CONNECTING THE PHONE:
OVERVIEW:
PHONE SETUP:
GXV3240 represents the future in personal IP multimedia communication, featur-
ing Android Operating System 4.2 and its vast number of 3rd party applications,
a 4.3 (480x272) capacitive touch screen, a tiltable mega-pixel CMOS sensor,
dual Gigabit network ports, integrated Wi-Fi, PoE and Bluetooth. The GXV3240
delivers superior HD audio & video, leading edge telephony features and integra-
tion of rich Web content with access to the rapidly growing Android applications
base and automated provisioning. GXV3240 redefnes the desktop communica-
tion experience with a raised level of innovation and integration of state-of-art real
time video conferencing, personalized rich media presentation & delivery, popular
Web and social networking applications and advanced business productivity tools.
1. Attach the wall mount to the slots on the back of the phone;
2. Attach the phone to the wall via the wall mount hole;
3. Pull out the tab from the handset cradle (see fgure below);
4. Rotate the tab and plug it back into the slot with the extension up to hold the
handset while the phone is mounted on the wall.
Installing The Phone (Wall Mount):
1. Connect the handset and main phone case with the phone cord;
2. Connect the LAN port of the phone to the RJ-45 socket of a hub/switch or a rou-
ter (LAN side of the router) using the Ethernet cable;
3. Connect the 12V DC output plug to the power jack on the phone; plug the power
adapter into an electrical outlet. If PoE switch is used in step 2, this step could
be skipped;
4. The LCD will display booting up or frmware upgrading information. Before con-
tinuing, please wait for the main screen display to show up;
5. Using the web confguration interface or from the menu of the touch screen, you
can further confgure network connection using static IP, DHCP and etc.

PHONE CONFIGURATION:
Confguring the GXV3240 Using Web Browser:
1. Ensure your phone is properly powered up and connected to the Internet;
2. The IP address of the phone will show in the main screen when pressing the
Home button;
3. Type the phones IP address in your PCs browser (see fgure in the next page);
4. The default username and password for administrator are admin and admin.
The default username and password for user are user and 123;
5. In the web GUI, select Account 1/2/3/4/5/6 page to confgure Account name, SIP
Server, SIP User ID, Authenticate ID and Authenticate Password to register the
account on the GXV3240.
1. Make sure the phone is properly powered up and in idle screen;
2. Tap on the LCD MENU icon to access GXV3240s applications and settings;
3. Select Settings->Advanced Settings->Account. Tap on one of the Account to
confgure Account name, SIP Server, SIP User ID, SIP Auth ID, SIP Auth Pass-
word to register account on the GXV3240. After successfully registered, the ma-
in screen will be shown as the fgure below;
4. Follow the LCD Menu options to confgure other settings on the phone. For exa-
mple, to confgure static IP on the GXV3240, set up static IP address via LCD
Menu->Settings->Wireless & Network->Ethernet Settings;
5. Please contact your ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider) for additional
settings that may be necessary to confgure the phone.

The GXV3240 uses GXP2200EXT as the extension module. The extension mod-
ule is an ideal solution for the busy enterprise environment looking to add the
ability to receive and dispatch calls effciently. Each GXP2200EXT extension mod-
ule has 20 programmable buttons, Left and Right buttons, supporting 40 Multiple
Purpose Keys to be confgured. GXV3240 supports up to 4 extension modules,
adding 160 fully programmable phone extensions to the phone.
Note: The GXP2200EXT is an additional accessory for the GXV3240. Therefore,
the GXP2200EXT (including extension module accessories for installation) is not

Confguring GXV3240 Extension Module:
1. Login the GXV3240 web GUI and confgure multiple purpose keys for extension
board 1/2/3/4 under web GUI->Advanced Settings->MPK EXT Settings page;
2. On the GXV3240 extension board (i.e., GXP2200EXT), press LEFT or RIGHT
button to browse all the MPKs status in different pages;
3. For more confguration information, please refer to the GXV3240 user manual
and the GXP2200EXT user manual.
3. Connect the GXP2200EXT to the GXV3240 via the EXT port using the RJ11-
RJ11 cable provided with the GXP2200EXT;
4. Install the phone stands on the GXV3240 and the GXP2200EXT;
5. Power up the GXV3240. The GXP2200EXT will show the booting up screen
with version information and connecting status;
6. After successfully booting up, the extension board will stay in idle. Press and
hold the LEFT button for 3 seconds to check the version information and status.
Installing GXP2200EXT to the GXV3240:
1. On the back of the GXV3240 and the GXP2200EXT, there are slots for connec-
tor plate. Attach the connector plate between the slots for the GXV3240 and the
GXP2200EXT;
2. Apply the screws provided and securely tighten them in (see fgure in the next
page);

1. Fije el soporte de pared con la ranura en la parte superior;
2. Fije el telfono a la pared a travs del orifcio de montaje de pared;
3. Remover la lengeta del auricular (Vea la siguiente fgura);
4. Gire la lengeta y vuelva a conectarla en la ranura con la extensin hacia arriba
para sostener el auricular cuando el telfono este montado en la pared.
Instalando El Telfono (Montaje en Pared):
1. Conecte el auricular a la unidad utilizando el cable telefnico;
2. Conecte el Telfono a un hub/Switch o router usando el cable de Ethernet a tra-
vs del puerto LAN RJ-45;
3. Conecte el adaptador de 12 VDC en el conector de alimentacin del telfono en
la parte posterior, luego conecte el adaptador en una toma de corriente, si esta
usando un switch POE puede omitir este paso;
4. La pantalla LCD mostrar informacin del arranque del telfono o la actualizac-
in del frmware. Por favor espere que la pantalla termine estos procesos;
5. Use la interfaz de confguracin Web o el men de la pantalla tctil, para conf-
gurar las funciones de redes, puede usar IP esttica, DHCP, etc.

CONFIGURACIN DEL TELFONO:
Confguracin del GXV3240 usando un navegador Web:
1. Asegrese que su telfono est encendido y conectado a internet;
2. La direccin IP del telfono se mostrar en la pantalla principal cuando presion-
e el botn de inicio;
3. Escriba la direccin IP del telfono en el navegador de su PC (Ver fgura en la
siguiente pgina);
4. El nombre de usuario y contrasea por defecto para el administrador es admi-
n y admin, y el nombre de usuario y contrasea por defecto para el usuario
es user y 123;
5. En la interfaz de confguracin Web del usuario, seleccione la cuenta 1/2/3/4/5/6
para confgurar el nombre de la cuenta, Servidor SIP, Usuario SIP, Nombre de
usuario y contrasea para registrar la cuenta en el GXV3240.
1. Asegrese que el telfono este correctamente encendido y que la pantalla del
telfono este inactiva;
2. Toque el icono de men en la pantalla del GXV3240 para acceder a la confgu-
racin de aplicaciones;
3. Seleccione Confguracin->Confguraciones avanzadas->Cuenta. Toque sobre

5. Por favor contacte a su PSI (Proveedor de Servicio de Internet) para los ajustes

El GXV3240 utiliza el GXP2200EXT como modulo extensin. El mdulo de exten-
sin del GXV3240 es una solucin ideal para el entorno empresarial que permite
monitorear el estado de las lineas, enviar y recibir llamadas de manera efciente,
cada mdulo de extensin tiene 40 teclas programables multiusos, 20 en el lado

Branchez le support du tlphone larrire de la base o la fente du support est
situe. La partie suprieure et infrieure offrent deux angles de position.
Installation du Tlphone (Support Mural):
1. Connectez le combin et la base principale du tlphone en utilisant le cordon
tlphonique;
2. Connectez le port LAN du tlphone la prise RJ-45 dun hub /switch ou route-
ur (ct LAN du routeur) via le cble Ethernet;
3. Connectez la fche de sortie 12V DC au port du courant du tlphone, branchez
ladaptateur dans la prise dalimentation. Si un Switch PoE est utilis dans lt-
ape 2, cette tape peut tre ignore;
4. Lcran LCD affchera des informations de dmarrage ou de mise jour du frm-
ware. Avant de continuer, veuillez attendre laffchage lcran principal;
5. A partir de linterface web de confguration ou du menu de lcran tactile, vous
pouvez toujours confgurer la connexion rseau en utilisant soit IP statique ou
DHCP et etc.

Le GXV3240 utilise GXP2200EXT comme module dextension. Le module
dextension du GXV3240 est une solution idale pour les entreprises envi-
ronnement charg la recherche de la possibilit de recevoir et rprtir les appels
avec effcience. Chaque module dextension possde 20 touches programmables,
touches de gauche et droite, supportant ainsi 40 Touches Multi-fonctions confg-
urer. Le GXV3240 peut supporter jusqu 4 modules dextensions, ajoutant ainsi
160 touches dextension totalement programmables au tlphone.
Remarque: Le module dextension GXP2200EXT est un accessoire supplmen-

1. Accdez linteface web du GXV3240 et confgurez les touches multi-fonctions
pour les tableaux dextensions 1/2/3/4 partir de linterface web->Paramtres
Avancs->Paramtres MPK EXT;
2. Sur le module dextension du GXV3240, appuyez sur la touche Gauche ou Dro-
ite pour parcourir tous les tats des touches multi-fonctions sur diffrentes pag-

Befestigen Sie den Telefonstnder an der Rckseite des Telefons, wo Sie einen
Steckplatz fr den Telefonstnder fnden. Oberteil und Unterteil sind in zwei Win-
keln zugnglich.
Installieren des Telefons (Wandmontage):
1. Hrer und Gehuse mit dem Telefonkabel anschlieen;
2. LAN Port des Telefons an den RJ-45 Anschlussdose eines Netzknoten / Switch
oder eines Routers (LAN Seite des Routers) mittels des Ethernet-Kabels ansch-
lieen;
3. Verbinden Sie den 12V DC Ausgangsstecker mit der Strombuchse am Telefon.
Schlieen Sie dann das Netzteil an eine Steckdose an. Wenn der PoE-Switch in
Schritt 2 verwendet wird, kann dieser Schritt bersprungen werden;
4. Das Display zeigt Informationen ber den aktuellen Status oder ein Firmware-
Upgrade an. Bevor Sie fortfahren, warten Sie bitte, bis das Hauptmenu im Displ-
ay erscheint;
5. Mit der Web-Konfgurationsoberfche oder aus dem Men des Touchscreens
knnen Sie die Netzwerkverbindung konfgurieren, zum Beispiel mit statischer
IP, DHCP usw.
1. Wandmontage in die Einbaustelle im hinteren Teil des Telefons anbringen;
2. Telefon an die Wand mittels des Wandmontagelochs anbringen;

Confgurazione del GXV3240 mediante un browser web:
1. Verifcare che il telefono sia acceso e connesso a Internet;
2. Quando si preme il pulsante Home nella schermata principale apparir lindirizzo
IP del telefono;
3. Digitare lindirizzo IP del telefono nel browser del vostro PC (vedi fgura alla pag-
ina seguente);
4. Il nome utente e la password per lamministratore sono admin e admin. Il no-
me utente e la password per lutente user e 123;
5. Nella GUI Web, selezionare Account pagina 1/2/3/4/5/6 per confgurare nome
dellaccount, Server SIP, ID utente SIP, autenticazione ID e password per poter
registrare laccount su GXV3240.
1. Assicurarsi che il telefono sia correttamente acceso e in standby;
2. Toccare licona Menu schermo per accedere alle applicazioni e alle impostazi-
oni del GXV3240;

Confgurazione del Modulo di estensione GXV3240:
1. Accedere allinterfaccia grafca Web di GXV3240 e confgurare i tasti multifunz-
ione per schede di espansione 1/2/3/4 nella pagina Web GUI->Impostazioni
avanzate->Impostazioni MPK EXT;
2. Sulla scheda di espansione per GXV3240 (ad esempio, GXP2200EXT), preme-
re i pulsanti SINISTRO o DESTRO per visualizzare tutti gli stati di MPK sulle
diverse pagine;
3. Per ulteriori informazioni, consultare il manuale duso del GXV3240 e GXP2200-
EXT.
3. Connettere GXP2200EXT a GXV3240 mediante la porta EXT utilizzando il cavo
RJ11-RJ11 fornito con GXP2200EXT;
4. Installare il supporto telefonico GXV3240 e la scheda di estensione;
5. Accendere il GXV3240. La scheda di estensione GXP2200EXT mostra la sche-
rmata di avvio con le informazioni sulla versione e lo stato di collegamento;
6. Dopo aver completato lavvio, la scheda di estensione rimarr in standby. Pre-
mere e tenere premuto il tasto sinistro per 3 secondi per verifcare le informazi-
oni sulla versione e sullo stato.

O GXV3240 representa o futuro na comunicao multimdia IP pessoal, com
sistema Operacional Android 4.2 e amplo nmero de aplicaes de terceiros,
uma tela de toque capacitiva de 4.3 polegadas (480x272), um sensor mega-pixel
CMOS inclinvel, duas portas de rede Gigabit, Wi-Fi integrado , PoE e Bluetooth.
O GXV3240 oferece qualidade de udio e vdeo HD superior, fornecendo recur-
sos de telefonia de ponta e integrao de amplo contedo da Web, com acesso
crescente base de aplicativos Android e provisionamento automatizado. Ele
redefne a experincia de comunicao com um elevado nvel de inovao e in-
tegrao de vdeo-conferncia em tempo real, apresentao e entrega de uma
ampla variedade de contedo personalizado, aplicaes de redes sociais e fer-
ramentas avanadas de produtividade empresarial.
1. Fixe o suporte de parede s ranhuras na parte traseira do telefone;
2. Conecte o telefone parede pelos orifcios prprios;
3. Puxe a lingueta do gancho (veja a foto abaixo);
4. Inverta a posio da lingueta e recoloque-a no orifcio para que ela segure o
monofone.
Instalando o telefone (Montagem de parede):
1. Conecte o cabo espiral base do monofone e parte traseira do telefone;
2. Conecte um cabo de rede porta LAN RJ45 do telefone ao switch/roteador;
3. Conecte a fonte 12V DC no plugue traseiro do telefone; ligue a fonte tomada.
Se a alimentao for feita via PoE, esse passo ser ignorado.
4. O display LCD ir indicar carregamento (booting up) ou atualizao de frmwre
(frmware upgrading). Antes de continuar, aguarde at esses processos termina-
rem;
5. Usando a interface web para confgurao ou via menu do display, voc pode
confgurar os dados da rede usando IP esttico, DHCP, entre outros.

CONFIGURAO DO TELEFONE:
Confgurando o GXV3240 via navegador Web:
1. Verifque se o seu telefone est devidamente ligado e conectado Internet;
2. O endereo IP do telefone vai ser mostrado na tela principal quando se pressio-
na o boto Inicio;
3. Digite o endereo IP do telefone no navegador do seu PC (ver fgura na prxima
pgina);
4. O nome de usurio e a senha padro do administrador so admin e admin.
O nome de usurio e a senha padro do usurio so user e 123.
5. Na interface do usurio web, Selecionar conta na pgina 1/2/3/4/5/6 para con-
fgurar o nome da conta, Servidor SIP , ID de usurio SIP, ID de Autenticao
e autenticar senha para registrar a conta no GXV3240.
1. Verifque se o telefone est corretamente ligado e na tela inicial;
2. Toque no cone MENU no LCD para acessar aplicativos e confguraes do
GXV3240;
3. Toque em uma das Contas para confgurar o nome da conta, servidor SIP, ID
de usurio SIP, ID de autenticao SIP, senha de autentio SIP para registrar
a conta no GXV3240. Depois de registrado com xito, a tela principal ser mos-
trado como a fgura abaixo;
4. Siga as opes do menu LCD para confgurar outras confguraes no telefone.
Por exemplo, para confgurar o IP esttico no GXV3240, confgurar o endereo
IP esttico via Menu LCD->Confguraes->Wireless & Rede->Confguraes
de Ethernet;
5. Entre em contato com seu ITSP (fornecedor servio de telefonia IP) para con-
fguraes adicionais que podem ser necessrias para confgurar o telefone.

GXV3240 usa o GXP2200EXT como mdulo de extenso. O mdulo de exten-
so GXP2200EXT uma soluo ideal para o ambiente corporativo buscando
adicionar a capacidade de receber e enviar chamadas de forma efciente. Cada
mdulo de extenso tem 20 botes programveis, distribudos no lado esquerdo
e direito, suportando at 40 Teclas multi-funo para confgurar. O GXP3240 su-
porta at 4 mdulos de extenso, somando 160 extenses de telefone totalmente
programveis para o telefone.
Nota: O GXP2200EXT um acessrio adicional para o GXV3240. Portanto, o
GXP2200EXT (incluindo acessrios do mdulo de extenso para instalao) no

1. Faa login na web GUI do GXV3240 e confgure vrias teclas multi-funo para
o mdulo de extenso 1/2/3/4 em web GUI->Confguraes avanadas->Conf-

2. No mdulo de extenso GXV3240, pressione o boto Esquerdo ou Direito para
navegar em todos os estados dos MPKs em diferentes pginas;

3. Conecte o GXP2200EXT ao GXV3240 atravs da porta EXT usando o cabo
RJ11-RJ11 fornecido com o GXP2200EXT;
4. Instalar o suporte de telefone no GXV3240 e mdulo de extenso.
5. Ligue o GXV3240. O mdulo de extenso GXP2200 mostrar ao iniciar uma
tela com informaes sobre a verso e status de conexo;
6. Depois de iniciar com sucesso, o mdulo de extenso fcar em repouso. Pres-
sione e mantenha pressionada a tecla Esquerda por 3 segundos para verifcar
as informaes de verso e status.
Instalando GXP2200EXT ao GXV3240:
1. Na parte de trs GXV3240 eo mdulo de extenso, existem ranhuras para con-
ector do mdulo de extenso. Fixe o conector do mdulo de extenso entre os
slots para GXV3240 eo mdulo de extenso;
