ACTIVITIES:
We have attended the training on Community Health Team
system encoding. It was held at the Conference Room,
Integrated Provincial Health Office, City Hall Compound,
Marawi City last December 26 27 2013. They taught us the
system process or how the system works.

We have undergone interview for the renewal of our service not
as a RNheals nurse-trainee but as a new program called Nurse
Deployment Program. I have been interviewed in Room B by
Dr. Yasmin Bacarat and Maam Alliah Matuan.

Before we can have our interview schedule we did examination
at Capitol Gymnasium, Provincial Capitol, Marawi City.
Community Health Team consolidation of reports.
Filing up of PHIC forms.
Assisting midwives in their functions.
Assisting maternal delivery whenever possible.
The rest of the remaining days of the month were greatly spent in
assisting the RHU personnel in their routine service provided to the
clienteles such as the following:
Expanded Program on Immunization every Wednesday of the
week.
Health Education on clients.
Assisting the RHP in Consultation/ General Check-ups.
Assisting midwives in Pre and Post Natal Check-ups.
And many more

LEARNING/ INSIGHTS:
This is our last month in the service of being a nurse-trainee
RNheals. It was almost a year since we were first deployed in our
respective area of assignment. At first I was afraid of the task being given
to me. I fear of not fully give my 100% effort in the different programs of the
DOH that was being carried by our respective midwives in the field.
But as time goes by I have learned things I didnt imagine I will have
to undergo like, having to consolidate large number of data gathered
through survey and or interview, after all its a municipality were referring to
here that has thousands of people and not just a barangay with a
population of say like a hundred like what we have in our college days.
I have also been actively participating in the different activities of the
municipality like the ARMM convergence that had been attended by
different respective personalities such the like of Lanao del Sur provincial
governor Hon. Mamintal Bombit Adiong, our regional governor Hon. Mujiv
Hataman and the department heads of the different line agency in the
regional level. Aside from this program, who can forget the festival-themed
activity held at municipal gymnasium - the celebration of Family Planning. It
was a day full of laughter and joy.

The DOH regional representatives have visited our municipality. They
were welcomed by our personnel and staff. They were there to formally see
the newly-construct Barangay Health Station.


ISSUES/ CONCERNS:

This final stretch of the year 2013 has been very productive for me
specially that I have learned a lot from the time of being a RNheals and I
havent seen any issues/concerns in Ramain RHU for this month.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

All I can say is that Ramain RHU had been a forefront in
implementing the programs for health, so just keep up the good work.
