TAZINs mobile beauty care is one of the new idea to provide such kind of
door to door beauty service on behalf of TAZINs Beauty care during
RAMADAN. We are also continuously looking for ways to improve our standards
and be more helpful to our customers. For the convenience of our clients, we will
locate at 5 locations, especially in five shopping mall in CTG, Bangladesh. We are
specialist in all type of Beauty Care Treatment for women and kids. We do Hair
Care service, Skin Care service, Facials, Manicure, Pedicure, Mehedi, party
Makeup, etc We are ready to serve our customers beauty needs. During
the consultation, a professional stylist will help customer to create
the best look and deliver just the right service to achieve it.

Importance of Project:
The world of fashion changes ever so rapidly with every season. In the developed
world the preoccupation with the body and with the beauty is intensifying and the
beauty industry, despite nearly thirty years of feminism, is a multi-billion dollar a
year business

Our mobile services are perfect for special occasions! Why rush around on special
day we can come to customer. It is always busier during Eid, everyone want to
look better. And for this we are going to provide Mobile beauty care service on
behalf of TAZINs.
Our mobile beauty care offer a variety of services which include hair styling,
massages, facial, manicure, and pedicure per-formed by trained beauticians and
hair dressers. We must take care of customer needs. Every specific need is
responded with correspondingly proper equipment. These mobile services stop
waiting line or queuing system of customer. For the early who may not be able to
pamper themselves any more , mobile beauty care services help them feel cared for
and attractive again.
This mobile beauty care services also reduces transportation cost of our customers
& save their time.

It is a pioneering concept in our country. In Bangladesh there are no mobile beauty
care services. But in the world we can see some beauty parlor who delivers their
beauty care services at the door of customers.

Project Profile:
In keeping with the tradition of service with a difference TAZINs beauty care
Mobile service offering a range of beauty service offered to you in the comfortable
places where you can run your desired shopping during Eid festival.
Using portable equipment this beauty care provides hair cutting, manicure,
pedicure; facial massages etc During Ramadan existing beauty parlors are
overcrowded. Clients need to wait hour after hour just to get a haircut or something
else. For that most of the teen girls dont get beauty service according to their
convenient time. Specially, most of the teenage girls are on their toes for shopping
and getting the beauty treatment. If someone had made the appointment, she would
have spent ages wasting time in the traffic, finding a parking space etc. Thats the
beauty of mobile Parlor services girl doesnt have to worry any of that.

Our Mobile parlor services bring the parlor to you. Our bus arrives in front of the
renowned shopping mall where you feel like to shopping, with its equipment &
beautician to provide you with similar services to those offered in the parlor &
make you feel beautiful on EID day.
If we look at the cost of travelling to the parlor, parking fees and the time we waste
in getting there, we will find the mobile parlor convenience and comfortable.

TAZINs Mobile Beauty Care is a partnership project on behalf of TAZINs
Beauty Care. Because of completing the project during Ramadan a project
organization will be established in which 5 project managers will be assigned in

Feasibility Analysis:
1.Technical Analysis:
A) Materials or Beatification Accessories:

The materials or beautification accessories of our mobile beauty care are make-up
kits, towels, apron, soap, henna etc. And this beauty kits are available from local
sources. Most of the beauty kits are collected weekly basis. Our suppliers are
highly dependable because of our brand image.
In addition to these beauty kits our mobile beauty salon are very conscious about
the availability of power, water, fuel etc. For availability of electric power we use
extra large battery from Rahim Afrooz, fuel from convenient CNG station.

B) Manufacturing Process:
It is a service oriented unit and different service like facials, hair style, make-ups,
threading, etc are entirely delivered by the skill beauticians.

C) Location & Style:
Mainly we offer mobile beauty service that means its provide service at the
different places in the different time. We choose 5 shopping malls of different
location to deliver our beauty service in the time of Ramadan. In this time women
& girls are going to the shopping mall 10 times more than normal time.

D) Machinery & Equipment:
In order to the TAZINs Mobile Beauty Care to begin operations, there are many
items will need to be purchased. Follows is a list of items necessary to begin

We provide our beauty care service in the AC Caravan which is well furnished

A) Market Demand analysis:
With changing socio-economic environment large number of women is taking
the help of beauty parlor for better upkeep of their looks. During Ramadan the
demand for services of beauty parlor have increased to a great extent. Overall
this activity involves good profits.

From our selected shopping mall approximately 110 women visit TAZINs
Head office for beauty service a day. So, The authority is considering introducing a
new project i.e. TAZINs mobile beauty care .It is estimated that after
introducing TAZINs mobile beauty care TAZINs can serve 180 women a day.
And each will take 250tk (app) service a day. Because of mobility TAZINs is
getting new customer. The Mobile beauty parlor is expected to cost tk. 90,396
initially for establishment & its daily maintenance cost would be tk.45, 500

Instead of introducing a new branch TAZINs is considering

Social Benefit for the Project:
TAZINs Mobile Beauty Care may have some social benefits. It may be-
Mobile beauty care services will save customers time as they will not have
to go to the head office
It is more convenient and more comfortable.
Beauty conscious women will not have to bother for waiting.
Our mobility offers twoin-one facility because of our locations i.e women
can shopping in a relax mood and get beauty care.


Environmental Impact:
At the Beauty Parlor, we believe in beauty with a conscience. We have created a
parlor that offers the highest quality beauty services in a setting that is healthier for
the environment, our guests and our staff. .We are committed to providing healthy
beauty care with a low impact on the environment.
We have selected CNG bus for providing our services.. The use of Compressed
Natural Gas (CNG) provides certain advantages
CNG bus engines produce less noise than diesel engines.
Energy consumption of CNG buses is significantly lower than that of diesel
buses in a range of 20% to 30% consumption penalty.
We are highly prefer to using CFL bulb which saves power energy
We have trained our staff about how to reduce consumption of energy and waste

We will use mobile network to inform our clients to take the service in mean
time without standing in the queue or sitting in the waiting room . When a
clients serial will come our one mobile call let them inform its your turn

H) Henna:
To decorate the parts of body, the art of heena or mehandi has been a long-standing
tradition stemming from many ancient cultures dating back as far as about 5,000
years, but is most known today for its history in India. Today, it is still used in
religious and ritualistic ceremonies in India, but has also gained appreciation in
other countries as a beautiful art to be appreciated at any time.




Mehndi is a temporary art done on the body with henna. Henna powder is derived
from a plant (actually a bush), Lawsonia inermis, commonly found in the Middle
East and other areas where the climate is hot and dry. The bush is harvested, dried,
and then crushed to make henna powder. Henna itself is used for many things such
as hair treatment, heat rash relief, and skin conditioner to name a few. Henna
powder itself is green in color, but the stain it leaves behind is usually an orange-
red color.

As the skin absorbs and reacts with the henna paste, it is actually stained for a
period of up to four weeks, because henna is a natural stain, it can't be rubbed off
or removed with soap and water.

Aside from the tattooing side of henna, it is also very often used as a hair dye.
Henna hair dye is a safe and natural way to change your hair color as opposed to
the typical chemical hair dyes that so many people use. Henna hair dye is safe and
gentle on your skin and hair making it a wonderful alternative to the very abusive
chemical hair dyes you will use at a salon or buy from your local hair products

1.3Place:
We will go with our beauty service in front of some renowned shopping mall. We
will contact market authority to book their parking place in exchange of 5%-7%
commission from our profit.
FRI- In Friday we will go Mimi Super Market which cover the area of Prabartak
Moor, Ctg Medical, Golpahar Moor, Mehedibag. In this area various renowned
boutiques (Deshi Dosh, Pinon, Abkara, Pindhon) & agora are established. So we
get our target customers (Women, Child) whose are coming for shopping in this
place.
SAT- Akhteruzzaman Center. In this day we cover the whole Agrabad area, where
Lucky Plaza, Singapor Bangkok Market, Ctg Commerce College &residential area
are situated. It is renowned for banking area. So its our extra benefit for us to
capturing the customer.
SUN- Sanmar Ocean City in GEC. This area is very much rush & renowned for
high class residential area. It covers Central Plaza,Yunusco Tower,Wellfood etc.
MON- Khulshi Mart in Foys Lake. This area is renowned for high class residential
area. It covers Ispahani Public School & College, women college, various markets,
USTC etc.
TUE- Akhteruzzaman Center.
WED- Sanmar Ocean City in GEC.
THU- Arong in Sholoshahar. In this day we cover the whole area of Sholoshahar
& Muradpur.

1.4 Promotion:
We plan to promote our brand name TAZINs Mobile Beauty Care by creating
long lasting relationship and networks with the existing customer. As beauty care
service is a fashion product it is effective to go for the consumers directly i.e. paper
ads, leaflets, banner etc for the promotion of our TAZINs Mobile Beauty Care
brand. And this will help us grab the attention of the consumers. We plan to be
flexible in promotion mix strategies for the promotion of our brand.
We provide leaflets with paper mentioning the available date where we
provide our service.
Our own parlor office will provide leaflets as well to the customers.
Banner will be shown in front of our selected market every time.
We cover full metropolitan area by posturing.
We will air our message by FM-Radio station(Radio Foorti)

The Ansoff Growth matrix is a tool that helps businesses decides their product and
market growth strategy.
Ansoffs product/market growth matrix suggests that a business attempts to grow
depend on whether it markets new or existing products in new or existing
markets.

The output from the Ansoff product/market matrix is a series of suggested growth
strategies that set the direction for the business strategy. In our TAZINs Mobile
Beauty Parlor it is a pioneering concept from the existing beauty parlor. Because of
establishing existing beauty service in new market we should make the strategy for
market development.

Product Characteristics:

Our main product is beauty care service. It provides facial, hair-cutting, brow
pluck, manicure, pedicure, henna and make-up.

Hair cutting create good look.
Facial stimulate the skin, relax the client, and energize the face.
Manicure provides a treatment for the hands incorporating the fingernails.
Pedicure provides a treatment for the feet, incorporating the toe nails and the
soften or removal of calluses.

Our beauty salon also offer treatments such as waxing and threading for hair
removal

Market demand & potentially:
We are a small parlor and work mostly on an appointment basis, sometimes our
hours can vary depending on demand. We have shown the demand for our mobile
beauty service below-
In case of Sanmer Ocean City approximately 35,000 customer visit to shopping
during Ramadan.

Competitor Analysis:
First of all TAZINs mobile beauty care has no competitor as its USP is
mobility. The competitors of TAZINs Mobile Beauty Care are existing beauty
parlors besides the shopping mall where we are going to provide our services.
But they follow pricing strategy to retain the customer. The main weakness of
those parlor is:
Customer can hardly relay on them. & customers feel doubt about their quality
service
Our main competitor is Lucy beauty parlor which occupies 50% beauty
conscious clients. Lucy is our main competitor at GEC circle.[Mentioning that
Lucy not only dominates the GEC circle but also whole Chittagong]
