account with ItalBank to receive distributions. We have confirmed with the liquidator that
YOU DO NOT NEED TO SET UP AN ITALBANK ACCOUNT IF YOU HAVE SIGNED
THE ENCLOSED AUTHORIZATION FORM.

If you have signed and returned the enclosed authorization form, KLS will be able to
directly send your distributions to you.
