Members Manual MOBILE (4483)
ePinoyload mobile service via 4483 serve as access on all mobile transactions
using the registered Smart Sim Card.

SYNTAX CODES:

PLOAD <mobile code> <mobile no> loads a Smart subscribers mobile no
PBAL checks your balance.
RLOAD <amount> <mobile no> transfers a Traders Netplay credits to a registered Traders member.
RETADD <mobile no> add Sub-Trader
RETBAL <retailer no> check wallet balance of retailer using my dealer number
PBUY DEP <load>/<bank>/<branch>/<amount>/<date>/<time>/<reference no> to submit deposit (NPC LOAD WALLET)
PBUY DEP <money>/<bank>/<branch>/<amount>/<date>/<time>/<reference no> to submit deposit
(SMARTMONEY/BILLSPAYMENT)

PBUY <product code> <account no> purchases a ePinoyload product
All Syntax Code is accessible via 4483 Access Code
Once you receive the confirmation of your registration, you could now deposit and start Selling Load.

A. VIA SMS MOBILE CODE /SYNTAX
From your registered Smart Sim Card, just follow the easy steps to load a customer.

Syntax to use: PLOAD <mobile code> <mobile no>
Smart, Sun, TnT, PLDT and Cignal Example: PLOAD 15 09191234567 then send to 4483
Globe Example: PBUY K15 x271234567 then send to 4483
Mobile / Product codes are available on the web tool, to check the latest
list of mobile codes Log-in > Home Screen > Reports > Help Desk > Available Skus
To check remaining Balance Type simply type PBAL and send to 4483

ePinoyload portal serve as multifunction tool on all your web transactions
that uses internet connection.













Once signed in, click on the Change Password link.
Home Your Account Settings






Log-out and then log in again using your new Webtool password. If you already have credits
in your load wallet, then you may start selling prepaid products to customers.

SELLING THE PRODUCTS (WEB TOOL)
In loading prepaid customers simply follow the five steps below
From Home Screen select Topup Subscriber > Input Phone Number > Select A Value >





MONITOR SALES TRANSACTIONS
From home screen select Wallet Accounts > View Transactions




You also have an option to view all your transactions Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Year over Year.
The filter is also capable of viewing your Credit / Debit / Payment / Sales and Transfers.

The Web tool simply acts as your bookkeeper.




REPORTS
Topup Sales
Topup Sales (Suggested Retail Price) Shows your sales using SRP or your customer price.
Topup Sales (Cost Consumption) Shows your sales using your actual COST per transaction
(with ePinoyload discount.
From Home Screen > Topup Sales (Suggested Retail Price) or Topup Sales (Cost
Consumption) > Select Month > Select Member type
This would give you an over view which day with-in the month your sales went up/down with the
breakdown of your daily and monthly consumption.
Available Skus is the part of the report where you will see all products ePinoyload load support.
The information contains Name of Product, Mobile Code (use for 4483), Currency, Your Cost per
transaction and Price.
From Home Screen > Reports > Help Desk > Available Skus
This tool is updated real time, if there are price or product changes.

NETPLAY, INC. have just launched theirr corporate bills pay service.
It might take them a few months to add this to the Webtool and Android App.
Which they will submit their Android App to the Google Play Store by then.
But they are now open to API integration with corporate partners, as well as lucrative commissions schemes for referrals for their
active members.
