as a sample case we have checked the workgroup table updation for B200305563

RAMAKANT MEENA and found that he has the rights to do the task..........followin

so please modify type CDOT to OCB, and switch exchange code BIKMHJO01 in place o

RSU BITNOK EXCHANGE is working under MSU NOKHA.
its msu work group id is BIKNKAC01_ID.
but due to rong routing its order is routed to BIKBIKCO1_ID.
SO please CORRECT it.
pls analyse..........................firstly , the RSU information given in the
ticket is incorrect ;
talk to the user and get the correct RSU.................then goto :
1)inventory-->components-->networkelements
2) search for the exchange in question
3)click on NEMS
4) it will show the exchangecode of the MSU to which this RSU is mapped.........
........if mapping is ok
then resolve the ticket....other-wise get the details as per attachment (for cha
nging RSU-MSU mapping)

2. The plan given for VPNoBB should be "BB-VPN-256-MONTHLY", Plan ID 10126.
3. The plan for Sulabh I/c should be "SULABH-INCOMING-ONLY", plan ID 10375.
4. The discount scheme implemented are

The NMEICT VPNoBB has been one of most talked about issue in CDR. Pls follow the
following points for successful execution such service orders in CDR.

The NME plans D10199 & D10200 are as below:

D10199 -- BB-VPN-512-NMEICT-ANNUAL
D10200 -- BB-VP N-5120-NMEICT-ANNUAL

Both are Annual Plans so the Plan Type has to be 'Annual' in the Broadband
Order.
These Plans D10199 & D10200 , are available in CRM for the following criteria :

1.Account Type - Public Institution
2.Account Sub Type - 055 CENTRAL COLLEGES-PUBLIC INSTITUTION
063 PRIVATE COLLEGES-PUBLIC
INSTITUTION
069 STATE COLLEGES-PUBLIC INSTITUTION
3.Plan Type - Annual
4.Connection Type - VPN Only
Pls select while creating BB VPN Only order for NMEICT customer
