Strengthening capacities of the Ministry of Interior to combat cybercrime,
HR/11/IB/JH/01 is seeking to recruit: Assistant to the Resident Twinning Advisor RTA Duration: 14 months, from J uly 2014 to August 2015 Position is based in: Ministry of Interior, Zagreb Croatia Gross monthly salary: 1.800,00 EUR fixed term contract Tasks of the RTA assistant: Assisting to the RTA with Project co-ordination and management Acting as interpreter and translator (Croatian to English and English to Croatian) on any issues relevant to the project Assisting RTA in organisation of experts missions, trainings, seminars, workshops, steering committee meetings, and other project events Drafting and editing minutes of meetings, assisting to the RTA in drafting and editing monthly, quarterly and final project reports and any other relevant documents Arrangement of travel, booking accommodation and study visit Office management, monitoring telephone and general correspondence Requirements for the candidates: University degree or equivalent qualification in Public Administration, Management or any other discipline relevant for the position Excellent command of spoken and written English language Experience in accounting and management Excellent abilities in drafting documents Ability to maintain effective document and record management Organisational skills Computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet...) The RTA assistant may not have or recently (past six months) have had any contractual relation with the beneficiary administration (Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Croatia)
The following skills would be considered an asset: Knowledge of Spanish and/or German language Experience in EU funded projects, especially as RTA Assistant in a former Twinning project Experience of working in an international environment Knowledge of and/or experience in the Croatian Public Administration Knowledge of EU policies and institutions

The main objective of the project is to strengthen the capacities of the Forensic Science Centre (FSC) for forensic investigation of cybercrime and to strengthen the capacities of the Criminal Police Directorate for fighting cybercrime at the national, regional, European and international level.
