Who you are:
As a 1enior Networ( Analyst you will design and implement
networ( infrastructure pro:ects and pro&ide 3x;< support! 6ou will
respond to, trouleshoot, determine root cause and resol&e
networ( issues! ="scalate and manage ser&ice deli&ery y 4rd
party suppliers as needed!
6ou will ha&e the responsiility for monitoring, measuring and
reporting on performance, capacity and *uality of "nterprise
Data>?oice networ(s! 6ou will e&aluate and implement networ(
management tools! 6ou will participate or lead in testing,
e&aluation and enchmar(ing upgrades to new and existing
9AN>WAN supported products! 6ou will pro&ide up-to-date networ(
documentation and in&entories! 8e an acti&e memer in disaster
reco&ery planning! 6ou will also wor( closely with the rest of team
to ensure compliance to existing OANDA networ(ing standards!
@esponsiilities and Duties include:
AArchitecture, design and rollout planning for future data and
&oice networ(s and networ( ser&ices
A1upport of, and planning for retirement of existing and legacy
&oice and data networ( ser&ices
A1ecurity, performance, and ris( analysis for all networ(s
A7orporate 9AN, interoffice ?-N and ?o'- telecom ser&ices
A'nterconnection with peers, partners and customers using 8B-
and 'B- such as O1-F, "'B@-, '1-'1.
A7ollaorate with operations team to enale monitoring of (ey
networ(ing systems, oth for security and staility
ATraining, leadership and mentorship of :unior and intermediate
networ( design and trouleshooting s(ills in infrastructure staff
A7ollaorate with 9egal and 7ompliance for any security incident
or reach containment, assessment, mitigation and reporting
A7reate policies and procedures for networ( change management,
including firewalls, routers and other networ( e*uipment
Cualifications:
A8achelors degree in 71 or 7omputer "ngineering or e*ui&alent
wor( experience
A%D years in '-, telecom and related industries
ADemonstrated understanding of current industry security est
practices
A'- networ(ing, including, ut not limited to
ADynamic routing, 'B- and 8B- implementation
A"xperience with multi homed organi/ations, 8B- failo&er
AFamiliarity with gear from 7isco, Euniper, and other ma:or
networ( e*uipment &endors
AF,;!#x or similar port security and client authentication
AAny -rofessional le&el or ao&e certification from 7isco or
ADemonstrated understanding of ?o'- protocols, codecs and
deugging
A7all centre support experience
