I currently manage the external technical interfaces for EPC2 (Subsea7 & West African Ventures) consortium on the Erha North Phase 2 project. The scope for this project is Tiebacks, Topsides and Installation. We are providing detailed engineering , construction and installation and commissioning . I am the single point of contact interfacing with Consortiums Partner, EPC1 contractor, EPC3 contractor, Drilling contractor and Company operations. Design interfaces include flowines, PLET & FLET, SHOs, Jumpers, EFL & HFLs Installation interfaces include Umbilicals, UTAs, SDU, foundation piles and manifolds lifting and rigging for all structures.

Accountabilities: Develop the Interface Management Plan and associated documentation / systems in accordance with Contract requirements Manage and control the identification of external interfaces with COMPANY and other Contractors as well as internal interfaces with the various Project disciplines and work Package Manage the flow of information and be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all matters related to external interfaces Manage the interface with the FPSO Classification Society Maintain and issue the Interface Register, Action lists, etc. and prepare Interface Monthly Status Reports Ensure Interface documents are issued or received on time and are reviewed internally or externally in a timely manner Detect potential or actual problems and advise Project Director accordingly. Take every action and initiative to proactively solve potential interface issues, uncover hidden interfaces and propose favourable resolution of these. Provide input to Risk Assessment as necessary Liaise with COMPANY with a view to seeking timely resolution of interface issues that may have a scheduling, cost or performance impact on the Project Implement the necessary interface tools and provide the relevant interface methodology assistance to all concerned Project stakeholders Ensure, where the verification of physical interfaces is required, that physical checks are carried out during integration tests Assist the Consortiums Partner in handling their external interfaces vis a vis of COMPANY and other COMPANYs Contractors Ensuring that all work is done in a manner consistent with Subsea7s minimum standards and policies. Ensure utilization of Shell global work processes (Performance agreements, HSE management process, MOC process, etc).
