This document provides instructions for collecting query execution information from the Teradata System Emulation Tool (TSET) and Database Query Language (DBQL) in 3 steps:
1. Connect to TSET and export the query, execution plans, statistics, and cost parameters to a .mcf file.
2. Pack the .mcf file to create a .pack file and attach it to an incident report.
3. If DBQL step information is not currently enabled, use additional queries to enable it, execute the target query, disable step information collection, and export the results to a spreadsheet.
