Tips on using Google Docs for Planners
If you set up a planner just the way you like it, you can copy it for other units
Make good use of hyperlinks to other resources, pages etc
Get all your planners done as soon as possible. These basic works can then be
refined collaboratively
The default sharing setting is at the top of the screen next to the filename. Keep it so
other staff and admin can view and collaborate.
More than one collaborator at a time can be working on the planner
Click on discussions in the top-right corner to enable live chat with collaborators
