RESUMO
O projeto de automao de esteira didtica do SENAI CONDE JOS DE AZEVEDO, fio
proposta pelo professor Jeferson como forma de incentivar os alunos a aplica na pratica os conhecimentos
adquiridos ate o presente momento no curso de Eletroeletrnica mais especificamente na matria de EDI
1 e 2.
O objetivo desse trabalho automatizar uma esteira didtica usando um circuito dedicado
feito a partir de portas logicas, memorias flip flop tipo D e JK, optoacopadores para as entradas e reles
para as sadas com a funo de separa peas metlicas de no metlica e por tamanhos determinados
simultaneamente fazendo a contagem das mesmas de forma que quando cada recipiente de peas altas
ou baixas atingir o valor de nove peas a esteira deligara finalizando o processo de separao.
INTRODUO
Objetivo; Desenvolver um processo automatizado para separa peas metlico de dois tamanhos diferentes
e realizar a contagem das mesmas para posterior embalagem manual.
Assim que forem detectadas nove peas em cada sensor ptico a esteira deve para.
