MISUNDERSTANDING ON Fraudulent Activities account

Hello Steam Support Team. My name is Chucky San and I'm writing this behalf of mys
elf and my colleagues in regards of misunderstanding of multiple restricted acco
unts due to Fraudulent Activities.
In recent weeks; specifically 22 July 2014, me and my colleagues conducted a ste
am Dota inventory trade with Vincent Ho [http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/7656
1198141232684] [https://www.facebook.com/x1aov1ncent]. Vincent is a well known t
rader with trusted trading history and respectable reputations on our trading co
mmunity (https://www.facebook.com/groups/D2TMM/). (i am the founder and one of
the admin on this Facebook dota community) and trading activities with him shou
ld be a normal, everyday occurrence for a lot of us. Until all of our accounts w
ere flagged with potential fraudulent activities messages..
Form what we have gathered so far, our accounts were restricted/punished because
Vincent were using questionable items (scammed/hijacked) to sell to our communi
ty facebook page. Please do note that we did not know that Vincent are using thi
s grey item to sell to us community nor his motives on selling this.
All that we plead for is an investigation to be done for this case. If we were d
eemed innocent, we also plead that our accounts were to be restored normally.

Fyi, All buyer from Vincent Ho got restricted right after trade or 1 day after.
i firmly believe there is more than 15 innocent person involved in this case. My
account itself have many valuable items that are not related to this cased bein
g restricted (eg: platinum baby Roshan, legacy , gems , keys and many more)
We hope that Your Support Site would assist us on this matters. Your Feedback on
this issue is highly appreciated.
