Please limit your response to each of the following questions to about 75 words.
1. To an outsider, how would you describe the region you wish to represent -- geographically,
economically, politically and socially?
1. Above CA. In the valley, an hour south of Portland. 2. Many opportunities for educated skilled
workers. 3. The State Capitol is here. Every ideology is here. Socially, Salem has changed from a
community, to a work base for social programs.
2. What are the positives and negatives of this region (district, county or state) that you wish to
represent?
Salem has had to change to keep pace with an explosion of a transferred population.
Unfortunately our job base is not viable for the influx. Our school programs are making up other
unnecessary programs to derive funds for the Feds. Just to keep afloat. The Capitol has been
spending without remorse. Breaking the programs which our community have actually requested
and need.
3. What specific skills and experiences do you bring to the position that would help turn
those negatives into positives?
While in position of a Commissioner of Welfare in 1994, my responsibility was to review bills
going through the Legislature. I reviewed all of the paperwork which was sent to the commission
for review. Our opinions were noted. By doing this work I learned how to read the documents
written and submitted for the passing as law.
5. What separates you from your opponent(s)? Be specific.
I have no agenda. I will not to be controlled by Unions, special interest groups or political
parties. I am running to vote for what works. To vote down what does not work for the People.
The People are the States future and economy. Ignoring the People while passing laws to help
Unions, private business and private parties must be stopped. I will not help them to monopolize
state dollars.
6. Please list five specific accomplishments that you have achieved in politics or civic affairs:
Commission of Welfare reform. I spoke for the bills and the People. Yamhill County dist. 21 rep.
I helped assist the community to maintaining its economy. I produced public service TV shows
at CCTV. To help inform our community. One on one liaison work for the elderly and disabled.
To help them through the various programs to gain needed services.
7. How much will your General Election campaign cost (be specific)?
$67. The cost which the State charges to run. I refused to pay the extra $750 for 1 photo of me to
be put in the voters pamphlet. Or another $750 to add 3 sentences to state my opinions. I have
made for free at CCTV shows about my opinions. I am not running fund raisers like other
candidates. I do not golf.
8. Have you ever been convicted of a crime, been disciplined by a professional licensing
board/organization or had an ethics violation filed against you? If so, please give the details.
Not once or ever. In any way, have I ever been in trouble with the law. I like most citizens do not
have this problem.
9. Have you ever filed for bankruptcy, been delinquent on your taxes or other major accounts, or
been sued personally or professionally? If so, please give the details.

No.
10. What are the three most important issues you would address if elected, and how? (75 words
for each issue)
A. Stop spending money on State projects which do not serve the People. No spending at all
which cost more than 1 million dollars without the People agreeing with the purchase.
B. Remove the general fund. It is the petty cash box. The State has prevented the People of
Oregon from knowing the exact tax dollar amount. They always claim there is no money. Then
they waste it on bridges. Paying off of many private business. They balance their budget by
taking funding from the needed programs. I.E. the $72. million dollars slated to be taken from
the Seniors and disability services.
C. Remove unneeded school programs which interfere into private families. Such as the prenatal
classes for the child / student through the school district. When the child is not even born yet.
Remove fluoride and chlorine from our drinking water. Fluoride is a neurotoxin which is toxic.
Chlorine is a bleach which destroys the natural balance in the human body to defend itself
against disease.
11. What do you see as other important issues? Geo-engineering over Oregon. No excuse, no
more lies. It must be ended today.
12. Any skeletons in your closet or other potentially embarrassing information that you should
disclose before it comes up in the campaign? Anything (including health issues) that would
affect your ability to serve your full term? Any changes in your life situation that are
contemplated or expected before the election or before you would take office?
I have been on disability due to a truck wreck on my honeymoon on 2-14-99. I broke my neck. I
have spent the last 15 years recovering from it. I have also had a brain tumor removed the same
year. It does not reduce me. In fact it has shown me what needs to be done on the State level.
Thank you. Please return this questionnaire to the Editorial Board as an attached Word document to
Salemed@StatesmanJournal.com by the requested deadline.
