I. Background and Rationale of the Project

DepEd Order No.10, s.2013School Calendar of Activities includes In- Service Training
Programs for Teachers as one of its Annual Activities. This specifically aims to expose Teachers
and have them be updated to information technology and in the new trends in classroom
instruction.

Clemente Pea Elementary School as per se shall abide to the best of its ability to
conduct the said activity thus; making its personnel be equipped with the latest trends on the use
of ICT that will help serve its clienteles with profundity and as a result of, an increase in learning
outcomes.


II. Objectives:

This project aims to:
1. Improve the technical knowhow of the teachers of Clemente Pea Elementary
School in the use of ICT in classroom instruction.
2. Use the skills learned during the training workshop and be able to apply it in
the classroom instruction.
3. Create a desirable outcome among the Teachers of Clemente Pea Elementary
School and Tagas Elementary School specifically in the use of ICT.

III. Strategies:

The Proponent under the supervision of the School Head together with the support of
the PSDS, Teachers, PTA Officers and Stakeholders shall pursue the activities of the
In Service Training for the School Year 2014-2015.
