This service agreement is made as of the date noted below between Happily Ever After and the

Client for the sole purpose of providing character entertainment for a specic time and event.

1. HEA will provide character impersonation services for the time and date set
forth herein.

2. HEA is not a childcare service and is not responsible for misbehavior or
supervision and/or safe keeping of children.

3. HEA reserves the right to reschedule your party due to weather, illness and
any other events beyond our control. In the event such a cancellation occurs, we
will provide the party agreed to herein at a mutually agreed to time for half the
cost of the original party.

4. HEA does not guarantee that a certain amount or type of activities will be
performed at your event. Client understands that depending on the amount of
children and the age of the children attending the event, the amount or type of
activities that may be performed during the allotted amount of time may be
altered. Client further understands that the performer may alter any agreed to
activities to accommodate the desires of the children.

5. Extended travel fees are applied to parties located outside of a 25 mile radius
of our starting location.

6. HEA and its performers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries and/or
damages, arising from or in relation to any event. Should any injuries and/or
damages arise or occur in relation to any event, Client agrees to hold HEA and
its performers harmless and indemnify HEA and its performers against any and
all injuries, damages, liability and/or claims arising from the event, including,
but not limited to, attorneys fees.

7. You understand that your Character is in a theatrical quality costume and
wig and that to maintain the integrity of our costumes, we require that the
performance be held indoors.


8. Client agrees to insure that there is a cleared space for the performer(s) to
perform which is sufcient for guests to safely move about (at least 10x10).
Client also agrees to supply two to three chairs near a working electric outlet.

9. Client agrees to insure that there is a clear, clean and safe entrance to the
performance venue which shall include, but not be limited to, removal of mud, dirt, toys,
and the like.

10. Client agrees to be responsible for any damage to the costumes of HEAs
performers resulting from a failure by Client to comply with the terms of this
Agreement.

11. Client agrees to provide a nal headcount one week before the event.
Additional charges will apply for parties with higher attendance then originally
contracted.

12. HEA reserves the right to leave any event without refunding any or all of
the money exchanged between HEA and the Client if our performers feel they
and/or their costumes and/or props are being mistreated or abused in any way
or if there is inappropriate behavior by any party attendees.

13. Client agrees to supervise all party guests and monitor and address
disruptive or unruly behavior or other behavioral issues.
