1. Project Summary

Design and develop a corporate website for Hock Keong Engineering Pte Ltd. The admin system
will consist of two sub modules, a photo gallery module which manage the website gallery photo
and a training record module which manage all the training record webpage allow user to
retrieve training certification of Hock Keong’s employees. The website design and flow will be
modeled after the following sample sites:

3. Development Duration

30 working days (Not Inclusive of User Acceptance Test).

Deadline: To be set upon signing of contract and agreement

4. Programming Language Used & System Requirements

The proposed programming language for this project is PHP with mySQL as back end database.

5. Payment & Charges

Consultation Fee: FOC
Website Development: $2000

Payment Phases

Deposit/Down payment (30%): $600.00
Completion of Development (50%): $1000.00
After UAT & Implementation (20%): $400.00

After Service
• Upon signing off the project, there will be After Services provided to follow up and ensure the performance
of the system.
• After Services will only provide correction and rectification of website error and does NOT include Add
Ons modifications. Add Ons modification will be subjected to charges.
• 2 times After Service provided will be free of charge and is limited to 1 months period only. Subsequent
After Services will be subjected to charges

6. Agreement & Contract

We will also prepare an agreement to protect both of our rights in this project. The clause is
stated as follow:

• All modules and requirements included in the agreement & contract are final. In the event
Client like to made changes to the modules or add on new modules, it will be subjected to
extra charges and extension of deadline.

• Once the project is completed and end of project payment is made, the programming
codes and any user account held must be handed over to Client.

• The concept and idea of this project are solely originated from Client. Therefore the
confidentiality of this project must be protected. It must not be shown to prospective
clients as a demonstration or whatsoever.

• The duration of the development will be 30 working days from the date this agreement is
signed. This duration is not included User Acceptance Test.

• If Client withdraws from this project, the deposit of $600.00 will be forfeited. If
@Technopia withdraws from this project, the deposit of $600.00 must be returned.

• In the event that @Technopia failed to complete the project by the stipulated deadline
and Client does not intend to extend the stipulated deadline, @Technopia will refund the
deposit stated to Client.

• In the event that the project is deemed as incomplete, @Technopia will return all
documents received from Client and Client will return all programming codes &
documents with regards to the project, to the other party.
