Synonyms:
instigate, provoke, goad, spur, arouse, exhort; fire; induce. Incite,
rouse, provoke, inflame are verbs meaning to goad or inspire an ind i-
vidual or a group to take some action or to express some feeling. Incite
and rouse are similar in that, although they can imply in some contexts
abrasive or inflammatory arousal of violent or uncontrolled behavior,
neither necessarily does so.
Incite means simply to induce activity, of whatever kind: incited to
greater effort by encouragement; incited to riot. Rouse has an underly-
ing sense of awakening: to rouse the apathetic soldiers to a determina-
tion to win; to rouse the inattentive public to an awareness of the dan-
ger. Provoke implies a sense of challenge or irritation along with
arousal and often suggests a resultant anger or violence: provoked by
scathing references to his accomplishments; to provoke a wave of re-
sentment. Inflame, with its root sense to set afire, implies a resultant in-
tensity and passion: to inflame a mob by fiery speeches; He was in-
flamed to rage by constant frustration.

You live a life that gives evidence to what you believe and
leave a piece of yourself into the minds and imaginations
of entire societies. Only because you can and decide to.
He has seen more than you could possibly ever imagine and
covets a certain mystery that becomes his slippery persona,
which is kept meticulously —like a fine wine—hidden in plain sight.

The new game is to create your own modus operandi and your
own rules before someone else does. Who has the time to work
their way up a ladder anymore when even the companies can
no longer predict that the ladder will even be around by the
fourth quarter!
Page # 7
Then with the Fannie Mae scam, which was structured by the
United States government, we then also learned that we can’t
even trust their own government.
In the future, in 20010, the little guys like you and me will
create their own economies. It is you and me and the social re-
formists and grass roots revolutionaries like us, who will . . .
Page # 8
In the future cash will become the new true king and those
without it will be considered weak and somehow a bit odd.
In the future people will ask, “do you care about me, do you
really care about me?”
You will be tested by the people. They will tar and feather
greed mongers and publicly crucify their own who buries their
kind financially as the suits did to them not too long ago.
Why?
Page # 9
** The FTC will step in and make profiteering off the weak
virtually impossible. Try like the dickens if you must, but the
days of hurting little old ladies in the name of “opportunity”
where it costs $5,000 to buy a money-game are over.
** Google will shut down accounts faster than you can adver-
tise and fill up a firehouse with people on a free pancake
breakfast and “all you can eat” community fund raiser.
Page # 10
Also, the question will change from, “How many did you
gather” to “how did you gather them?” —–and people will
evaluate you based on whether or not people have trusted you,
not by how big your house is.
In 2007 the question was about who made what and who got
richer the fastest and who can so spit the furthest. Today it will
be about prove that you’re HEALING people versus who has
the hottest compensation plan. Why? Because we can no
longer permit each other to do to ourselves as the SYSTEM
did to us in the world economic crash of 2008.
Ask people to empty their bank accounts for you and expect to
be lynched.

Gone are the days where people like us throw money around.
Ruths Chris and American Eagle are oh so last year.
We will needle pick and search for other soldiers to trade with.
Everyone else can kiss our asses and the “kiss of death” is to
he who even pretends to be watching our backs if in fact, he
hasn’t first proven his faith, into us, through service and
good will.
Page # 12
And another thing, write this down, “People with money don’t
need to sell money or even mention it.” Why? Because places
of service were rich before you even entered their environ-
ment. So why discus what you already have and already are?
Watch out for those who speak money; because chances are,
they don’t have any.

You get ridiculed and often while the gold is virtually guaran-
teed, the pay days are slower at first. The choice of fast money
is at the expense of other people. It’s the death of your fathers
sir name. Its chase will bring shame to your own kind and it’s
the death of your reputation. It has no weight, no value and
certainly no long term equity. It’s like a feather; no weight.
If you say it, you mean it, and if you say it, you do what you
say. Your new heritage is your name and not how well you
earn. You are like a statue. You don’t move. You don’t quit.
In fact, you are so solid and sure that it’s like someone opened
you up and poured two tons of sand into your shoes.

And once people enter our world, we teach them how to “be”
more life.
Some ask, “but that is not what I want, what I want is more
marketing classes and what I really want is to learn to get more
people.”
And we snicker and say, “Poor man, how silly. Don’t you un-
derstand that until you become more of yourself more people
will not want to have more of you?”
So then the precept then is, “If you build people the people
will build you.”

When you become a rock, you become a place of rest for other
people. When you become a rock, you become a place of heal-
ing for other people.
And they then decide to stop and sit on you and rest.

You would speak SIZE into me and then I would speak SIZE
and DESIRE into you
All we did was agree to agree that we were all free. Funny.
The bible (somewhere) talks about “when two minds sit and
agree.” But then I took it to another level and then asked
10,000 people if they could see what I saw!
Page # 19
Why? Because what you TELL other people they can do, you
trick yourself into believing that you can do also. Why? Be-
cause what you do to other people the Father does back to you.

Oprah did the same thing. She sat in front of a nation and
taught them more about self. Did she get rich over night?
Hardly. But what she TAUGHT she became.
Now, find three people and turn their lives UP-SIDE down.

Everyone will tell you to look for the slick website and the slick
money game so everyone can get rich and become retired.
Page #25
Everyone will tell you the new money is in Twitter or social me-
dia or anything, anything at all, excerpt LEADERSHIP.
The “how come” is simple: The powers that be don’t want you
to learn how to create your own movement, because if they did,
you’d leave them and create your own tribe and your own well
of fans and not need THE COMPANY any longer!
Don’t miss the next wave. It’s not in CD’s or downloads. The
next wave is in communities that listen to music together.

How To Incite a Movement
You don’t need a resume. You don’t need the Guru to give you
permission. You don’t need to take a Dale Carnegie public
speaking course. You also don’t need to be BORN with some-
thing “extra” than everyone else.
ANYONE can lead and anyone who DARES to rise and to be-
come the vision and the voice of those not yet prepared to, be-
comes charismatic automatically by default.
Page # 29
And then there was Amway, or Avon, true movements that asked, “Will you be
at the meeting Wednesday” and “are you committed to the tape-of-the-month
club?”
Teams that seek “success” before commitment fail. History is rife with internet
programs that taught you how to brand you and how YOU could CAPTURE
more people to collect MORE of their rent money. Great.
Okay, so where are those organizations today? Gone. What lasts is shared ideals
and what lasts is people helping people. That is how Ghandi got 200 Million
people to join his Movement. The magic behind our movement is not what we
sell but rather how we sell what we sell. Which was also the defining secret be-
hind movements called STAR-BUCKS and Wal-Mart.
For a team to become a “movement” the team has to become “one” rather than
sub-cultures amongst itself competing against itself.
And for that to happen the vision has to exceed the organization itself and begin
to become an IDEAL larger than the team itself. That’s the magic.

How To Incite a Movement
Commitment and Consistency Builds
Empires, Not Widgets and Wallets
I knew that the many MLM companies would ultimately fail just as
the companies on main street have failed. But I also knew that man
would NOT fail himself, if you gave him an environment to prove
HIMSELF as a LAW unto himself.
From there, I asked for even more commitment and I asked people
to publicly explain, in detail, how they tricked and lied to them-
selves because in the end, their OWN words they could not trust
and I asked people to VOW to each other, that their own words,
from now on, would mean something. That’s all I did.
Page # 31
That’s what you teach and that is what Martin Luther King, Mu-
hammad Ali, Ben Franklin and George Washington sold. They
sold each other, rather they challenged other men, to remain
SOLID and STRONG, despite social despair, they challenged
each other to become MORE as a body of people together than
any one of them alone could be.
What I know, I know I know and what I know is that people are
good and if you give them terms and conditions to prove them-
selves as good, and that location helps them include others in an
atmosphere of good news, what you will end up with is a move-
ment of people that no man or money can ever stop or make
quiet. It won’t ever go away and you can rest easier because
what you have included others into is larger than a person and
has now become OF the people, FOR the people and because of
the people. As corny as that may sound, that is what I stand for.
