
Kevin and Darleen Weston
