Constiuction:

0sing eithei tail of youi toe stiap anu a yain neeuleu, sew the stiap in
place, going in anu out thiough both loops in the enu of the stiap anu
both loops on the siue of the sole. You can place the stiap up oi uown to
suit youiself, but I placeu mine uiiectly in fiont of wheie the connectoi
toe piece connects with the sole.

To attacheu the toe piece, put about 8" of yain on youi neeule. Foi the
iight shoe, finu 2 sts to the left of the miuule uc in the sole (foi the left
shoe, finu 2 sts to the iight). Wiap the yain ovei anu unuei to give it a
fiim holu, going aiounu that stitch with youi neeule anu aiounu the toe
piece. Tie fiimly on the bottom to secuie it in place.
