4 that by making things complicated they seem to be
in control
Illusory is something that seems real but is not and it

Sample summary
Firstly, both texts mention that doctors and patients
have difculty communicating with each other. Also
doctors sometimes regard patients as an intrusion into
hospital efciency, while patients feel that doctors wont
listen to what they say and often seem to be avoiding
them. Besides this, doctors feel that patients expect
them to give an impression of control which may be

I think the idea the rst picture attempts to convey is
that there is a variety of ways in which we can take care
of our health and ensure tness. However, I dont think
it gets its message across very well because it shows a
rather expensive form of treatment or therapy that most
people may not be able to afford.
