LMP-YAMAHA/SUZUKI-18 HOVER MOWER

INSTRUCTION
1.Preparation before starting:to install the top handle and tight the lock bolt for the
handle.
2.Mixture of gasoline and oil: Adding two-stroke engine oil to the gasoline; the mixing
ratio is 25:1, Thats to sa! 25 liters gasoline and 1 liter engine oil. The engine oil sho"ld
be abo#e $% grade
&.engine Starting: To fill the mixed oil to the f"el tank, then open the f"el #al#e switch,
and p"ll handle of accelerograph to the 'TA(T position )the air choke is closed at this
time*. +"ll the starter rope and when !o" feel there is press"re, then p"ll it fast to start
the engine. +"sh the throttle handle to the (,- position )the air choke is opened at
this time*, the engine is in normal working stat"s. .hen starting on the lawn, !o" can
depress the handle to make the deck lifted, then the blade left the lawn, so that !o"
can start it easil!.
/.Working: !o" can let it c"t grass forward or swing to left and right. 0ts more s"itable
for c"tting grass on slope.
5.Stop: +"sh the handle of accelerograph to the 'T1+ position, then the engine stop.
2.Cutting Height Adjustment: 0t m"st be ad3"sted after the engine stop. 4oosen the
crankshaft center bolt, ad3"st the blade position between space disc, then the grass
height can be ad3"sted.
5.Maintenance
a. 0t is two-stroke gasoline engine, so !o" m"st "se the mixed f"el. 0t is prohibited to
"se p"re gasoline.
b. 6ngine oil sho"ld be 2-stroke $% grade, or $7 grade engine oil especiall! for 2-
stroke gasoline engine
c. %heck the filter element fre8"entl!, clean and replace it in time.
d. 9lade 0nspection: %heck the blade worn condition fre8"entl!. 0f there is serio"s
wear, it will res"lt in the machines "ne#en r"nning and big #ibration. 'o the blade
sho"ld be replaced timel!. .hen t"rn on one side, please make s"re that the
carb"retor is "pward alwa!s to a#oid the f"el o#erflow.
