we had done photo survey before starting drilling works and
vibration monitoring system use for minimum the effect of

situation with neighbors and we had got the responsibility of
damages, effect of their day today life and help to them
always. Therefore we have goodwill with communities and
they help to us continue our works so far.

We strive for proper management of any information acquired
on the job, and give top priority and personal information
protection, and obsered the utmost confidentiality in any of our
bussiness matters.
We conduct personal interview for every employee with
Managing director of the company 6 times per year. Higher
privacy assists by the administrative officer who is the third
party of these interviews. As the advantage we gain the good
team who never try to against the company, speak up
promptly if there is any reason to suspect that violate the
company policies or success due to the close relationship
between manager and employee (every level). This is a so
interesting event of our company.
We do not tolerate any anti social behavior of groups that
threaten the social order of any kind. We stand resolutely
against any such individuals and association.

Injuries/ Illness to employee whilst on duty shall be covered by
workmen's compensation insurance. Medical leave cain cases
of such Injury/ Illness shall be recommended by an acceptable
medical practitioner.
