PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Vice President of Lending El Paso Employees Federal Credit Union 2006 to 2014 Managed and improved efficiencies within the entire lending function of the credit union, ensuring adherence to loan policy, increased loan production by 15%. Administered the hiring, training and performance of all department employees, including loan officers, loan processors, back office as well as reception areas of the credit union. 21 direct reports. Loan production is priority, responsible for loan promotions, underwriting and documentation of all new loans, with clean federal examination, no findings. Supervised and managed the loan collection function including repossession and/or foreclosure of collateral. Managed the Indirect Auto Loan Department, including the solicitation, underwriting, processing and funding of indirect Auto loans, including supervising eight employees. Development and ongoing training of lending and collection staff as well as support staff was one of my priorities. Successfully generated $70-85 million in new loans on a yearly basis, adhering to loan policy and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.

Accurately determined proper ownership of subject property by examination of public records and determine application deterrents to perfection of title. All inclusive of any applicable ownership claims, derogatory personal items of public record that must be corrected prior to conveyance of property. Efficiently and promptly prepared final title report in order to properly issue title insurance for applicant.
