MORDECAI
We should not become weary in doing good.
We will be rewarded for it. God’s timing is always perfect.
He’s never too early, and never too late. He knows what’s
best for us so we should be confident enough to commit our
lives to Him.
ESTHER
She did not forget where she came from. Even if she was
already Queen of the land and seemed far from the dangers
her people were facing, she did not let them down. When
she learned of their problem, she risked her life by going to
the king and asking for his favor.
In all this, she did not forget God. She fasted with her
people, (Es4:16). She participated in communing with God
and asking for His help.
Her accomplishments did not go to her head. She did not let
pride take over her.
HAMAN
He was elevated in the king’s courts (promoted).
This led to his becoming proud.
