1) Ph.D. (Management Sciences-HRM):
• In progress at M.A.J.U. Islamabad.
• Prescribed 18 credit hours’ course work completed (CGPA 3.50).
• Research work for thesis under way.
• Research topic is Training Needs Analysis.
2) M.S. (Management Sciences-HRM):
• Completed from SZABIST, Islamabad, in 2006 (CGPA 3.30).
• Conducted two Independent Studies as Course requirement.
3) M.B.A (Finance)
• Completed from AIOU, Islamabad in 1998.
• The program consisted of 24 courses plus Thesis work.
3) M.A. (Economics) :
• Completed from Punjab University, Lahore, in 1981.
• It was a two years composite examination system.

• Completed from the Institute of Bankers, Pakistan, in 1988.

Professional Experience:
1) Served WAPDA for 3 years, from 1975 to 1978, in the capacity of
Research Officer to conduct Economic Analysis at their MONA
Reclamation Project, District Sargodha.
2) Joined HABIB BANK LIMITED in 1978 and served there till
February, 2009, when I opted for premature retirement to complete
my Ph.D. (Management Sciences) degree.
The Summary of assignments I have been handling during my 31
years’ banking career includes, but not limited to the following:

• Preparing feasibility reports including economic analysis of

various Loan Proposals (6 Years).
• Branch Banking Operations at Branches (3 Years).
• Monitoring Branches Operations at Controlling Offices
(8 Years).
• Teaching & Conducting multitude of Training Programs at
HABIB BANK LIMITED, Staff College, Islamabad (14
Years).
 • Visiting faculty/ Assistant Professor at MOHAMMAD ALI
JINNAH UNIVERSITY (M.A.J.U.), Islamabad from 2007-
2009. (4 Semesters)
