The International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (ICE
ECS-2014) will be held in Grand Bali Sanur Hotel at Denpasar, Indonesia, on 24 2
5 November, 2014. This conference is jointly organized by the School of Electric
al Engineering and Informatics, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia and the Co
llege of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, National Taiwan University
, Taiwan. The purpose of this conference is to provide a forum for researchers,
scientists and engineers all over the world to exchange ideas and discuss recent
progress in the fields of electrical engineering and computer science. The orga
nizing committee cordially invites you to participate in the conference.
