Notice is hereby given of an application to carry out the following
development on the Rem of Subdivision A of Lot 42 of Hatfield Estate (31
Airport) Hatfield, Harare
1.It is proposed to establish office use on the above mentioned property
which is situated within Residential Zone 2B Medium Density in terms of
the Operative Waterfalls/Hatfield Local Development Plan No. 26
2.Wherein the proposed use required Special Consent from the Local
Planning Authority.
3.The following condition registered in the Title Deed to property being
Deed of Transfer No. 008916/2001 confers rights which may be enforced
by the owners of another property and is at variance with the proposed
development the condition will be cancelled IF the application is
