CLEAN-UP POLITICAL FUNDING AS A FIRST STEP

t is appreciable and desirable to remark that the central government is

taking some positive action indeed right from constituting a SIT for
investigation purposes in its fight against the evil of black money, stashed
by Indians in foreign banks. The government has the honour of setting up a
SIT and disclosed only 3 names from the list that too only businessmen, not
politicians at all. It has not released the entire list as promised by them during
elections and promise early action on bringing back black money within 100
days, if come to power.
On hearing the case on Tuesday, the 27th October 2014, the Supreme
Court has expressed its displeasure and ire in strong words and has ordered
the government to disclose the entire list to proceed in the matter and pass
S.GANAPATHY
necessary orders to the SIT by tomorrow. And the bench dismissed the
98401 50211
governments request of review in the order in view of bilateral agreements
between countries on confidentiality and privacy clauses that may stall and complicate the matter from
further disclosures which may impinge on further probe. The government has since submitted as per the
order, the entire list received from foreign countries which contained the list of 327 persons, having
accounts in foreign banks with their ill-gotten wealth. The bench said that it will peruse the submitted list
and suitably ordered the SIT to file its investigative processes by November and complete the investigations
latest by March 2015. But in reality, the major sickness of black money lies in political funding by business
houses and fund themselves with unaccounted money, their audited accounts revealing only small chunk
of actual expenditureincurred.
When black money is mostly needed to fund politics and politicians, the business houses presumably
generate black money to service the needs. They get in return the political patronage and favoritism
allowing them to make more money both legal and tax evaded. This is the scourge found in most of the
countries in the world. The politicians and the political parties spend crores of money in general elections
beyond the stipulated limit as enunciated by the Election Commission. The moot question is whether it is
legal money? They do not divulge the actual expenditure incurred in election expenses and do not submit
the required returns with data to the Election Commission in time which flout all rules and regulations set
by it. Hence to put a full stop in this malicious vicious cycle, the first and foremost step to be taken by the
government, political funding has to be institutionalised. This is the actual spot to be broomed first. There
is little sign of enthusiasm on this vexed political issue of cleaning up. The immediate and imperative action
by the central government is to be taken on this thorny issue for an early solution. This will definitely pave
the way for a greater public support and further strengthen the party with greater national spirits. That will
yield good results in the national developmental works leading to a sound and healthy economy. That is
a sound sign of curbing black money.

SAY Bye TO KNEE PAIN

World wide problems suffered by people
above age of 30's is KNEE PAIN

he knee joint lacks the stability of the hip because

little stability is furnished by the rounded contour
of the thigh bone and the-leg bone .
For stability the knee must depend largely upon the
soft tissue, the capsule, thigh muscle and the ligaments.
Major complaints of kneepain( which may be mild
to severe), tenderness, restricted movements, swelling uneven
balance, deformity etc.
Everybody says causative factors for knee pain are degenerative reasons ( e.g OA
KEEE) , trauma or injury, muscle strain, over weight etc .but real hidden cause for
knee pain is improper posture of the body which tends to alter the normal angle of
knee joint.
Normally body weight transmits through the muscle, bone ,and all other tissue around
the knee joint.but due to the bad posture weight transmits directly to the knee joint
and it becomes worsen day by day automatically this leads to painful knee.
