Bill Catlette has been a manager and Human Resources
Executive in some of Americas most highly regarded
businesses. After assignments with General Parts Company
and ADP, Bill was one of the early leaders at FedEx, where,
as a Managing Director, he and his team were responsible for
developing many of the HR and Leadership programs that
enabled it to become recognized as one of Forbess Five
Best Managed Companies, and one of Fortunes 100 Best
Companies to Work for in America.

Richard Hadden, CSP has managed workforces in
both the banking and information technology
industries, and has taught Management at the
university level. Since 1989, he has delivered keynote
presentations and training programs for more than
800 audiences on five continents.

In 2000, Richard earned the Certified Speaking
Professional designation from the National Speakers
Association.

They are frequent contributors to Workforce
Management magazine, and have written for and
appeared in many business, professional and trade
publications. Their work has been featured by CNN,
Bloomberg, NPR, MSNBC, The Wall Street Journal,
Business Week, and TheStreet.com.

Creating a focused, engaged, and capably led workforce is one of the best things any
organization can do for its bottom line. Employee Engagement is a business issue.
