Senior Recruiter

Job description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle.
Effective sourcing, networking, mapping of key talent from the industry, maintaining excellent relationship with
consultants.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.
Create a comprehensive job descriptions, post on company website.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Create, revisit recruiting plans and implementation.
Develop a good pipeline of qualified candidates as per business needs.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.


Desired Skills and Experience
MBA /MPM, Post-graduation in Human Resource Management.
6-12 years of experience in Recruitment.
Excellent inter-personal, communication skills, negotiation skills.
Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards.
Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.


Job description

Purpose of the job:
To develop and deliver programs for Our Trainee's to enhance their written and verbal English skills and soft skills that are
globally comprehensible, as well as, conduct personal coaching in these areas to help Our Trainee's scale up to the required
level of expertise.
Responsibilities:
In-depth understanding of the English language, trained to conduct stand-up trainings on the subject.
A solid understanding of the process of developing the best written and spoken English skills
Excellent in Developing and Conducting English Enhancement courses related directly to the Support operation to improve
our Trainee's Experience.
Develop their skills through the use of personal coaching; 1:1 or group coaching
Formulate action plans based on the assessment scores and provide customized training/coaching.
Conduct customer service trainings.
Conduct assessments as when required.
Assess and monitor the effectiveness of the programs against predefined metrics.
Ability to make the sessions fun and learn.
Day-to-day problem solving and decision making commensurate with the position.

Bachelor in any stream

Minimum of 01 year experience
Significant experience working in a team environment
