Internship duration is 6-12 weeks in an organization which offers opportunities
for trainings and practical know-how. Therefore the interns are advised to strictly follow the rules while doing their internship in their respective organizations. An acceptable dress code will be observed during the internship period as part of personal hygiene and grooing. !tudents will have to aintain the decoru of the internship in respect of the culture of the organization. Interns will not enter into any conflict with their supervisors" anagers or research advisors during their training period. #eave of absence will not be allowed" e$cept for those who could present a valid reason on account of their absence. Any unauthorized leakage of copany%s rules" policies and procedures or likewise would be considered as violation of internship criteria. Interns will not be allowed to shift the venue of their internship once they are assigned to resue their training at their respective organization. &or any relocation or rearrangeent of internship" the intern will have to infor the placeent office. At least ' bi-weekly progress reports will be subitted as a rule during the internship period. A hard copy of the final report ust be subitted at least two weeks before the end of the current seester( or iediately after the copletion of internship period. &alse presentation of the docuents and other irregularities" such as isconstrued inforation" internship in absentia and avoidance fro internship training will be treated as deceitful and ay invite disciplinary action. All prospective interns ust attend the in-house grooing sessions" which is an obligatory part of the internship. )ot coplying with the rules ay tantaount to awarding *&+ grade. !tudents who will not appear for the presentation on tie will not be allowed to take their presentation until further notification. All hard copies of final reports ust be subitted in person at the placeent office and handed over to the person concerned. ,laceent office will not be responsible in case of loss of internship reports left unattended. Internship progress reports are andatory part of degree progra at I-! .!tudents" who register theselves for internship" ust send at least three progress reports while doing their internship at their respective organizations i.e. the training received along with .ob description. )o student will be given any presentation(viva prior to copleting their course work assignents and */usiness ,olicy+ -gt.010. )o student is allowed to start internship at his(her personal preises i.e. personal business or hoe based activities.
