IN THE STATE OF NEBRASKA
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2014
Shall Otoe County School District 0501
(Palmyra District OR-1) in the State of
Nebraska issue its bonds in a principal
amount not to exceed Twelve Million
Four Hundred Thousand Dollars
($12,400,000) for the purposes of
financing the costs of (a) renovating,
rehabilitating and improving the District's
existing elementary school building in
Bennet, Nebraska, constructing one or
more additions to and related site
improvements for such building, and
acquiring and installing necessary
furniture, equipment, and apparatus for
such school building and additions, (b)
renovating, rehabilitating and improving
the District's existing high school in
Palmyra, Nebraska, constructing one or
more additions to and related site
improvements for such building, including
career center classrooms, a new
gymnasium and fine arts space, and
acquiring and installing necessary
furniture, equipment and apparatus for
such school building and additions and
(c) constructing and installing a track and
football field at the Palmyra outdoor
athletic and activity space and acquiring
necessary equipment and apparatus for
such athletic field; said bonds to be
issued from time to time, to be sold at
such prices, to bear interest at such rate
or rates, to become due at such time or
times, and to have such other terms and
provisions, all as may be fixed and
determined by the Board of Education of
the District; and
Shall the District cause to be levied and
collected annually a special levy of taxes
against all the taxable property in the
District sufficient in rate and amount to
pay the principal of, the premium, if any,
and the interest on said bonds as the
same become due?

PROPOSED BY INITIATIVE PETITION
Initiative Measure 425
A vote FOR will amend the
Nebraska statute establishing a minimum
wage rate for employees to increase the
current state minimum wage from seven
dollars and twenty-five cents ($7.25) per
hour to eight dollars ($8.00) per hour on
January 1, 2015, and to nine dollars
($9.00) per hour on January 1, 2016.
A vote AGAINST will not cause the
Nebraska statute establishing a minimum
wage rate for employees to be amended
in such manner.

"Shall Lancaster County School
District 0145 (Waverly School District
145) in the State of Nebraska (the
"District") issue general obligation bonds
of the District in an aggregate stated

Million Five Hundred Eighty Thousand
Dollars ($15,580,000), for the purpose of
providing funds for the following: security
and technology upgrades and
improvements to and for the facilities of
the District; additions, and renovations
and improvements to the existing school
buildings and athletic facilities of the
District and providing the necessary
furniture, equipment and apparatus for
such buildings and facilities; such bonds
to be issued from time to time as may be
determined by the Board of Education, to
bear interest at a rate or rates to be
determined by the Board of Education
and to become due at such time or times
as may be fixed by the Board of
Education; and
