1. The course fee is chargeable on a per student basis and is exclusive of


all taxes.
2. Batches would be formed on the basis of a minimum 50 students
per batch.
3. The plan for conduct of lectures would be mutually discussed once a
letter of approval/confirmed purchase order along with 50% advance
payment for conduct of the program is issued to us.
4. All payments should be made through a demand draft payable in
favour of “Tech Gurukul”.
5. The classes will be held for min 2 hrs/day.
6. Training will be conducted at College campuses by Tech Gurukul
certified centres.
7. Tech Gurukul reserves the right to change the batch size to ensure
maximum training effectiveness.
8. This proposal is valid for a period of 30 days from the time of its
submission for acceptance and once accepted shall hold good for a
term of one year after which it shall be reviewed.
9. Tech Gurukul reserves the right to change the schedule based on
availability of trainers.
10. Tech Gurukul reserves the right to change the course modules based
on its understanding of the industry and college students requirements.
11. Fee once paid is not refundable.
