Power Rankings

#PR are based on record, points for and breakdown. Breakdown is your teams overall record if they
played every team in the league during every game. For example if you score the most points that week
then your breakdown record is 9-0 for that week because you would have beaten everyone, and if you
have the lowest score then your record is 0-9 because you would have lost to everyone.
10: The Sanchize (1-1) Points: 182 Breakdown: 3-15
After week one The Sanchize had to be thinking this is not a good start to the season, putting out the 2
nd

lowest score and playing against the highest score; now fast forward to week 2. They finally get a victory
even without suspended Adrian Peterson but had they played anyone besides Brad and Jacob they would
have found themselves with another L. And now for the worst news possible, Adrian Peterson has been
sat down again with another suspension, who knows how long itll be. My advice, try to trade him to a
team that wants to take the risk of waiting for him to come back and try to grab as many start able players
as possible.
9: The Dark Side (1-1) Points: 180 Breakdown: 7-11
With an unimpressive win in week 1 and a week 2 low in points, the Dark Side sees themselves coming in
at #9 this week. Although the slow start isnt good, and a league low in total points looks bad, this team is
shuffling the deck. If there is one thing I can say about this team it is that if things look bad now, dont
worry because in 3 weeks there will be a whole different team out there. Only sporting 2 original drafted
players in the starting lineup this team is always ready to make a move, which is evident by their league
high number of acquisitions (32: 3 times more than 2
nd
most) and trades (4). This team has not been hit
with the injury bug (yet) so I see them pulling themselves out of this #PowerRankings hole and moving
up closer to the top.
8: Daddys Team (0-2) Points: 205.5 Breakdown: 8-10
Is it weird to see an 0-2 team ahead of two teams that are rocking better records? Maybe, but the record
has everything to do with the schedule, #PowerRankings has more to do with points and overall record
breakdown. Had Daddys Team matched up with any of the 5 teams that finished below him in week 1 or
perhaps one of the 3 below him in week 2 then theoretically he could be sitting here at 2-0 and be in the
drivers seat. Losing both his outings this year on Monday night, Daddy has had a rough time with victory
being snatched away from him. In week 1 the Lions did their best to convert the nation to Calvinism but
unfortunately came up just shy of it, I am a believer but others will take a little more convincing. Even
without that ever elusive first victory I still have Daddy coming in at #8, and with him facing off with the
2
nd
lowest scorer from last week I think hes got a legit shot at getting that first one this week. Stay tuned
children, get your popcorn ready.
7: Yensids Brooms (0-2) Points: 209 Breakdown: 8-10
Just like Daddys Team, Yensids Brooms has put up over 100 in both matchups but still has come up
short in each one, but unlike every other team he is leading the league in points against at a clip of 124
points against per game. To put that into perspective the highest ppg average is 125 ppg so basically you
could say he has had a very little shot to win his first 2 games. With a team that has the likes of
Demaryius Thomas, Marshall, Gronk and Percy Harvin you would imagine that they would have a win,
but unfortunately there is no recipe for stopping an opponent in fantasy football, only outscoring them.
With a little better luck this team could find themselves in a much better position easily, but well see if
their luck starts to change.
6: Graham Crackers (1-1) Points: 211.5 Breakdown: 9-9
Every team wants their draft picks to work out, especially their first 2 draft picks. Something that I would
say has definitely worked out is this teams namesake, unlike Eddie Lacy, Jimmy Graham has been a
monster already this season. Drew Brees has been absolutely atrocious for Drew Breeslike standards and
yet Graham is still putting up 20 ppg, 18 catches 200 yards and 2 tds this season he is prime for another
stellar season, and with that hopefully a playoff birth for his owner. As long as Cam Newton or Andy
Dalton can take the reigns of this team and just put up an average number of points each week this team
should do alright because this team can and will improve on what it has done so far. Its a long season but
as soon as Lacy can get his shit together this ship will be back on course.
5: Backfields & McCoy (1-1) Points: 221.5 Breakdown: 9-9
The best part about being the owner of this team is that two trades have been made to improve the team
and neither came at the cost of #1 overall pick Lesean McCoy aka Shady aka Daddy McCoy. Week 1 was
definitely a downer; with a preseason #PowerRanking of 1 I was fully expecting a dominant type of
performance right out of the gate. Instead I found myself at the bottom of my own rankings. Back up at
#5it is starting to look up, this team has gone from lowest points in the league to high scorer in the league.
Basically we are bipolar, and hopefully we can get on the meds to keep us more stable. I see this team
climbing the metaphorical rungs of the #PowerRankings ladder and hovering near the top before it is all
said and done. Wishful thinking. or just owner bias? Only time will tell.
4: Bushy Woodheads (1-1) Points: 230.5 Breakdown: 9-9
A very close call almost had this team sitting at #3 in the #PowerRankings but unfortunately for him
Trent Richardson could not get the 10 points needed to get the W on this past Monday night. Consistency
has been the story of this team, and Peyton Manning is the face of that, with 28 and 27 points in his first
two games respectively it is tough to beat a team when this man is on. Starting 1-1 is a good start
especially when the chances of 2-0 were so close, but the next two games are going to be harder than the
rest, Peyton Manning faces Seattle in Seattle this week when Bushy Woodheads face Gotta Catch Jamaal
and next week Manning is on a bye completely when he faces Daddys Team. If he can get through these
two games then the rest will be much easier to deal with.
3: LeVeons Blount (2-0) Points: 218 Breakdown: 10-8
First off, change your fucking team name, Bell didnt start week 1 on your team and we are not heading
into week 3. Second off, this team may be 2-0 but as you can see from the scoring they definitely had a
shot at being 1-1 but drew the fortunate draw of Backfields & McCoy in week 1 which resulted in a W
regardless of the fact that they put out the 3
rd
lowest score of the week. Besides that week 1 set back
where Rodgers faced Seattle and the team all in all struggled I would say that this team has all the
makings of a champion, elite QB play, solid RBs and a few other solid players sprinkled in there. Avoid
the injuries and youre making the playoffs, week 3 team new name will face off against a Peterson-less
Sanchize team that is looking for its first win, well see if both teams end their streaks this week or if they
continue.

2: Sankey Pank (1-1) Points: 250.5 Breakdown: 10-8
First things first (Im the realist JK), I dont understand the team name, secondly, being at the top is
something this owner has become used to. Last season riding high in the number 1 spot for almost the
entire year he led the league for a while until the playoffs came around. At this time a Peterson injury
mixed with a freak out by Dez and Antonio Brown caused this owners dreams of a 3
rd
championship to go
down the shitter. But this season with a strong play at QB, two elite RBs, and an elite WR you could
argue that this team has the same makeup (although not as good) as Jacobs first championship team:
Brady, Rice, Forte, Dez, Welker. Although it is too early to be talking about the playoffs or
championships, this team does have all of the makings of a good team, they just have to make sure and
come to play each week because so far theyre avoiding the big time injuries. This week hes got Daddy,
so well see what happens come Sunday.
1: Gotta Catch Jamaal (2-0) Points: 241.5 Breakdown: 14-4
Someone has to be #1 and I believe that in the year that we have been doing #PowerRankings this is the
first time that you have claimed this top spot, congratulations. Now unfortunately you have to deal with
the losses of Jamaal Charles and A.J. Green . Good news though, Gotta Catch Jamaal probably has
more WR depth than anyone else so the loss of Green wont be that big of a hit and the addition of Knile
Davis for Charles could actually be an upgrade over how Charles has played this season. Here are some
stats on Davis, in the 3 games that Charles has missed/missed the majority of Davis is averaging: 22
carries, 5 catches, 97 yards and 2 tds PER GAME! While Charles is out this team really shouldnt miss a
beat because Davis is a flat out stud when hes the main guy. Unfortunately I dont see those averages
keeping up that high just because thats a lot to keep up but if hes half as good as that then this team will
still be ok. Gotta Catch Jamaal is catching the Woodheads this week and what great timing it is, Peyton
Manning vs. Seattle, we could be looking at a 3-0 team by next Monday Night.
